• Giulia (9/5): - Appartemento pulitissimo, dotato di ogni confort e in una posizione ottima per la maggior parte dei punti di interesse. Niente. Bisogna solo mettere in conto una rampa di scale se avete con voi bambini piccoli o persone a modalità ridotta

• martha (10/5): We had a great time. The apt. was clean spacious and close to everything you could want. - It was spacious, centrally located, and not so many tourists. I'm sure there would be more in high season, but I was there in April. I enjoyed the cafes below us and the livelyness of locals talking into the night. It was a short walk to the road circling the Acropolis and to Plaka on the other side, if you so wished to see it. I think the location is superb to see central Athens. I liked it all. I would add ice trays to the refrigerator. The management staff was attentive. They took care of everything.
• Naima (9/5): Athens positively surprised! - Perfectly located in a small pedestrian street, excellent restaurant („Lolos“) directly in front. Authentic less touristic neighborhood. Hosts organized a luggage storage for the departure day.
• Charis (9/5): Nice apartment in Athens - Really nice place to stay in Athens. Very close to metro with lots of restaurants and bars literally outside your door. The apartment was spotless and the hosts were very easy to communicate with and responsive when needed.
• Nicolas KHOURY (9/5): - The apartment is very nice and well equipped. It is well located, with many bars, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby, right downstairs. The staff is generous and thoughtful, offering many little extras that make the stay even more enjoyable. The bedroom is very cosy, and there were plenty of towels provided, which was really appreciated. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay Two small points to note: - There was a slight humidity smell in the living room. - The hot water tank is quite small and is enough for one shower. Sometimes the water becomes cold before finishing. It’s not an issue for solo travelers, but with more than one person it can be inconvenient, especially since you have to wait around 50 minutes for it to heat up again.

• Sandra (10/5): Ein schöner Urlaub in einer schönen Unterkunft! - Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, tolle Atmosphäre, sehr geräumig, alles ist da, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern top!!! Ein Plus wäre, wenn der Fernseher eine SmartTV Funktion hätte, damit man auch mal einen Film gucken kann bei längerem Aufenthalt. Aber ist kein Muss!

• Derek (8/5): Nice but noisy! - The apartment was clean and well-appointed. Firstly, if you don't like sleeping with aircon don't rent this place. There is noise from the street outside until 3am. The lift didn't always work and threatened to get stuck.

• Keith (8/5): All good apart from the nightlife noise. - The instructions and advice from the hosts via WhatsApp was great. Very helpful with recommendations. The neighbourhood was good, with a bakery across the street that we used every morning for coffee and beautiful pastries. The apartment met all our expectations. Athens is such a fascinating city and is located for great days out to islands and other ancient sites such as Delphi. The only negative was the noise level from some bars close to the apartment, but if you’re not 63 and don’t go to bed early like I do 😀then I guess it’s not a problem. Overall the location is good, very nice walk through a park that takes you to the acropolis. If a completely undisturbed night of sleep is important to you, then this apartment may be unsuitable .

• Olha (9/5): A great location in central Athens - The flat is very well equipped, modern, roomy and comfortable. It's near to the Plaka, Acropolis etc as well as a metro station. There are many bars and great restaurants on the street as well as supermarkets and shops nearby. I did have to keep the windows shut in the evenings as the street is noisy, but having said that the air con was very quiet.

Clean and spacious apartment in a great location (walking distance to main sites but also out of the busy tourist areas). Great facilities and good and easy communication with hosts. A bit noisy at night due to location, even when it’s not a weekend.

It was easily reachable from the Metro station. The property was very clean, tidy specious, and had everything what we needed. The noise. As the property is located right above a bar/restaurant, it was very noisy, and we couldn't sleep for 2 nights. Sadly, we have missed this information in the reviews when booking the property

Lots of bars, restaurants and cafes full of life. We can not fault the service of the staff, everything from airport transfers and checking in/out information, excellent friendly service. We loved everything thing about our 7 night stay at Absolute Athens 11.

• Dipa (9/5): Excellent short stay - At the time of booking, I didn't realise this place was an apartment, as opposed to a hotel. Having never stayed in a self service apartment before, I was a little apprehensive but there was no reason to be. Shortly after booking, I was contacted by the hosts who provided clear information about the checking in process. When we arrived at the apartment late at night, access to the keys was easy, having been given the codes etc in advance. The one bedroom apartment was better than expected and had everything we needed. There was coffee and tea and some juice and water in the fridge. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans which would be great for anyone wanting to cook if staying longer. The apartment was very clean and the bed super comfy. We had a few queries about how things worked in the apartment and the hosts were quick to respond to provide instructions. The best thing about this apartment was the location. It is on the first floor of a pedestrian only street lined on both sides with lively bars and restaurants. Seems like the place to be for young Athenians on the weekend. We loved visiting the various bars only a few steps away from the apartment. The nearest metro station is less than 10 mins walk away, which was easy to navigate. Overall a fantastic stay and highly recommended.

• Aida (9/5): Superb - Very nice and cozy apartment in a great location. The staff is very client oriented. There is a superb local restaurant just downstairs the room. Acropolis is 15 min walk. It can get very noisy outside on Fridays and Saturdays, as the windows of the apartment are on the restaurants side of the street. If you’re sensitive to noise, have earplugs with you.

• Piotr (9/5): Almost perfect holiday in Athens!!!! 😎 - Perfect location, even if neighborhoods of bars and restaurants, but closed balconies’s doors with additional curtains and two air-conditions kept quiet enough inside sleeping! Additionally the owner helps a lot with transfers, checking and checkout procedures. This is not new and modern apartment with some needs for refurbishments. But location and service fulfills the our needs.

After the bar crowds, it’ll be the scooters and garbage trucks keeping you awake. Our family had a rough night of sleep our second night. Perhaps not the best place to stay with a family.

• Allan (9/5): Great location and clean apartment. - Great communication, easy to get the keys. Apartment was super clean, and had everything we needed. Great location with cozy cafes nearby. Since the apartment is right above several cafes, it could be a little loud on the weekend. Thankfully, no music, and mostly just talking voices but lots of trash and glasses being thrown into recycle bins at 3 am.
• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Very central location which is 15 minutes walk away from Acropolis. The apartment is very nicely renovated, it has everything we needed for a one week stay. Any questions or issues were solved by the hosts immediately, the communication was excellent and prompt. The only downside is the noisy pedestrian street full of bars which gets really busy until late at night or even early in the morning. This did not bother us but could be a problem for someone looking for a quiet location.

• Frederico (9/5): Loved the city and flat - The location was perfect, in a street that gives quick access to all the attractions of the city as well as a wide range of restaurants, bars, bakeries, etc, within 2 seconds of leaving the building. The flat is extremely comfortable and has everything you need for a super nice stay - including dishwasher and washing machine, both with detergents provided. Having salt, olive oil, coffee and a few other "basics" available was an awesome touch that made our stay even better. Not something I disliked personally, but if you're looking for a quiet place to stay this might not be it. The flat is above a very exciting and busy pedestrian street, so you'll have the hustle and bustle of a big loud city from 7am to 3am (ie. people chatting, sirens, mopeds, etc). Even though the windows do a great job at keeping the sounds out, it's still perceptible.
