• Zakia (3/5): - They tried to clean but it was in such a poor state that it did not help much. We had dust allergies as soon as we entered the room. Dust in every where, the comforts , beds , sofa - you can smell the dust! Toilet flush did not work in one bathroom.

• N K V M Pradeepa (5/5): Good for a budget stay, but not good for a free and stress-free stay. - What I like about this property is its location, and it is somewhat affordable considering other hotels in the area. Except for the lady who is seated right next to the reception — she doesn’t know how to at least smile. I think no one other than the staff; she should improve herself. I really hope she sees this (maybe the manager, admin officer, or someone — I don’t know who she is). I am not talking about the people at the reception at all, since they are really kind and helpful. The room we stayed in is right in front of the garbage bins, so the view is not nice, and there is not enough sunshine for this particular room. Especially, there is no parking at all, and the streets are really busy and noisy. This place is good if you are tight on budget, but if you are travelling with family and kids, I do not recommend this place.

• Lubna Zarah (8/5): - Very spacious room, in the centre of meena bazaar, no noise at night. All staffs were very nice and helpful except that 1 lafy who sot near the lifts. She behaved like an owner but am sure she is a simple staff. Never says good morning or a smile on her face.

Il y avait des cafards partout, donc obligée de changer de chambre, mais même dans la nouvelle chambre des cafards y étaient quand-même. Les lits très inconfortables car vraiment durs. La salle de bain et les toilettes n 'étaient pas propre non plus, et tout était rouillé. Le mobilier était vieux et abîmé. La connexion internet était très instable, malgré l' intervention du personnel, mais rien ne changeait. L'eau chaude était également un gros problème car il n y en avait pas toujours. En bref, mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une catastrophe, et je ne le recommande en aucun cas. Rien ne va dans cet hôtel.

• Mary (7/5): Right place if you are not spending more time at the hotel - It was at a perfect location. The WiFi was good. The staff was well behaved and courteous. Our things were all safe The mattress was of poor condition and the bathroom was all stained and didn’t look clean. The AC cooling would reduce automatically making the room too warm in the middle of the night.

It was like a 1 star hotel. I requested a cancellation and also a willingness to pay the cancellation fees but they couldn't support me in the process. Unfortunately, we had to book another stay somewhere else mid having a booking at this stay. The pictures on booking.com wasn't up to the expectations.

• Shweta (1/5): WORST HOTEL AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT STAY HERE, PAY MORE AND GO TO A BETTER HOTEL - Nothing. I got the worst service ever, the GRO at the reception was awful and unapologetic for the service they gave us. I complained several times about the wall socket not working in my room, and they didn’t do anything about it. I finally ended up charging my phone in the bathroom. The water in the shower was also leaking from the pipe. They’re using all cheap items to fix the issues in the rooms and bathrooms. Looks like they do not care about the safety and comfort of their guests. I heard many people complaining at the reception about their respective room problems. All in all, this hotel is pathetic. Never coming back again. EVERYTHING! WORST HOTEL EVER. DO NOT STAY HERE FOR FREE ALSO!
