Zhanna (5/5): - Единственный плюс этого места - локация. Близко к центру. Номера в целом чистые, опрятные и стоят своих денег. На этом плюсы заканчиваются Мы приехали на машине с целой горой чемоданов, никто на рецепшн не спросил нужна ли нам помощь, даже не предложили дать тележку для багажа. Мы пошли сами ее искать. С нас списали депозит непонятно за что, в номере даже не было мини бара. Плюс ко всему в номере не было питьевой воды, стояли только стаканы и пустой кувшин. А воду можно было купить в ларьке внизу за 4 евро за маленькую бутылку. Сервис оставляет желать лучшего

Viktor (6/5): I expected more from this hotel. - Good location. Nice breakfast and bar. The hotel trying to be modern and use a cleaning robots but the result was disappointing :) Overall the cleanse is not your strong side. The bathroom with this bathtub is ridiculous. First, I'm sure that people don't use it for its intended purpose and it's more likely that an accident will happen when entering and especially when leaving.

Bernhard (8/5): Gutes Hotel mit leichten Mängeln - Super Lage, freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter , gutes Frühstück , ansprechendes Zimmer, bequeme Betten Leider können die Fenster nicht richtig geöffnet werden, so dass es im Zimmer sehr warm und stickig war. Im Barbereich war die Musik unerträglich laut, sodass wir leider woanders hingehen mussten

Anastasios (10/5): Perfect choice! - Everything was very nice. The location is near the center of the town, just two stops with the metro or you can easily walk to the center. The neighborhood around the hotel is very nice, with lots of cafes, bakeries and restaurants. The metro station with the train that goes to the airport is really inside the hotel. This facility is unbelievably comfortable. The room was comfort, clean and quiet. One more thing that helps a lot, is that you have 24h free access to fresh water at your rooms floor. All the staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with many choices of salty and sweet options. I recommend this hotel and i will prefer stay here again in the future.

Francesco (9/5): Tranquillità a due passi dal centro storico - Camere grandi e silenziose, letto molto comodo e alta qualità del sonno. Staff molto gentile e professionale. Ottima posizione sia da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici e privati, sia per visitare il centro a piedi. Avrei gradito la possibilità di usufruire del bar in alternativa alla colazione completa.

Saeed (5/5): Wont stay there again for sure. - Its close to the center and underneath there are many restaurants. Tbh the room is quite old, even the door opener cover on the top suddenly fell. I told them I have a 4 year old kid with me they provided me a 2 year baby bed without cover or pillow for him, the room bedside table light one is white the other is yellow, I informed them about, they said they will send someone but nobody came. They requested a 100 euro deposit, and they did not return it to me until now, even at checkout the guy acted dump and wanted me to repay the whole room amount again, when I noticed I told him I already paid for the room, the only amount pending is my room service, then he realized and changed, and that to me is a RED FLAG, which mean they don’t document things properly.

Rosemalay (9/5): Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen, aber Frühstück werden wir ohne das Executivelounge Angebot nehmen. - Die Lage ist sehr good und das Hotel ist schön. Das Executivelounge Frühstück ist etwas mager.
Oliver (10/5): Tolles Hotel für Städtereise - Sehr freundlich und sauber. Zimmer groß mit kleinem Kühlschrank und TV. Möglichkeit für Frühstück und Essen im Hotel vorhanden incl kleinem Shop. Gemütlich zu Fuß in 15min in der Innenstadt. Taxis direkt vor der Tür, Bäckereien 5min zu Fuß erreichbar. Klimaanlage für unsere Verhältnisse nicht ausreichend. Sehr laut da schon älteres Semester. Kann im Sommer sehr heiß werden im Zimmer wir sind Ende April bei 21 Grad Außentemperaturt im Hotelzimmer gewesen.

