• Cecile (8/5): Établissement particulièrement recommandé si on parle italien - L'emplacement, j'ai prolongé le séjour La réception 24 h/24 Le personnel est adorable, dommage qu'ils ne parlent pas tous soit italien ou anglais (exemple le personnel de nuit, une formation en langue aurait été en plus appréciée) donc il vaut mieux demander à la réceptionniste de jour ,sinon ça peut être compliqué Heureusement je parle italien et anglais

• AlKhatib (8/5): I will definitely book my stay at the same hotel next time without a doubt. - The hotel was really beautiful, I honestly did not expect such quality. The room had a very comfortable design, the view was lovely, and the location was excellent and very close to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helped me whenever I needed anything .. Special thanks to Lindita, Reni, and Sonald👏🏻 There was no glass panel for the bathtub when showering, and the overall cleanliness, especially of the floor, could be improved a little.

• Sara (2/5): Very disappointing stay – would not recommend - It is a short walk to get food somewhere else Very disappointing stay – would not recommend We booked Rosa Blu Hotel mainly because the room advertised a jacuzzi. Unfortunately, it was not usable at all – the tub was dirty, the water drained out, the faucet handle was broken, and the pump button didn’t work. This was the main reason we chose this room, so it was very frustrating and misleading. Breakfast was another disappointment. Even though it was advertised until 10:00, when we came down around 09:00 there was almost no food left. We were left with hardly anything to eat. Because of these issues, we decided to cut our stay short. Overall, the hotel did not deliver what was promised, and the experience was poor from start to finish. Definitely not worth the money.

Il n'est pas récent et manque peut-être d'un peu d'entretien mais nous avions une Master room avec jacuzzi qui nous convenait parfaitement Spacieux +++++ Propre Le petit déjeuner était gargantuesque, avec beaucoup de spécialités albanaises. • Fabrizio (1/5): Decepcionante, sucio, caro, incómodo, engañoso. - Como punto positivo, destaco la comodidad y el tamaño de la cama y las almohadas. La experiencia fue muy decepcionante. El hotel aparenta haber tenido su mejor época en los años 80-90, pero actualmente se encuentra en muy mal estado. Los espacios comunes como la piscina y el gimnasio son oscuros, el sauna no funciona y se percibe falta de limpieza. La habitación resultó poco atractiva y también con problemas de higiene. El desayuno también fue de muy baja calidad. Si el precio fuera más accesible y no se presentara como un hotel 4 estrellas, probablemente la expectativa sería diferente. Lamentablemente, no corresponde con lo que promete.
• Antonio (1/5): disastroso non consiglierei a nessuno alloggiare in questo hotel ecco le foto - consiglierei a booking di cancellarlo dai propri servizii essendo un albergo 4 stelle il che a me e' sembrato un 2 stelle ,nella colazione ci dovevono almane i cornetti e non c'erano per non parlare di tutte le altre cose. che facevono solo pieta' questo albergo dovrebbero declassarlo a 2 stelle.la Hall praticamente non c'era, l'hotel era rappresentato da un piccolissimo bancone con un vetro, l'entrata era in comune con uffici, una palestra e mi pare anche un piccoloo negozio. Siamo arrivati alle 08.00 e volevamo lasciare i bagagli , ma non ce' l'hanno permesso nonostante abbia avuto assicurazione scritta da parte della proprieta', bagni sporchi bide' intasati doccia piena di muffa lavandini senza tappo, la tv non si poteva vedere perche mancava l'attaco dell'antenna. Dimenticavo che ci hanno pure cambiato la stanza perche quella a noi assegnata (appartamento con due stanze da letto) era una con letto matrimoniale normale l'altra stanza praticamente c'erano due matarassi a terra. e per ultimo non funzionava l'aria condizionata. per tenere la luce accesa abbiamo dovuto mettere un cartoncio perche ci hanno dato una chiave normale per aprire la porta. come da foto.
• Nora (8/5): - Nous sommes descendus prendre le petit déjeuner à 9h du matin. Celui ci est ouvert jusque 10h, malheureusement pas de réassort dès 9h du matin! Donc il ne reste pas grand chose. Grande chambre, lumière un peu vieillotte, led jaunes. Et salle de bain à revoir surtout au niveau de la douche, mais si non la chambre était très bien, superbe vue.

