The airport limousine bus connection was very convenient making travel from Narita smooth and stress free.
- RajivT (8/5): Luxury Hotel - We stayed here for 4 nights on the last leg of our trip through Japan. The hotel is in Shinjuku, about a 15-20 minute to the main train station although there are several metro stops within walking distance. The area around the train station has all the action so the hotel is on the quieter side of Shinjuku. It is a 5 star with all the amenities and luxuries, our suite was nice size although the bathroom size was small with inconvenient door to get in and out of the shower. I would recommend the hotel for the luxury feel and facilities.

The location is central - walking distance to several subway and bus stations; a pickup point of the Airport Limousine Bus; close to many restaurants and shopping places. The room is spacious enough; the staff are very friendly and professional. My mom specifically loves the hotel breakfast. All in all, highly recommended.

- david (7/5): A comfortable choice in the heart of Tokyo - We were in Tokyo during Golden Week when the whole country is on holiday. The hotel was extremely busy at all times of the day. Having said that breakfasts were great. We did not wait for elevators. And the front desk was fast and efficient. The hotel was clean all of the time. Rooms were serviced in no time at all. The Hilton is a machine and it works. We had a great view of the surrounding skyscrapers. There's a free shuttle to Shinjuku shopping area and an inexpensive airport shuttle. There is no sofa or chair in the room despite being "luxury".

Having to queue for breakfast was disappointing although we never queued for long.

- LawrenceJ828 (8/5): Western Style Hotel in Tokyo - This is a very well run Western style hotel in a business district in Tokyo. Between the standard higher end Hilton features and the predominantly American clientele - you almost feel as if you could be in any large US City. The staff overall does do an outstanding job overall - I often feel Lifetime Diamond members expect too much and can be entitled, but I was surprised that this property went the extra mile by upgrading me to their largest suite, and giving me a special commemorative working room key, presented in a nice leather folio for Diamond members. ROOM: Our suite was really spacious - there was plenty of room with the massive L-shaped couch to have 6 people in our suite every night to play cards! Rooms have a modern Japanese feel. Separate bedroom with a large king bed. Bathroom was average size - 1 person could get ready at a time. Room was really well maintained SERVICE: Every staff member (bar staff, exec lounge staff, housekeeping, front desk) was extremely courteous and professional. The concierge helped us arrange to have all of our luggage shipped overnight to our hotel in Kyoto so that we did not have to lug everything on the Shinkansen. The hotel uses Yamamoto transport, which is one of the larger, more reliable services - our bags all made it to Kyoto before noon the next day as promised. EXECUTIVE LOUNGE: While I don't have a lot of experience with non-US Hilton executive lounges - this lounge really exceeded all our expectations. Food options in the morning and evening exceeded all expectations - there were hot and cold finger foods, desserts, and a soft serve ice cream bar. There were self service beer, wine, and spirits. The manager of the lounge tracked me down one evening to greet me as a diamond member - completely unnecessary and unexpected, but I must say, a very nice touch. RESTAURANT: We only ate at the breakfast buffet in the lobby. Being a really large hotel, there was a huge breakfast crowd every morning. Having said this - they are able to manage the crowds better than any other large buffet I have ever experienced. The layout of the food, the way they re-plenish the food so quickly, the staff who clear used plates quickly - there is almost no waiting for ANYTHING. Food quality and variety is outstanding - Western and Asian options. They have a chef making special Musubi, which for our group was the highlight every day. They even have someone walking around offering different special cleansing juices every day. LOCATION: The hotel is in a fairly quiet business area of Tokyo, so it is definitely away from the high energy of tourist areas such as Shinjuku. While in theory there is an entrance to the train station right under the hotel - it is a rather long, but safe walk to get to the train itself. Because there are somewhat limited dining options in the vicinity - we had to factor in the long walks to the train if we wanted to go out to dinner.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The shower wasn't that great. The showerhead was facing up quite a bit and made the bathroom very wet and was not easy to use.

- 495russells (10/5): Perfect Hilton stay in Tokyo - First time staying here (4 Nights). The location in Shinjuku is literally a 15 min taxi ride to most things you want to see. Room very comfortable and clean, all staff especially Front Desk, Exec Lounge and Bell Staff were excellent. We were on Exec level and enjoyed the executive lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening snacks and drinks (which were plentiful and delicious) . Also coffee, tea etc anytime of the day. Well worth the extra expense and a great place to meet other travellers. There was always a taxi out front, Bell staff made sure the driver knew where to take us,.....just make sure you get a hotel business card in Japanese that you can give to the driver to get back. Other folk used the complimentary bus to the underground station. I would stay there again with exception !