Michela (8/5): Ottimo hotel in ottima posizione con servizi essenziali - Struttura moderna , curatissima , in ottima posizione dato che il centro è raggiungibile in un quarto d’ora di camminata , 5 minuti in auto e si trova ad una fermata di metro da Isartor, nei pressi del mercato centrale . Camere enormi, decisamente ben vivibili , quelle verso il cortile super silenziose Per la qualità ed il livello , mancano alcune piccole importanti cose. Il frigo bar non contiene assolutamente nulla ed è spento , senza possibilità di metterci nulla anche di personale . L’acqua è a pagamento al piano della reception o può essere presa in bottiglia da un distributore in corridoio. In compenso ci sono bollitore e macchina per caffè . Mancano ciabattine da bagno e un kit di essenziali ma ci sono saponi e prodotti per la doccia che , però , non hanno profumazione e non sono di qualità . La colazione è nella media del centro di Monaco, decisamente troppo alto il prezzo , soprattutto rispetto all’offerta . I prodotti sono quelli scontati minimi da colazione internazionale, non un buffet particolare da ricordare , e il costo è di 26€ a persona se acquistata in reception, 35€ se se ne usufruisce al Momento. Consiglio di attraversare la strada e arrivare in piazza a Rosenheimer platz dove si trovano un bar di italiani che fa cose spettacolari a meno della metà del prezzo ed una piccola caffetteria accanto che fa pasticceria francese e dei pan au chocolat eccezionali.

louisetZ1033AA (6/5): Disappointing in some respects - This hotel is a standard Hilton in most respects. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed and the common areas are nicely designed and functional. We had two issues which have reduced my rating to 3/5. Firstly, and most importantly, the outside temperature during our stay was in the early 20s most of the time which was lovely however, when we returned to our room it was very hot. I measured it at 22 - 26 degrees and this is too hot for us to sleep comfortably. I asked the reception staff member if she could get someone to look at the conditioning after our first night without sleep and she told me that she would have a technician look into it for us. I heard nothing and we had another hot and sleepless night. The next morning i asked the same reception person what had happened and she said that it was cold outside so the air conditioning was not operating. I do not consider this reasonable for a hotel charging such high room rates (we paid between 350 and 590 euro per night). The hotel is advertised as having air conditioning and it does not. We were not even offered a fan which I think should have been the least they could have done. Similarly, some follow-up communication on the first day would have been useful and have met expectations more than silence and then a completely different explanation the second day when I followed up with no attempt to assist. The second, and less important, issue is that the hotel has 80 TV channels, of which about 10 are in English but, during our stay, between five and seven of those 10 channels did not work 95% of the time we tried - they were on the list but were blank when selected. This was the same on both TVs in our suite. After the issue with the temperature of the room had not resulted in any outcome I did not both bringing this up with reception staff.
Andrew (8/5): I had an excellent stay and always looked forward to getting back to my room after a long day. - Location was great close to some beautiful restaurants. It was a pity the S Bahn station is not operating under the hotel but that's not your fault. I enjoyed your breakfast great choice the omelettes were beautiful and the man cooking them was friendly and nothing helpful nothing was a problem. Your beds are comfortable. I also enjoyed your executive lounge staff were so nice and couldn't do enough for you. The water machine is an excellent touch. I love the fact Hilton have a Nespresso machine in the room. Nothing really. I really enjoy a swim and using Spa and Sauna's after work but I know it would be extremely hard for you to have one.

A special mention must go to Santiago on reception, who truly made our stay memorable. His friendly and professional manner stood out, and his recommendations for local Bavarian restaurants were fantastic. Thanks to him, we discovered some amazing places we might otherwise have missed, which really made our holiday extra special.
X7889URrickm (10/5): Smart hotel, very good stay - Just enjoyed a lovely 5-night stay at the Hilton Munich City. Very helpful staff everywhere in the hotel ... Reception, Restaurant, Executive Lounge, all good. We were told off on one afternoon, when the hostess on duty in the Exec Lounge told us that we were not permitted to bring food INTO the Lounge and consume it. Normally the concern is in taking food and drinks OUT OF the Lounge. She allowed us to finish our pastries, on the understanding that we didn't do it again, but perhaps the hotel could revert to the old system when Afternoon Tea was served in the Exec Lounge ... this would negate the need for people to bring their own snacks in!!! Other than this, the staff on duty in the Exec Lounge were all very friendly and helpful, and always quick to replace and replenish items ... the evening canapes were acceptable, if not necessarily inspiring, but the general ambience was good. The Lounge has a couple of small outdoor terraces, which is a nice bonus when the weather permits. Breakfast was comprehensive and varied, and although busy it never felt crowded. The coffee machine is perhaps the slowest I have encountered in recent years, but at least the coffee itself tasted good! The room was comfortable and cleaned daily to a high standard, and the in-room mini-fridge was the coldest I have used in ages! You just need to locate the little button inside the cupboard to turn the machine on, otherwise all you have is a box with a white interior! I would happily return to the Hilton if we revisit Munich, and have no hesitation in recommending it to others ... just don't try and eat your own cakes in the Lounge!!