Duży apartament z balkonem w stylu socjalistycznym ale nam się podobał, ma swój urok, wszystko było co potrzeba, klimatyzacja ok, windy, dobre wi-fi. W cenie małe klimatyczne spa (3 sauny, basen, siłownia, jacuzzi, relaks). Śniadania bardzo duży wybór, każdego produktu po troszeczku ale niższej jakości. Klimatyczna restauracja. W łazience głośny wyciąg, ale można go włączać jak potrzeba.

The fitness room was huge. The location was also great since it was close to a lot of the major attractions. There was a cockroach in our bathroom. We did not use the jacuzzi in our room because it was cracking and looked sketchy. There are fish and birds all over the pool room and it’s so cool at first, until you see the state some of the fish and one of the birds are in. Kinda sad :(

• Manuela (6/5): Formidabile! - La posizione non centralissima ma comunque comoda per muoversi a piedi, in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la piazza centrale. La colazione buona e ben fornita. Il parcheggio privato a disposizione è un ottima soluzione. La grandezza delle stanze suite deluxe. Le camere sono datate e c’è un odore molto forte di polvere. La doccia del bagno della suite deluxe era piena di muffa ma in compenso la vasca idromassaggio era pulita e funzionante.

• Philippe (7/5): Emplacement adapté pour visiter la ville. - Le personnel est serviable le petit déjeuner est correct cependant il y a peu de place de stationnement environ une vingtaine donc faut vraiment réserver une place si pour vous c'est important. Le petit parking, rampe d'accès raide lumière des toilettes qui s'allume automatiquement la nuit, pas terrible pour un réveil nocturne pour un petit besoin. Les tapis au sol ne servent à rien pour ma part mais je reste positif sur l'hôtel car le personnel est plus que sympa.

One of the worst expiriences with hotels, mold everywhere, AC and jacuzzi not working - How it’s looks, large bedroom and paining the only good thing about the whole stay Shower with mold that should have already has it‘s own apartment, staff that couldn‘t replace a room key, pool that not working, AC that louder then anyone, jacuzzi that not working properly, elevator from room with questionable security, staff that coming to your room without you to replace towels, drilling in nearest room for whole day

