- Jurgita (8/5): - Clean, spacious room. Big window and a little balcony. Staff kind and polite. The location is very good. Omelette from kitchen was nice. Staff lack a bit better spoken English. Brrakfast buffet needs more variety for simple food like pancakes or better cerials with different milk options. Staff are a bit harassing people for a good review while they are having food in their mouth.

Нам нужен был семейный номер для 2 взрослых и 2 детей, нам предоставили смежные номера, которые соединялись через внутреннюю дверь, что очень удобно. Завтрак не шикарный, но все необходимое было. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить персонал - очень отзывчивые, во всем помогали. Отдельное спасибо Виктору на ресепшен за помощь с трансфером!!! Расположение отеля отличное, в самом центре.

De plus, le groupe comprend plusieurs hôtels et nous trouvons que l'annonce n'était pas claire : dans celui où nous étions, il n'y avait pas de spa, alors que sur Booking on avait compris le contraire.
- Nguyen (10/5): Good - I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, close to many places to eat and explore. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared when I arrived. What made the stay even better was the friendly staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Special thanks to Keisha for being so kind and attentive during my stay. I truly appreciated the warm service and would happily stay here again.

Très joli cadre , confortable, bien décoré et très calme . Personnel au top , avec un manager très attentionné et qui plus est parle parfaitement le français ! - Marie Josee (9/5): Notre séjour a été de 6 jours. Nous avons senti que la satisfaction client est la priorité numéro 1. - L'emplacement est très bien. Près de tout à pied et tout le personnel d'une gentillesse extrême. C'est une culture d'entreprise. Rien. C'est parfait.
- Vuan (6/5): - Le personnel me demande de mettre 5 etoiles parce qu il m a surclasse... sans meme voir la chambre ou autre. Sachant que pour le prix et pour un hôtel dit 4 etoiles, la chambre n est vraiment pas au rdv, elle fait vieillotte avec pas mal de moulure en mauvaise etat et une salle de bain avec du calcaire. L emplacement est bon en revanche.
- Sophie (10/5): Charmant hôtel en plein cœur de Hanoï , emplacement au top et personnel très accueillant ! - Un joli petit hôtel en plein cœur de Hanoï , juste à côté du lac , nous avons été très bien accueilli par un monsieur qui parlait très bien français , et qui nous a surclassé dans une jolie chambre au 7 eme avec de grandes baies vitres et une décoration faite avec beaucoup de goût ! Front desk staff are rather accommodating & friendly although there were some complaints we made, Ms Sarah & Mr Victor tried their best to addressed them--- special thanks for these two good staff. We would like to stay here again next time hoping by that time water pressure in the shower is better/stronger & room upgrades will be implemented.

And, they made themselves contactable via whatsapp. The rooms were clean and modern and well lighted. The shower (bathtub) was difficult for persons with disability. Better if there was no bathtub.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fenster und die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Die Frühstückszeiten könnten ein wenig länger sein. Kaffeespezialitäten ggf. gegen Aufpreis fehlen, es gibt nur Filterkaffee. Schade bei so tollen Angeboten in der Stadt.

- J (7/5): A bit overpriced for what you’re getting. - We liked the staff and the included breakfast. Super close to 7-Eleven and tons of restaurants in walking distance, which makes this a good base to explore the surrounding area of Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem. Our room didn’t have a window so we were reliant on the AC to cool the room. Two nights the AC didn’t work. Apparently this is a feature of the central system, which is regulated per floor. This means if rest of the floor wants heating in the room, then no cooling for you. Our room was uncomfortably hot and stuffy as a result.

- olga (2/5): Never again. - Great location. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The facilities were old- much older than the photos showed. We didn’t have a window that opened. Maybe there are two classes of rooms and there are some that look like the pictures? We arrived late with a sick child, so we didn’t have the energy to leave. Walls are thin so we heard the other rooms- people coughing etc.
