- Natalia (9/5): Lugar ideal, conectado, limpio y cómodo. - El lugar es perfecto, hasta espacioso para una persona. Tenía una pequeña cocina, y un juego de comedor, y había en general mucho espacio para las maletas. Estaba impecable de limpio, y todo en perfectas condiciones. Tiene varias ventanas y es ventilado adecuadamente, además tiene aire acondicionado. La ubicación es excelente, a pasos de la estación Tsuruhashi, en una zona con mucho movimiento de día y silenciosa en la noche. No se oyen los trenes. El personal es muy amigable y ayudan en todo lo que uno necesite. Incluso les pedí ayuda para enviar una maleta grande al aeropuerto para no cargar con ella en el tren por el resto del viaje y me ayudaron sin problemas y la maleta estaba exactamente donde me dijeron que estaría. Espero quedarme de nuevo aquí si vuelvo a Osaka! Gracias! Las cortinas son un poco cortas y no bloquean del todo la luz del exterior, en particular prefiero que la habitación sea más oscura para dormir mejor y como amanecía pasadas las 4, desde muy temprano me despertaba.

- Joshua (9/5): Convenient and nice - Great location, very close to the train station, shops and pharmacies. Had great amenities, everything you needed for a few nights such as microwave, fridge, stove, washing machine and drying rack. Also replaced towels every day! Would have been nice to have a double bed instead of two singles, but that isn’t a massive deal. Slightly uneasy to walk through the fish market under cover, but once we got used to it, it was fine.

He helped us to make a phone call to confirm and assisting us for our next hotel stay in Gero Onsen which is a very traditional Onsen Ryokan, whose staff only speaking Japanese. The room is clean and bright. The locatition is super convenient, 2 minutes walking distance to JR and Metro station 鹤桥. But this area is surrounded by a lots of Korean BBQ dinnings so there are crazy smoke smell at night. But once enter the hotel, cant smell any smoke anyway.

- JENNETTE (10/5): ⭐ Excellent Stay at Connect Inn Osaka! ⭐ - I had a wonderful experience staying at Connect Inn Osaka. The location is perfect — tucked away on a quiet street just a few steps from Kintetsu and JR Tsuruhashi Stations, as well as the Sennichimae Subway Line, making it very easy to explore Osaka and even travel to nearby cities. Convenience stores like Family Mart, Lawson, and 7-Eleven, plus a Matsu Kiyo drugstore, are all close by, and there’s no shortage of restaurants around Tsuruhashi Station. I stayed here during the last week of the Osaka Expo 2025 and found Connect Inn through Booking.com, offering one of the best rates in Osaka at the time. Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, but guests arriving early can leave their luggage in a secure, locked room near reception. An access code is provided for the main entrance, ensuring both convenience and safety. The entire property is spotlessly clean and peaceful. I especially love the spacious rooms and bathrooms — a rare find in Japan! I’ve stayed in both the twin and single rooms, and both offered ample space, a kitchenette, balcony, and window (note: the balcony door is locked). The beds are firm and very comfortable, which I personally prefer. Basic toiletries and slippers are provided in the room, while other amenities like toothbrush sets, razors, and hair ties are available at the reception. Each floor has a microwave oven, and there’s a laundry room on the ground floor — very convenient for longer stays. Guests can also borrow a clothes-drying stand to use in their rooms, which I really appreciated. Above all, the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and excellent-value stay — I’ll definitely return, and I’ve already recommended Connect Inn Osaka to my friends! It would be even better if rooms had a full-length mirror, if the balcony door could be opened, and if the curtains included a light sheer layer to let natural sunlight in.
- Sumeet (10/5): Great location and a big room - Closely connected by a 5 min walk to both the Metro Line and JR Line, giving you options if you want to make use of the JR Pass or Osaka Amazing Pass. Also only 30 mins to Nara! Bigger room than typically seen in Japan, especially for the price point. Bathroom in particular was less cramped than usual. Washing and drying facilities are always a bonus too! Didn't bother us much as we like to get up early, but keep in mind that you're about 30 mins/2 train transfers away from Shin-Osaka Station, if you're planning on using the station for day trips to Kobe, Himeji, etc.

