- Brunno Lopes (8/5): Bem aproveitada e muito confortável. - Quarto enorme, muito conservado e limpo, fidedigno às fotos do anúncio. Cama grande e confortável, climatização ok, torneiras de chuveiro, pia e banheira aquecidos. Funcionários muito receptivos, desde a recepção até a ida embora. Fomos embora as 5:30 da manhã e o pessoal separou um lanche pra gente, visto que não ficaríamos para o café da manhã. O Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções tanto de bebidas quanto comidas. Entendo que existem mudança de cultura e forma de alimentação, contudo, ter uma maior variedade no que oferecer ganha pontos com os hóspedes. Valores bem salgados na hospedagem (compensa em partes por conta da qualidade do quarto) e nos itens de consumo a parte (frigobar e outros), fora isso, nada a dizer que desfavoreça a acomodação.

- Federico (10/5): Hermoso amanecer sobre calle cordoba y el micrcentro porteño - La habitacion en la esquina y en piso superior tiene vista sobre la calle cordoba que es muy linda y los grandes ventanales dejan entrar el sol por la manana. En algunos puntos se nota que el hotel podria requerir una renovacion o actualizacion en la decoracion, amoblamiento, y detalles que podrian mejorar para elevar la experiencia.

- Lígia (9/5): Recomendo o hotel. Foi uma estadia agradável! - Atendimento dos funcionários. Tivemos alguns problemas que foram prontamente resolvidos. Café da manhã muito bom, com variedades. E localização excelente. O box do banheiro poderia ser fechado, pois a água vaza para fora ao tomar banho. E os banheiros poderiam ter melhor ventilação, já que não possuem janelas.

Mesmo com uma temperatura máxima de 25 graus, não ligaram o ar condicionado, solicitei várias vezes e nada. Soube que o ar condicionado é central, mesmo assim deveriam ter ligado. Fiquei muito desconfortável, sentindo muito calor. Precisam urgentemente solucionar essa questão. Não gostei.

It felt safe coming back to the hotel late in the evening after a night out. The hotel was nice and the room clean but it was a little more basic than I expected from the hotel star rating. Good value for the price but I think misrepresented in star rating, which would normally mean more amenities in the rooms and things like an onsite restaurant, bar etc.

- Stefanie (8/5): Das nächste Mal doch lieber wieder anderswo. - Das Zimmer ist groß, das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Ich habe ständig mein Gepäck untergestellt. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nur zentral steuern und ist ausserdem ziemlich laut. Mein Zimmer war, als ich zurückkam, auch um 13 Uhr noch nicht aufgeräumt. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserkocher, aber mit "normalem" Stecker, der nicht in die argentinischen Steckdosen passt. Den Adapter muss man sich dann erst besorgen, und der Zimmerservice merkt auch nicht, wenn der kostenlos bereitgestellte Tee aufgebraucht ist. Am Ende hatte ich nur noch Boldo.

- Wiebke (10/5): Perfect location and extremely good value for money! - great location, walking distance to and from Buquebus port, very close to the pedestrian zone, just next to the famous shopping mall Pacifico, safe area, yellow tourist bus stop just across the street. Walking distance to major sites like Obelisco. Beds are very comfortable, the suites are extremely large and comfortable. Breakfast is extraordinary!!! Reception staff very helpful. —

Sin duda repetiré en algún momento que pueda volver a BA. El hotel se destaca por la amabilidad de su personal y por la excelente ubicación.

The Hotel unilaterally changed my second stay to another hotel at short notice with no WiFi and a room on a very noisy street. The ‘Reception’ continued to raise expectations about the WiFi connection to no avail …a truly bad experience. Unfortunately.

O pequeno-almoço foi uma boa surpresa, que excedeu as expectativas. Os funcionários super simpáticos, que ajudaram a tentar resolver e a atenuar as coisas menos boas. O quarto tinha poucas tomadas para colocar o carregador do telemóvel. O Wi-Fi só passou a funcionar dentro do quarto a meio da noite, tendo de usar o do corredor durante a tarde/anoitecer. A água demorava muito, mas mesmo muito tempo para aquecer.
