• HAEJIN (10/5): - 위치가 정말 너~무 좋아요!! 😊 바르셀로나에 5번 이상 와봤는데, 이번 숙소 위치가 단연 최고였습니다. 안방, 주방, 거실 모두 넓고 화장실도 2개라서 정말 편하게 지냈어요. 환기도 잘 되고 집 전체 난방이 잘 되어 있어서 2월에도 따뜻하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 동네도 조용하고, 고층이라 더 쾌적하고 좋았어요. 🌿 편안하게 쉬기에 딱 좋은 환경이었습니다. 주방도구와 식기류도 부족함 없이 종류별로 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 소금, 설탕, 캡슐커피까지 준비되어 있어서 편리했어요. (저희는 남은 고춧가루 살짝 두고 왔습니다ㅎㅎ) 식기세척기, 전자레인지 겸 오븐, 냉장고까지 다 잘 갖춰져 있고거실과 각 방마다 TV도 있어서 정말 좋았어요 📺 화장실은 따뜻한 물도 잘 나오고, 휴지도 넉넉하게 준비되어 있었으며 샴푸와 바디워시도 제공됩니다. 수건도 충분히 주셔서 편했고, 저희는 9박 동안 세탁기를 몇 번 사용했는데 세탁세제도 충분히 준비되어 있어서 아주 만족스러웠어요! 엘리베이터도 있어서 이동하기 편했고, 주민분들도 친절하셔서 좋았습니다. 😊근처에 식당, 카페, 디저트 맛집도 꽤 많고 특히 숙소 옆 테라스 식당들은 한산하면서 햇살이 너무 좋아서 기억에 남아요 ☀️ 무엇보다 집주인분이 정말 친절하시고 세심하게 잘 챙겨주셔서 더 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 그리고 집주인분이 한국분들 환영하시는거 같아요 ㅎㅎㅎ (알잘딱깔센으로깨끗하게쓰는한국인들) 가족 4인 여행이라면 꼭 다시 예약하고 싶은 숙소예요! 💛 (사진은 체크아웃하는날 입니다) The location is absolutely amazing!! 😊 I’ve been to Barcelona more than five times, and this was by far my favorite location. The main bedroom, kitchen, and living room were all spacious, and having two bathrooms made our stay very comfortable. The apartment had great ventilation, and the heating worked perfectly, so we stayed warm even in February. The neighborhood is quiet, and being on a higher floor made it even more pleasant. 🌿 It was the perfect place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with all kinds of utensils and dishes, and even included salt, sugar, and capsule coffee, which was very convenient. There’s a dishwasher, microwave & oven, and a fridge, plus TVs in the living room and each bedroom, which was a big plus 📺 The bathroom had great hot water, plenty of toilet paper, and included shampoo and body wash. We also received enough towels, and since we stayed for 9 nights, we used the washing machine several times. Laundry detergent was also provided generously!

• Josephine (10/5): Quiet and comfortable. - The property was situated in a prime position of Barcelona. It was on a walking street so no traffic whizzing past. 6 mins walk to the metro station. Lovely big warm apartment on the 4th Floor - the four of us loved our time there. Telma (the wonderful host) was lovely and she waited for us at the apartment as our flight and taxi driver were delayed. She was on hand by phone if we had any problems but we didn’t. We want to thank Telma for everything. Nothing

The spacious and clean accommodation is located closely with major tourist attractions, and famous restaurants were nearby. Especially, the host Telma was very kind and welcomed us warmly. If you're not imagining a five-star hotel, it will definitely be a great accommodation.

• Dennis (10/5): We’d return anytime. - Telma, the property manager, was an exceptional host, greeting us at the door, guiding us around the neighborhood to help us find basic needs and information. The apartment is perfectly located on a pedestrian street, near great restaurants and the Gaudi buildings. It’s also huge, providing whatever space we needed. It felt like home. Nothing that we didn’t like.

• Rina (9/5): - Our three-day vacation here was very pleasant. The apartment is bright and well located, on the 3rd floor with elevator access. There are many good restaurants nearby. We especially appreciated having two bedrooms with comfortable beds and two bathrooms. The place was moderately clean and quiet, making our stay enjoyable. Like many others mentioned, after a long day of walking around Barcelona, the only thing I felt was missing was shampoo in the bathroom. It’s not so much a negative review as a neutral one, with a small suggestion to make future guests’ stay even better.
• wafaa (9/5): great place , big, sunny, homy and very friendly would come again - telma met us she was so nice and friendly she is so punctual . the location was very good easy walk . with supermarket 3 minutes away. the apartment was very clean, spacious nicly lit, bathrooms big enough , tv in every room though we didn't use. master bed was soft to me thogh when asked telma she said that this was hard and changed to middle softness because ppl complained , there was washing machine and dryer which was good . kitchen has all needy stuff to cook , though i wish all apartments put a bottle of oil as there is no small bottles for sale in supermarket, the iron is wow as it was superb , elevator good. quite neighbours . all was good would defiantly come back again. its not a big deal but would love if there was shampoo and oil . thats it

• Monique (10/5): Thelma is a great host! The place was clean and spacious. I would stay again! - Close walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and metro. The apartment was very clean and well kept. The host took the time to show us around and explained how all appliances worked. There is a lot washer and dryer! It is about 3 miles from the Barceloneta beach but not a big deal. It is an easy metro ride.

• William (9/5): This is a great apartment with cooking, size, seperate space,access to trains, phenomenol restaur - Location is best you can have. L’Olive and La Cabrera highly recommend. Open food markets nearby. All trains nearby. Went to Sitges, Tamarit and Terazza by train. Room darkening shades awesome. Very responsive host. Some temporary construction. Not at night.

There is no washing machine. Shower, water easily get out. The towels and bed sheets look a little old (but they are clean)

• Judy (9/5): Spacious apartment in a lovely central position - The apartment is in a lovely quiet street near the shops and some main attractions which means it's easy to walk to places. There's a nice coffee shop opposite for breakfast and a supermarket 5 mins away. Telma was an attentive and considerate host, keeping in touch with us throughout our stay and recommending nice places to eat. The apartment is spacious, note the room with twin beds is quite a lot smaller than the main bedroom. It was very helpful to have 2 bathrooms. Nothing!

It is centrally located to all the main attractions. The new upstairs resident created lots of noise at night. It sounds like high heels on wood floor.

Very large two bed roomed apartment with two bathrooms. Good air conditioning. Telma was very welcoming. Wifi was excellent. Maybe a more modern TV with streaming services - but we used our ipad.

Thelma was great help, she gave us a tour of the unit when we checked in and explained how things worked. Much appreciated. Although the lift was too small for 2 people with 2 big bags, it just meant 2 trips instead. The apartment was quiet for the location. Nothing that I can think of.

Appreciate that they supply dishwasher tabs, laundry, dish soap etc - it’s a pain to buy that for a short stay, so nice it was included. The walls are pretty thin - noise from upstairs neighbor was noticeable but not a big deal
