• Paula (7/5): - Todo nuevo y limpio. Buena ubicación. Cuando llegamos, en pleno invierno, no estaba prendida la calefacción, que tardo mucho en lograr aclimatar el depto, y tampoco estaba encendido el termotanque. Hablamos con el personal y finalmente pudimos solucionarlo. Al final de la estadía nos compensaron por estos inconvenientes devolviéndonos el costo de la primer noche, sin que nosotros lo hayamos solicitado.

• Cipolla (10/5): - La ubicación excelente. A metros del Bosco verticale. A 300 metros del metro Isola. El alojamiento super limpio, calefacción genial. Nos tocó muchos días de lluvia y el apartamento fue muy confortable esos días. Restaurantes cerca y supermercados. Glovo llega muy rápido también. La cama cómoda. La atención por mensaje super rápida.

• Julia (10/5): - Fueron muy amables y atentos en todo momento. Necesité una factura, me respondieron y me la proporcionaron enseguida. El espacio estaba muy limpio y era acogedor. Es una sola estancia. La entrada de la casa y encontrar el alojamiento es un poco difícil pero te dan todas las instrucciones.

• Sehrawat (5/5): Could have been better but I guess it's Ok in this price. - Location of the hotel was close to the metro station. It is just a room (named Beplace apartments) in a very old society (guess that's why there are no outside pictures of the balcony or entrance to the building. Room itself is newly renovated but I guess short of space. It is on the second floor of the building and no lift so be prepared to lift your luggage on your own. Location given was not matching and had to walk with luggage to reach out to the room after guided by the host.

Outside the apartment there were many bars and a lot of drunk people shouting until late hours at night. I wish we were informed about this before we agreed to change the apartment.

• Bianca (7/5): Nice room with noisy surroundings - Everything looks new in the room and the bed was comfortable. The mini kitchen is very useful and well equipped. We liked the quality of the materials used in the room. The metro station is close and the new part of the city is just 5 minutes away. The metro is passing nearby and you can hear it every time. There is also a church nearby that rings the bells each morning at 7. The hot water is from a boiler and it’s not enough for 2 showers in a short period of time and also when the boiler is heating the water it makes a lot of noise. The access to the room is a bit odd, through a narrow door and after that through a narrow balcony. Oh also the bathroom is very narrow.

• Filip (1/5): Bad - Our experience wasn't pleasant. After COVID-19, me and my girlfriend have an allergy to home dust. We are sensitive when we are in not enough clean places. A little after we entered the room, our allergy was activated. The worst started when we went to the bed, which was the most dusty and sleeping there was hard-time for us. We could even see really big parts of dust flying in the air, even in the night without sunlight... We drank some medicines, and we managed this vacation, but for two days in Milan, we had cough, stuffy nose, sore throat and skin itching... we didn't come and pay for this. The bed needs to be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner a few times in a week or at least once a week, but this bed was surprisingly dusty. We were also accomadate on other place than the one we have booked..
• Federica (7/5): Hotel quality studio - The Studio apartment is fully renovated with a kitchenette. Looked like a nice and modern hotel room. Second floor without an elevator (might be a problem for people with heavy baggage). The room could get quite cold (12-13°) after a day with the heating off. I should have asked for an additional blanket. It was not the studio I thought I booked, but it was very, very nice.
• Maria (3/5): Not pleasant or relaxed at all. - The location. Several things. To begin with, the apartment is in a very old building, on the second floor with no lift. Secondly, we had several power cuts because the building’s electric system does not seem to support the appliances in the apartment. You can’t use the oven and the air conditioning at the same time, for example. The apartment is not well equipped either. There is no toaster or microwave or electric kettle. There are no kitchen utensils, like a good knife or a spatula. When you wash the dishes, the cutlery drawer gets full of water. There are no pegs for towels in the bathroom and nothing to put the shampoo, soap, etc. on in the shower. The person who welcomed us was very nice and came immediately when the lights went out the first time, but the problem couldn’t be solved. We were offered another apartment, but moving would have implied spending one of the two days we had to visit Milan on changing places. When you rent a place, you should be able to use all the conveniences it has to offer without worrying about the electric power.
• Matthew (5/5): Very disappointing, style over substance and cleanliness. - The location was nice, right next to the Porta Nuova development, and the courtyard in which the studio was situated was quiet from the outside. The design of the studio was stylish and looked good on the surface. Honestly, the studio was a big disappointment for us, and we believe it was very poor value for money. Despite the appealing look, the studio was very much style over substance and didn't function in the way it should have for the price we paid. The initial frustration came from a delay in checking in despite over the phone agreement of a time to meet. Only after calling the service line did we find out that the host would be 20 minutes late, meaning we had to wait those 20 minutes in the cold. Once we finally made it inside the studio, it was extremely cold, and despite leaving the air conditioning at 30 celsius for an extended period, it was impossible to heat to normal room temperature, meaning that I myself got sick from it. Because we had the air conditioning on more or less constantly, it was noisy inside, not to mention the creaking of the staircase in the unit next door waking us up. Last but not least, the damp and cold in the studio had left a number of spots of mould, especially in the kitchen, and we were welcomed by dirty bed sheets and hairs under the sheets. Overall, not at all what we had hoped for.

Located in ra the cozy neighborfood so you can enjoy the local atmosphere including the local code shop and Saturday market. 20 min from duomo. If you want to stay closer to the center. I liked this neighborhood

The hosts were super friendly and easy to communicate with, and met us at the apartment. Small details like nice decor and water bottles waiting was a plus. Also - really good location close to everything and the train station. No complaints

Excellent facilities Very clean Friendly, helpful staff on hand Location was a little further out from the city than we’d have liked, our own fault for not checking fully before booking. We had to Uber into the city centre / dumo each day which was between €9 - €14 per journey.

Excellent wifi which I especially needed because I was working. The staff were very kind and available. The apt was spacious and had everything I needed. Felt very private but the location is excellent. I didn't cook but could have with a fully supplied kitchen. Will definitely be back when I'm in Milan next! Thank you for a great stay.
