• peter (9/5): - Perfect location on the edge of the city centre - easy to reach everywhere. Staff all very friendly. Bar/Cafe had good beer and nice food and indoor and outdoor seating. Hotel even had a small collection of classic motorbikes on display- i was visiting barcelona to watch the motorcycle grandprix!

• Anca (8/5): Nice, clean hotel with staff on the learning curve - The hotel is very nice, with clean, comfortable rooms, and a friendly cafe where they serve breakfast (not included in room fare), coffee and evening drinks and tapas. The staff was very friendly and helpful, despite mistakes. I should have given lower rates to staff if they were less friendly and not so ready to correct their mistakes! First, they gave us the wrong rooms but then we got to choose! The receptionist made the wrong bill, as well as the restaurant- but then they apologized and corrected. My piece of advice is check your bills. Mistakes didn’t seem to be intentional.

Nice rooms with a very good restaurant and bar in the hotel with beautiful and relaxing ambience with seating indoors and outdoors. The air conditioning unit was inconsistent, the first two days it was too hot in the room no matter what temp was set. Last two days it was too cold.

Abbiamo soggiornato al piano terra (chiesto da me perché preferisco non fare le scale), purtroppo si sentivano i rumori degli scarichi dell'acqua e del wc del piano superiore.

Nada ver com o que esperava e com as fotos que vi online. O quarto era um cubículo, sem luz. Janela para a conduta do predio. A cama encostada ao corrimão de umas escadas inúteis, impossivel contornar a cama para passar para um dos lados, só por cima do colchão desde os pés. Hotel sem graça nenhuma, hotel funcional de trabalho para quadros técnicos ou médios. Um pequeno almoço miserável, escasso e uma maquina de café meio avariada e sumos de pacote. Isto por 17€50 pax. (o pequeno almoço não está incluído no preço do quarto). Pouquíssimos funcionarios com ar de estar a fazer um grande frete (check in feito online porque não tem pessoal suficiente). E por isto, pagámos 158€ uma noite e 260€ na noite seguinte. Haveria, segundo disseram, um congresso que tenho a certeza que não houve porque não estava lá quase ninguém. Fiz a pesquisa inicial para o Bairro de Gràcia e nem isso corresponde, fica bem longe. Hotel de 4 estrelas???? Mais que uma decepção, foi um embuste.

This was my third stay at this hotel and there's a reason for it. I highly recommend it. The breakfast wasn't refilled enough so if I came in 30 minutes before it ended some items were finished and they weren't refilled

Ładna przestrzeń w recepcji. Nie ma się o co przyczepić, jeśli chodzi o pracę Pań sprzątających- czyściutko. Przyjemny personel w recepcji i w restauracji/barze! Godzinę przed zakończeniem śniadania (do 10:30) poza słodkimi przekąskami były ogromne pustki. Niektóre talerze były puste lub np. z jednym plastrem szynki. Niestety braki nie były uzupełniane na bieżąco a dopiero za prośbą i wtedy trzeba było czekać kilka minut. Włos na ręczniku, bleh, ale rozumiem, że to się zwyczajnie zdarza :)

• John (9/5): - La Terrassa was very convenient, and its food and drink very good with very helpful staff. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was good for Park Guell. No milk for the coffee/tea in the room.

• Alicja (7/5): - Lokalizacja obiektu bardzo przyjemna. Hotel położony w spokojnej lokalsowej dzielnicy. W okolicy sporo kawiarni, restauracji, kilka minut do stacji metra, w pobliżu również autobus. Obsługa miła. Czystość w porządku. Niestety hotel nie posiada dostępu do światła dziennego. Pokój ulokowany był na 2 piętrze (zmiana bez wcześniejszego ustalenia), a okno wychodziło na lampy wiszące nad wejściem i ścianę budynku, przez co do pokoju nie docierało w ogóle światło dzienne. Z rozmowy z panem w recepcji dowiedziałyśmy się, że inne pokoje "mają gorzej", ponieważ są na parterze, a okna wychodzą na wewnętrzny dziedziniec i znajdującą się tam restaurację, przez co nie tylko nie ma dostępu do światła dziennego, ale też inni ludzie widzą, co dzieje się w pokoju. Dodatkowo, nasz pokój był przy windzie. Wszystkie rozmowy osób oczekujących lub wysiadających z windy były niestety słyszalne w pokoju.

• Solé (7/5): Mediocre - El personal Las habitaciones con poca luz, colchón de mala calidad. Ruidosos los sistemas de desagüe y mal aisladas las habitaciones con respecto al pasillo mucho tránsito y difícil conciliar el sueño. El desayuno regular y escaso. Los croissant excelentes.

• KONSTANTINOS (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πάρα πολύ καλή. 5 λεπτά από το μέτρο, 25 λεπτά από το πάρκο giueill αλλά πηγαμε και με τα πόδια στο κέντρο.

• sara (10/5): - The room was absolutely amazing and comfortable even if I chose a small one. It was really silent and perfect for good sleep! The bathroom is also very nice and big. The bar and the open air terrace best place to date with friends!!!!
