• HSUAN (9/5): 房東很用心介紹屋內各個設備的使用方式（耳提面命包包要顧好往前背）；住宿位在格拉西亞大道上，是市中心的中心，一整排的精品和店家餐廳可以逛，步行1分鐘就是地鐵站，搭乘綠線去哪裡都方便，去機場也只要轉乘一次；這個地點這樣的房價真的是算划算。 - 房東用心，住宿地點超棒。 可能住的人比較多，洗澡頻率太密集水會不熱，但是可以解決的問題，瑕不掩瑜。

• Hristinka (8/5): Задоволително ,доброто местоположение компенсира негативите на апартамента - Местоположение Банята е преходна през спалнята и за трети човек на дивана и неудобно да влиза в спалнята ,за да ползва банята Спалнята и кухнята са много тъмни ,с малък прозорец и стена на 1 метър от него Кухнята не е добре оборудвана ,стъклените чаши са пластмасови ,което не е приемливо на тази цена

• Cassiana (10/5): Amei e voltaria a me hospedar! - Amei ser recepcionada pela proprietária, Telma, muito simpática e gentil. O apartamento é bem decorado, com limpeza impecável e a melhor localização de Barcelona: fizemos quase tudo à pé. Recomendo muitíssimo! Estávamos em 3 pessoas e o sofá cama, segundo o meu filho, não é muito confortável.
• Diane Gagne (8/5): Très bon endroit - Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'endroit. Très propre. Très bien situé. Telma a été d'une aide précieuse avec ses conseils et son attitude Très amicale. Malheureusement le soir jusqu'à 1h ou 2h du matin on entendait des gens faire de la rénovation ( marteau, drill, échapper des outils ou objets) ainsi que des gens qui parlent fort. C'est probablement temporaire mais c'etait la pendant notre séjour.
• jia (10/5): - The landlady was very friendly. Our train was delayed, and she waited for us in the room, enthusiastically explaining the facilities. The room's location was very close to Casa Batlló, which was satisfactory. There was a strong smell of disinfectant in the room, but it was well ventilated.
• Adriana (8/5): Loved it - Clean, warm, good location, has everything you need as a home away from home. Not the apartment owners fault, but the concierge mocked us on our arrival (we arrived 45 minutes earlier) when we asked if that was the right building he replied in Spanish (a language I fully understand) he only speaks “Catalan” and dismissed us. Also the man working inside at the stairs was smoking. So I suggest you arrange a time and keep it.

• Annmarie (9/5): Muy Bien - location, cleanliness, safety, community ovation with host It wasn’t the hosts fault but they are working on improving the water in Barcelona so we couldn’t use the kai dry at our place. Everything else was amazing especially the location and safety. You can walk almost everywhere you’d want to see it take a shirt metro from around the corner. Restaurant, coffee and even breakfast within steps of the streets below. Festivals can be viewed from the living room window to the streets below and it’s a beautiful view of the City as well. Yet judy shut the windows and sleep quietly with automatic block out blinds. Loved our stay!
• Liang (7/5): Good - Great location. The sofa-bed is very comfortable. - The apartment is not like hotel. No service for storing the luggages. Thank the land lord finally agreed to allow me put the luggages in the room for half hour after the last check-out time (11am) - I have no such habit to check the messages from a land lord after getting the confirmation of the booking. That makes my check-in very unpleasant. I learned a lesson that I need to pay attention to the messages from land lord if I booked an apartment.
• Chad (9/5): Superb - The place is central to Barcelona. It's located on the gran via! The apartment is newly remodeled and really good interior design. You will enjoy lounging in the living room with a glass of wine. The host meets you at check-in and walks you through the property and how to run the various appliances. Very nice and she can offer recommendations on where to eat. As with all of Europe, there is always something a little strange about the shower/bath. This one has the "half door" which means you will end up with some water on the floor no matter how hard you try. Very minor issue!

• Marrissa (9/5): Superb - The host was very helpful. She was there to show us around the property. Very nice. The location was superb. about 30 seonds from Mandarin Hotel. The property was clean. They also have coffee capsules. everything you need is in the unit. The receptionist was also friendly and caring. There was also the Tapas Tapas restaurant downstairs. You can have your breakfast there. The sandwiches and croissant were delicious as well as the cafe latte. very reasonably priced.

• David (10/5): Outstanding location, very comfortable - Great location on the Passeig de Gracia just one block from Casa Batllo. A few blocks from placa Catalunya, walkable to la sagrada familia, gothic quarter, etc. Quiet despite being on a busy street. Good sized rooms.

• Courtney (10/5): Great location, lovely apartment, would stay again - The apartment is nicely renovated and decorated. It’s in a great location, right in the middle of the high end shopping district. There are a lot of good restaurants close by. There’s a grocery store near by, and a coffee/pastry shop right downstairs. Less than half a block away is the stop for both routes of the Barcelona Bus Turístic. The apartment was well stocked and the internet was reliable. It was also great the building had an elevator, an locked lobby door for extra security, with a night guard. Downside of being right in a popular area is the noise. Plus they were doing some construction. Though can’t fault them for either of those issues, just something to be aware of. There was also an intermittent sewage smell in the kitchen that was a real turn off. But we barely used the kitchen on our short stay, so it was easy to avoid.

• Dalia (10/5): Perfect! - The apartment is beautifuly decoreted, spacious and very well furnished offering everything you might need during your stay. The building is just across the street from Casa Battlo, and has a really nice coffee shop on the ground floor.

• Rich (10/5): this is a wonderfully located, generous and comfortable space. agent and staff were very helpful. - the location was wonderful. our renting agent greeted us on sidewalk at our arrival and this was most helpful as was a little tricky to find entry at first visit. front desk staff during the day was very helpful. everything was clean and space was generous and comfortable. great area simply for walking and we also took advantage of the metro in the same block. also easy to find Netflix…. nothing
• Sinocai (10/5): Exceptional - Lots to see in the area. Location to everything. All the must sees were walkable from here. Weather was perfect. Great restaurants all around. We did not like the smell in bathroom. Funky smell. Could not get rid of with air freshener. It was Hard to find a variety of fresh veggies & meat Close to it.