I thought the room was big for japan and I had no problems with my luggage I really wished that they had at least the basic kitchen stuff in the room like cutlery and a microwave. You could ask for them in the reception. The WiFi wasn't really the best. There were a couple of times I had to change to my 4g because it was so slow.

- Lea Yasmin (5/5): Okay... - Das Service Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kofferversand hat sehr gut funktioniert. Leider waren die Räume nicht schall isoliert, das komplette Gebäude inklusive Räume ist einfach ein Krankenhaus - keine Deko, kein wohlfühlfaktor nicht mal ein Sessel oder zumindest eine kleine Area außerhalb des Zimmers. Zudem waren die Betten die ganze Zeit am quietschen und sehr unbequem.

- Wei-Ni (10/5): - 浴室乾濕分離做得很好，淋浴間空間很大，水壓穩定。床非常舒適乾淨。我們要求不房務打掃，飯店還是會提供浴毛巾補品及礦泉水。走路去近鐵、JR車站2分鐘以內，交通方便。樓層公共空間設有微波爐、曬衣架、垃圾桶。1樓有洗衣機免費使用。 房內燈光有些昏暗，採光不如照片好。

- HSIU-CHUAN LIAO (9/5): - The bed is really good for sleeping: it is firm (not too soft or too hard). It is closest to the West Gate of Tsuruhashi Station where one can easily board Kintetsu to Nara, it is also on JR Osaka Loop, and a subway line( for traveling to Nipponbashi and Namba). Although the staff at the front desk did not speak English, he was very friendly and he used translation function from his cell phone to convey all necessary information to me. There are a lot of restaurants and has a Lawson nearby. It is quite safe in that we need a security code to enter the hotel anytime. The Central Gate of Tsuruhashi Station is further from the hotel than the West Gate. The information provided by the hotel was for the instruction for Central Gate, which took me a little bit longer to get to the hotel.

- Stefan (8/5): Very good - Quite clean, quiet for the most part, and fairly spacious as a solo traveler. There is a construction for a building going on outside of the hotel and they were going at it at the crack of dawn for one of the days. When the room was cleaned the toothbrush and paste I recieved was removed. It would have been good to know in advance so I could have grabbed a second one.

- Boris (8/5): Great comfortable stay - The hotel is clean and tidy. It located in the center of Korean town. Lots of eateries and shoppings around. Just few steps away from the train station. Check-in only opens 4pm.
- Tracy (8/5): Very good - The Japanese manager was very pleasant to deal with. Room is very spacious. Clean and tidy all the time. Close to the park where sumo wrestlers train during season. Listing also shows how to get to the property which was very helpful. Would be good if a mirror is added to the room. Upon check in, a younger staff assisted me, would have been nice to be showed around the first floor such as location of laundry area and where to get utensils from (introvert problems).
- Paulina (7/5): Great location, weak amenities - Great location - less than 5 min walk to the station and there's a lovely onsen like 10-15min walk from there. Plus the osaka loop line accepts jr pass! For a place with it's own kitchen it had almost no amenities that would let you cook. No cutlery no pans or pots - just a kettle and a single bowl and a plate. I booked here in hopes of being able to cook to myself but I was not able to.

- Ayaka (10/5): Repeat guaranteed - I travel a lot for work. This place is one of my favorites. It is super close to the station, market, drug stores, and convenience stores. The facility is super new and clean. It felt safe, too. The small kitchen made our tea and warm snacks. The staff was kind, and the breakfast was simple Japanese style, which we liked! He cooked eggs on the spot, and it was delish. Just a couple of requests to make: the pillow was a bit hard, and the towels could be softer. Well, that is a preference.

- Irantzu (9/5): Nice place to stay - The place was great, clean, the host very nice... The only pity is that the shower was not in the room, but it was written in the description, so I cannot really complain. Anyways there were two shower rooms, in which you could lock yourselve and shower in privacy, so quite fine. The room had a kitchen, which was very nice, and the bed had a heating system inside which was GREAT.