Ze lokken je met mooie foto’s van zogenaamd net gerenoveerde kamers, maar bij aankomst krijg je een oude, vieze kamer met een niet-werkende jacuzzi. Toen we de receptie belden om te melden dat de jacuzzi defect was, kwam er iemand kijken en werd ons beloofd dat we een refund zouden krijgen. De volgende ochtend gingen we naar de receptie om dit te regelen, maar daar kregen we te maken met een onbeschofte manager en een receptioniste die geen Engels sprak en van niets wist. Na veel discussie met de respectloze manager kregen we uiteindelijk slechts €25 terug van de €177 die we hadden betaald. Belachelijk en uiterst respectloos. Laat je niet misleiden door de mooie foto’s of lage prijs. boek hier niet!
• Cecile (6/5): Belle chambre spacieuse avec lit king size, bon emplacement proche du centre et personnel d’accueil agréable. Mais plus - La chambre était spacieuse et joliment décorée, avec un lit king size très confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le volume de la pièce et son agencement, qui offrait un vrai sentiment d’espace. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également un atout, proche du centre-ville, des restaurants et des bars. Le personnel à la réception s’est montré très accueillant, chaleureux et disponible, faisant de leur mieux pour nous aider malgré la barrière de la langue. Leur amabilité a vraiment été appréciée. Climatisation inexistante en dessous de 40°C, ce qui rend les nuits très difficiles en période de forte chaleur. L’ascenseur est souvent lent et ne s’arrête pas toujours à l’étage demandé, entraînant de longues attentes. Le petit déjeuner est basique et mériterait d’être revu. Dans la chambre : absence de rideau de douche, pas de papier toilette à disposition à l’arrivée, pas de verres ni de téléphone. Le ménage est sommaire, la chambre n’a jamais été aspirée durant notre séjour. La piscine est agréable mais l’eau reste trop froide. Le parking est très exigu et peu pratique. Enfin, l’accueil et la politesse ne sont pas toujours au rendez-vous : certains membres du personnel ne répondent pas aux salutations, notamment un homme de petite taille travaillant au service de propreté, ce qui laisse une impression d’indifférence.
• Giada (10/5): Relax in spa in centro a Tirana - Posizione centralissima, a pochi passi dal centro città, abbiamo prenotato il parcheggio dell'auto il giorno prima quindi l'abbiamo tenuta comodamente al piano interrato. Camere grandi, spaziose, ottimamente allestite e curate. Alla spa siamo stati benissimo, alternando tra piscina idromassaggio sauna bagno turco. Colazione molto ben fornita, personale molto chiaro nelle spiegazioni. Ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo, lo consiglierei vivamente per un soggiorno a Tirana. Niente, siamo stati benissimo!

• Olakunle (2/5): Worst experience ever! - The location was good. Close to many amenities and the city centre My stay at Hotel Rosa Blu was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. The staff clearly have no training in customer service or hospitality. They were extremely rude, arrogant, and quick to argue with guests rather than help. Every request or concern was met with defensiveness instead of solutions. The air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room uncomfortable, and the breakfast was a complete disappointment. The options were very limited, some items were stale, and the worst part was that I was served a spoiled cake. As a professional baker, I immediately recognized the smell and slimy texture, but the attendants rudely insisted it wasn’t spoiled. The arrogance and refusal to acknowledge such an obvious issue were beyond unprofessional. If you value good service, decent food, and a comfortable stay, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Hotel Rosa Blu.
• Lucille (6/5): Bon emplacement - Le jacuzzi dans la chambre, la vue de la chambre. La piscine et le jacuzzi au rez-de-chaussée n’étaient pas chauffés, l’ascenseur fait peur, la chambre mérite une petite rénovation, la climatisation était mal réglée il faisait super chaud… nous étions au 8 eme étage et toutes les fenêtres s’ouvraient ( c’est assez dangereux…) le jacuzzi dans notre chambre avait une mauvaise odeur.

• PamiZ (8/5): Otttimo rapporto qualità prezzo per visitare Tirana - Avevo visto delle recensioni non tanto buone ma la posizione è perfetta e le camere molto ampie e pulite. Almeno noi avevamo prenotato una quadrupla e praticamente avevamo una suite con due stanze da letto separate. La colazione varia dolce e salata. Possibilità di chiudere le serrande per buio totale! Ci hanno gentilmente fatto lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio per alcune ore dopo il check out. Fuori dall'hotel non c'è nessuna insegna che indica Rosa Blu quindi è stato difficile trovare l'ingresso per parcheggiare. I parcheggi (da prenotare come richiesto in fase di prenotazione) sono molto stretti ma per fortuna il ragazzo della reception ci ha dato una mano anche in uscita. Mancavano gli asciugamani e dopo che li abbiamo chiesti non li hanno portati, ma avevamo 4 accappatoi e dovendo stare una sola notte è andato bene lo stesso. Il bel box doccia purtroppo perdeva acqua quindi essendo noi in 4 dopo 4 docce si era mezzo allagato.
• Antonino (8/5): - 2 camere molto ampie con molti piani di appoggio. Letto grande e comodo. Ampio balcone esterno. Spa inclusa nel soggiorno. Bagno molto vecchio