- dw221a (4/5): Busy, Noisy ,not Very Personal - This is a crowded noisy and impersonal property. The hotel caters to large business groups, travel groups and airline flight crews. If you happen to be a member of one the travel groups, they do not recognize your Hilton status. The hotel is surrounded by office towers and there is not of restaurants in the immediate area. There is a free shuttle that runs frequently during the day that takes you the train station and the busier areas. The rooms are clean, modern and not especially large. They are generally geared to short-term stays Rooms can be made up as late as 6:30 in the eve. Again, if you're part of a group, the hotel is very reluctant to make any individual accommodation. The elevators are not well designed. There are 6 elevators, each one serves all of the 38, or so floors Waits can be very long

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and efficient, making the entire experience stress-free. The daily breakfast at the executive lounge was outstanding—high quality, well-curated, and a perfect way to start each day. A very special thank you to Mr. Waki, whose warm hospitality and positive energy made a lasting impression on our stay. Seeing him each morning in the executive lounge was a highlight—he was attentive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. It was especially meaningful to see him again at checkout to personally say goodbye. We are leaving Tokyo with great energy thanks to him. We will absolutely be staying here again on our next visit to Tokyo.

- 169marshas (10/5): Enjoyable Stay here. - We stayed here the last night of our land tour after our cruise. We could have spent another day or two. We found the neighborhood quiet compared to the hustle of other parts of the city. The breakfast choices were plentiful. The scrambled eggs were too runny but that would be my only comment. Rooms are spacious and I loved the sliding shades We ate at the steakhouse. We didn’t know but we could have split a meal. The portions were huge. Steak and pork chop were delicious. The lobby was always a hopping place but the rooms I thought were quiet. I really enjoyed our night there.

Abbiamo poi cenato all’ottimo Junisoh al 2. Piano, ma bisogna ordinare il cibo entro le 20.45.

- Karlie (9/5): Great location close to shinjuku station - The Hilton is located within a 15 minute walk of Shinjuku station and the hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the station at regular intervals. The rooms are very nice as one would expect of a Hilton and the staff did everything they could to ensure we had a great time on our honeymoon trip. The views are excellent as well. This was our last stop in Japan and the Hilton has a dedicated bus stop for the airport limo bus to both Haneda and Narita making getting to the airport extremely easy! There can be a long wait at the elevators at times to get up to your room.

The staff were all helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. Large buffet with Japanese, western, and even Indian options. Great fruit. Great service. We had a bad experience at the Chinese restaurant for dinner. Inattentive service and overpriced.

During check-in they make you sign up to their loyalty program making you give them your name, email, phone & address just for the privilege to use their wifi which wasn’t even a secured/encrypted network so anyone in the hotel could see everything your doing on the web. The hotel lacks anything in the local vicinity ( everything is quite a walk away ) which makes it quite inconvenient if you just want to grab a bite to eat or drink before bed. They do have a few restaurants however the prices are quite high $70+ per meal and for activities they have a tennis court which you also have to pay $70+ per hour so becomes quite frustrating because if you do want to do anything it’s either catch a train or bus or walk for 30minutes Our room had a view of the hospital which meant we had to listen to ambulance sirens during the night. The rooms felt outdated.

Our room was huge and the view was terrific. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Breakfast and happy hour in the executive lounge were especially good. The location worked well for us: a 20-minute walk to Shinjuku station. A free shuttle was also available, running twice or three times an hour depending on the time of day.

- Traveler35874748985 (10/5): Exceptional service - I stayed at the Toyko Hilton on 16th & 17th March. The Hotel was beautifully decorated and easy to navigate. The rooms were well appointed, lovely pillows and in-house accessories. The wine, drinks and breakfast was delicious. The highlight of my stay was an exceptional staff member, Chiari who served us at the restaurant/ bar on the second floor. This lovely young lady went well beyond to be thoughtful, respectful and so very kind. It was my birthday and Chiari made a wonderful effort to make my day and made me feel very special. On our second day, this lovely young lady noticed I was cold and brought me a blanket. Chiari is an exceptional staff member and asset to the Toyko Hilton.
