- Monti (9/5): - great location. The hotel is in the center of the town with easy access to shopping and dining, many tourist spot nearby with walkable distance. Room are big and clean, staff are friendly and helpful. สิ่งที่ไม่ชอบคือ เบลบอย เรียกรถไปสนามบินให้เรา ทีแรกไม่ได้คิดอะไร แต่พอออกไปยืนรอ เค้าเรียกแท๊กซี่จากไหนมาไม่รู้ ต้องยืนรอ 7 นาที ทั้งๆที่หน้า รร. มีรถคันใหญ่พอใส่กระเป๋า และนั่งสำหรับ 4 คน จอดรออยู่ 2 คัน ส่วนรถที่มา เปิดหน้าต่าง 4 บาน มีกลิ่นบุหรี่ ขับรถมือเดียว อีกมือกดโทรศัพท์ตลอดทาง เข้าใจว่าเรียกรถที่ดิลกันไว้มาให้ และมีค่าหัวคิว และค่าโดยสารเหมือนจะแพงกว่ารถปกติด้วย ใครเจอเหตุการณ์แบบนี้ ให้ปฏิเสธรถที่เค้าเรียกมา แล้วเลือกขึ้นรถที่หน้า รร. ได้เลย

- Fong (9/5): Geweldig centraal hotel - Super locatie, dichtbij eetgelegenheden en winkelgebied. Op ongeveer 20 min lopen van Ruínas de São Paulo. Er zijn bussen die je naar het niet gedeelte brengt bijvoorbeeld naar hotel Venetië. De kamer was groot en schoon. Er was waterkoker aanwezig voor koffie en thee. Personeel was aardig. Vanuit ons hotelkamer hadden we uitzicht op hotel Lisboa. Geweldig!! We vonden alleen het matras een beetje aan de harde kant (pocketvering)

- Susan (8/5): Not worth the price we payed. - The hotel was very clean and tidy. The hotel was well maintained. The staff tried to be helpful. The room was advertised for 850.xx when I got the credit card bill, it was 998.05. That is basically 150. of added taxes. So in the end the room we got for a one thousand dollars a night was nothing special, and the room/hotel did not offer any experience worth that price. The 2nd great disappointment, was the buffet breakfast mostly offered Asian foods for breakfast with seafood. We never eat Asian food for our breakfast, and we never eat seafood for out breakfast. So we had to find another hotel to have our breakfast. So next time we will probably stay at the hotel that we had the buffet breakfast in.

View from room is also great with Lisbour hotel and Macau Tower. The lobby has few couch sets. We arrived too early but place to await for checking in was not comfortable.

- Ian (8/5): Excellent location, clean hotel for an excellent price. - The location of the property was excellent for old Macau, within walking distance San Melo and the Ruins of St Paul. The hotel is set off the busier roads so is a little quieter. Some of the rooms had the odor of smoking but having travelled to Macau and China before, this is not unusual.

- Xiaojiao (8/5): 满意的入住体验 - 房间很大，双人床睡两个成年人绰绰有余，房间书桌上提供三头充电线，床头插座有usb口 大堂门口地板上铺了好多金砖，充满财富的味道XD 酒店隔壁是新八佰伴，对面有个友邦广场，可以逛逛吃吃 交通很便利，附近不远就是新葡京，很多娱乐场也有发财车可以回酒店（如新濠-澳门中区的发财车），附近亚麻剌前地有个巴士总站 入住时遇到了一点问题，前台无法查到booking订单，一开始前台认为是我们和平台的问题，来回查了20分钟最后发现是前台人员弄错了first name和last name的顺序所以没查到入住人，最后还是成功入住了 设施有一点老旧，入住时可以选择要浴缸还是淋浴，选浴缸的话淋浴需要站在浴缸里 附近没有直达机场的发财车，可以从隔壁新葡京坐班车到上葡京，再从上葡京去机场

The hotel is located in a central location, not far from the main bus station, grand Lisboa hotel, and the picturesque ‘old town’. There are plenty of restaurants and food outlets, plus a local supermarket nearby. The check in process was a bit long, and the staff were only average friendly or helpful. The room itself was reasonably large, enough to accommodate 3 people for one night easily. The view was facing the macau tower towards the harbour. Our package did not include breakfast which was at an additional cost. The internet and WiFi worked just fine for us. We all got a decent nights sleep after a full day of sightseeing.

Facilities: has a spa, and shuttle bus provided. There’s in house casino. Breakfast is great. Room: big and spacious and very clean. Very well maintained. And no smoking smell in room. Staff: counter staff are very nice and friendly. However the restaurant staff needs abit more training. We were having our breakfast with 1 infant and 1 toddler. There’s no baby chair provided. Hence I’ve to carry them w my hands and feed them on the other, with a lot of balancing skills. Some food were on the floor (which is expected for kids). The staff just told me off that I am spoiling their carpet floor, and told the cleaner to sweep the floor (while I’m still eating). They grumble non stop that I’m spoiling their floor…… I wonder is this an adult only hotel…

- Danny (10/5): Very luxurious hotel right in the centre of the (casino) action... - The room itself was excellent, of high standard e.g. with electric curtains. Location is close to Lisboa Hotel and other high profile hotels/casinos. Staff is also helpfull and friendly. Hotel did not have bus service to ferry boats, unlike other big hotels. No western food available, but makes sense as there are hardly any westerners in Macau...
- CantSitStill138 (2/5): Unbearable cigarette smoke - This place absolutely *reeks* of cigarette smoke. To the point that it smells like someone was smoking in my non-smoking room seconds before I entered. It was difficult to sleep and I did everything I could to avoid being in it when not at work. To add to the tackiness, they called me past 9pm (I get up very early and was asleep) and while I had the do not disturb sign up and had the gall to ask me to pay for towels that had some red on them from my hair. Like, just wash them? It easily comes out. Surely I'm not the only one with dyed hair that has stayed in this hotel. I know they didn't attempt to wash them because they left them in a pile in the middle of the floor.

- Cheuk (5/5): Not a good experience - Good location. The room is spacious and clean. Their colleague at Reservation Dept. confirmed the price of the breakfast and advised the hotel would offer a 30% discount to their guests for the breakfast. However, when we were at the reception area of the restaurant, namely the Royal Kitchen, their waitress advised she had no idea of such discount. We had to explain what the clerk at Reservation Dept. had offered us and she reluctantly offered us the promised discount. We also tried to reserve a table for the breakfast via their reservation dept. one day before the check-in date and did not receive any response. Of course, no table was reserved. Not a good experience.

- Tak Yiu (10/5): - 好像是upgrade到行政房? 謝謝職員 地點方便，到熱門地方步行都輕鬆到 房間裝修新淨，也算乾淨，廁所有企缸和浴缸，超讚! 另外電視是LG SMART TV，可以看youtube netflix，超讚! 缺點: 床有點軟，枕頭太極端，一個太厚一個太薄，不太好訓

- 490kandyn (4/5): Terrible stay but Will made my day - I came with by husband for my wedding. You can never choose this hotel for special occasions. Breakfast arrangement is poor, room set up not available, for other problems they will not willing to solve until it is escalate to the higher management. Bellboys will not greet or farewell (not even say goodbye when leave), not even wanna look at you, FO team not try to help and no smile at all. One good thing out of the bad is the doorman named Will, he is helpful to proactively move my luggage to room, and when I had very bad mood during the stay, when i saw his smile I feel warm and melted :P Thank you Will for your service and care. If it is not Will, this review only rate ONE star.
