- Cristino (7/5): Cama estrecha, buena ubicación y baño. - Té y café en la habitación cada día, buena ducha, la ubicación es genial al lado de la estación de metro y varios supermercados, pubs y restaurantes cerca. Ascensor en el edificio. Nos cambiaron las toallas cada día. La habitación era un poco estrecha pero sobre todo la cama era de 130cm y para dos personas es un poco pequeña, más aún si sois personas grandes. Además era un colchón encima del somier de un sofá cama atado con cuerdas y algunas maderas para aguantar el peso, era bastante incómodo y reducía aún más el espacio de la habitación cuando debería ser un somier y ya. Debajo de la cama estaba sucio.

- Laura (7/5): Goed hotel - Hotel was heel goed gelegen. Vlakbij Earls Court station dus heel gemakkelijk om de underground te nemen en je snel naar Londens highlights te begeven. Het was heel schoon en elke dag kregen we nieuwe handdoeken. Het bed was een slaapbank die was uitgetrokken en ik vond de matras heel erg hard. Ik weet niet of dit op elke kamer zo was, maar dat vond ik echt een minpunt. De ramen maakten soms wel lawaai. Klepperden een beetje.

Spotless, convenient, and highly recommended! - I travel constantly and I can safely say that this is one of the cleanest and neatest hotels I have ever experienced in London in my entire life. The cleanliness is flawless, and everything is maintained with great attention to detail. On top of that, the location is incredibly convenient for getting around, thanks to the nearby Tube station which makes traveling anywhere a breeze. I will definitely keep coming back every time I am in London. I truly recommend it to everyone. Excellent job!

Nonostante la camera fosse al livello ground era dotata di porta finestra che affacciava su un patio. Silenziosa. Apprezzabile il fatto che non ci fosse la moquette a terra! Nulla!

Nieuw, smal bed wat niet paste in de oude ombouw. Veel rumoer vanaf de straat. Schoonmaak pas rond 4 uur in de middag. Dames waren wel vriendelijk.

- Caroline (8/5): Prima hotel voor wie in West-Londen verblijft. - Prima hotel in West-Londen. Goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding en echt vlakbij een metrostation, handig! Nog iets meer oog voor duurzaamheid. Handdoeken werden vervangen, ook al lagen ze niet allemaal op de grond.

Está ubicado en una zona de restaurantes y comercios, al lado de una estación de metro. La habitación es pequeña pero suficiente para 2 personas. Cómodo, moderno y funcional. La limpieza merece mención especial, la habitación estaba siempre en perfecto estado, cuidan este aspecto de manera especial. Nada que reseñar.

I managed to book my room at a week's notice for £55 - hence why I rate it great value for money. The staff was very friendly, and the room itself was nice and comfortable. One concern I had prior to my stay was that many Google reviewers cited that they had not had their £100 deposit returned. However, this was refunded to me promptly around 4pm on the day of my departure, so I believe this may be a bank issue rather than the hotel's, as the hotel outlines this clearly in their pre-arrival email. Nothing - I received far more value than what I paid for this, in my opinion

- Vale.Contratto (10/5): Hotel ottimo, pulito e comodo - Qualità prezzo ottime Hotel pulito (che per Londra non è scontato!), struttura nuova, bagni bellissimi e spaziosi, posizione eccellente a pochi passi da Earl's court. La stanza viene pulita ogni giorno e gli asciugamani cambiati. Veramente ottimo. Se proprio devo trovare una cosa, non è comodissimo il desk in un civico diverso, ma sono davvero piccolezze.

- Lea (7/5): Super Lage, für den Preis ausreichend. - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, ca. 3 Minuten fußläufig von der Underground Station Earl‘s Court entfernt. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich eine Straße mit vielen Cafés, Pubs und Essensmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hat teilweise jedes Wort der gegenüberliegenden Zimmer gehört und auch jeden Schritt der darüberliegenden Zimmernachbarn. Obwohl sich das Hotel in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße befindet, hört man dennoch viel Lärm von der Straße. Zudem waren die Betten sehr unbequem und die Zimmer sehr klein.

Ci ritornerei! - La posizione, residenziale e tranquilla ma con tutti i servizi intorno, compresa la metro che è veramente a 2 passi. La pulizia della camera, veramente accurata. Il bagno nuovo e ben accessoriato. La struttura molto graziosa e ben curata. Il silenzio e la tranquillità sia dentro la struttura che nelle strade circostanti. La camera è piccolissima, ma a Londra non mi aspettavo diversamente. Il letto era in realtà un divano letto, però a sorpresa il materasso era comodo. La camera era in un seminterrato, ma aveva una finestra grande (perchè i piano terra era in realtà un piano rialzato). Non si poteva aprire ma faceva entrare abbastanza luce da non rendere la camera angusta.

- Andrea (8/5): Super convenient to subway station - Close to the metro and restaurants, clean rooms and friendly staff. Very accommodating when it comes to dropping off luggage before check-in. First two nights we didn’t have any window in our room which kind of freaks me out. Our second stay here we were in the basement so we had an outside access - but with a ladder.

- tamara (9/5): Great stay, minor tweaks would make it perfect ! - The room spec & common areas exceeded my expectations. It was finished beautifully, fresh, it smelt lovely and had great amenities. It felt more like a 4* than 3*. Very nice, comfortable and modern! despite a fully staffed reception/ no queue. I was not offered assistance with basic requests. I was asked to carry the iron and ironing board myself (including outside on the street) and retrieve my own bag from guest storage. This undermines both guest convenience and security expectations, as guests should not be accessing shared storage areas or handling equipment, these are typically services managed by staff. servicing etiquette can be improved

Lo consiglierei! - Camerata arredata in maniera semplice ma carina, Posizione a 2 minuti dalla metro, servizio in camera e cambio asciugamani giornaliero Bagno un po’ troppo piccolo (in 2 non ci si entra), il lavandino era un po intasato e l’acqua non scendeva bene, non era presente in camera un adattatore per la presa italiana (abbiamo chiesto alla reception ma non ne avevano più e ci hanno consigliato di comprarlo)
