Frank (9/5): Vue imprenable sur la rivière et la ville - Excellente situation, à côté du centre commercial Iconsiam, installations modernes et complètes, l'offre de restaurants. Les 'change rooms' très élégantes et équipées de douches et sauna sont très appréciables lors d'un départ tardif de l'hôtel. Pour pouvoir bénéficier dès notre arrivée de notre chambre, nous avons accepté une chambre à côté de l'ascenseur et le nuisance sonores étaient importantes mais c'était notre choix. Le bateau navette de l'hôtel n'offre que peu de fréquences mais le bateau-taxi entre la station BTS et Iconsiam fait également l'affaire.

Boy (9/5): Super hotel voor Bangkok - Super goed hotel met een van de meest uitgebreide ontbijtfaciliteit waarvoor zelfs een plattegrond is. De ligging aan Phayathay station met de airport rail en de BTS is echt een pluspunt. Volgend verblijf in Bangkok zeker weer in dit hotel.

Room was clean and our river view was incredible.ovely pool with a great view. Honestly, there wasn't anything, maybe that there weren't many sunbeds at the pool. We went off peak and only 1 was free? But not a big issue as you had the bean bags and sofas at the bar.

The staff were very polite and helpful, and there were plenty of amenities around the hotel. The location is a bit far from Iconsiam and not convenient for older people to walk to. The information provided by the Concierge about the dinner cruise was inaccurate.

The views from the hotel and the rooms are incredible A little disappointed with this hotel in comparison to other 5 stars in Bangkok. Whilst the staff on reception and concierge were lovely, I just didn’t get that looked after feel in other parts of the hotel. The pool is a bit disappointing really as most of it loses the sun at midday and there are only 20 or so sunbeds set in the sun for a huge hotel. There could have been more child friendly options and snacks at the bar. The room was lovely but maybe a little dated.
