• Cheryl (10/5): Well-equipped room with lots of extras - Lovely staff and the room was really well equipped. The only thing missing was a bath, but we survived 😅 Great location close to Ryogoku Stations, the Edo-Tokyo Museum and the National Sumo Stadium. The free coffee and tea in the lobby was a bonus, as was the roof terrace with SkyTree view. Loved it.

• Peter (10/5): Fantastic location - we will be back - Very happy we went against advise online and stayed in Ryogoku. It is a more residential neighborhood, but it was perfect after a day of exploring packed areas. Ryogoku station is only a 5/10 min walk, and even better, Asakusa is in walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are well presented with a number of good amenities - the shower has amazing pressure! The staff were always very kind and helpful. The rooms are a good size but we struggled to find a place for our two medium suitcases.

Small room, but adequate bed space for a family with small kids. Cleanliness: Excellent. (Room cleaning is complimentary only if you stay more than 4 nights.) No major complaints. Restaurants are available within a 5-10 min walk.

• Nina (9/5): Ideal base for a Tokyo stay - The room was small, especially with the extra single bed, but contained everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The wahing facilites were very useful and the seating area in the lobby was nice. Complimentary self service coffee was an added bonus. Staff were super friendly. Location was great despite being on the outskirts of Tokyo - it was interesting to see a quieter neighbourhood and transport links were very good anyway. It was a squeeze with 3 people in the room but managable for a short stay.

• Javier Bonmati (8/5): Bien - Barrio tranquilo, a 2 minutos de la parada de metro y dos combinis muy cercas. Es un mini apartamento con cuarto de aseo, ducha y lavadora. Tiene también una pequeña cocina que en nuestro caso no utilizamos. Estuvimos alojados una semana. Somos una familia de 3 personas y la habitación, nos pareció muy pequeña, aunque unicamente la utilizabamos para dormir. A las 5,30h. (En primavera) entraba la luz del sol a través de las cortinas Ya que no eran opacas
• Erie (8/5): Great place to stay in Tokyo - Hotel location is great, very close to Ryogoku Station and close to konbinis. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The big plus are that they provide washing machine and microwave inside the room as well. Near the reception, they also provide coffee and drinking water to refill the water. The rooftop area is great to see the Tokyo Skytree. The room size was slightly small and barely fit our luggages. Wished that we could use the dryer inside the room as well, but there was 100 yen dryer machine we could use near the reception.

• Jérémy ou Emilie (8/5): Bon emplacement, bon rapport qualité prix dans Tokyo, belle vue sur la skytree - L'emplacement à Ryogoku, finalement pas trop mal pour rayonner dans Tokyo. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel très gentil, nous avons même pu avoir notre chambre en milieu de matinée car elle était prête . Un peu petit à 4 la chambre famille mais gérable. Comme c'est un appart hôtel les horaires de réception sont limités (8h/19h) donc pour laisser ses bagages le jour du départ et partir en excursion tôt le matin c'est un peu compliqué mais nous avons pu les laisser derrière le comptoir avec un câble . Comme c'est le Japon nous l'avons fait en toute confiance mais sans personnel pour surveiller pendant quelques heures c'est quitte ou double. Quoiqu'il en soit tout s'est bien passé et comme souvent au Japon il y a toujours une solution

• Jon Ahlberg (9/5): - The young woman working at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. She made us feel very welcomed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. If you stay here be sure to go to the rooftop in the evening for a fantastic view of Tokyo sky tree. There's a very nice setup up there with comfortable furniture where we met other guests and had a great evening.

• Chen-Ting (7/5): - The member are very polite and generous to support your issue. They are very friendly and always welcome you every time when you leave/arrive the hotel. Also, the view is great on the rooftop. The foldable futon is a bit of uncomfortable for me, you may need to ask for blankets to put on bed. The Ryogoku station is a bit of far from central and need to transfer from Oedo line to other lines, you will have to transfer on the ground sometimes.

We were unlucky to have some people beside us not heed the request from the staff and they did laundry all night long three days in a row. The noise was horrible like a tornado hit the building. Couldn't sleep at all.

• Frances (10/5): - The person on Reception was so friendly and helpful, and there was no problem leaving our luggage until check in time. Our room was spotless, kitchenette was well equipped and we were happy to have a washer and detergent for our laundry, with a coin dryer off the lobby. Free coffee all day in the lobby is a nice touch. Location was excellent ,close to transit, close to a couple of beautiful parks. We were very happy with everything about Petit Grande Miyabi. Everything was excellent.

• Delaney (10/5): Great location and staff! - Great location! Only a 20-30 minute walk from Asakusa's central area. The hotel itself is in a very quiet area and is only about a 7 minute walk from the subway. It was also very clean, and the staff was super helpful when I asked to extend my checkout. It was convenient to have a small kitchen/washing machine in my room. The checkout is at 10 am, so if you have a late flight/late check in you might want to pay to extend it, like I did. However, you can leave your luggage there until 7 pm for free and go explore.

• Suzen (9/5): We would love to stay there again. - It’s really conveniently located within reach of several subway stations , the closest being only 250M away. The front office staff were wonderful! They were friendly, warm and super helpful. Shout out to Aiz, Ailyn and Kenji. Thank you for your warm hospitality which makes our stay a great one. The room was spacious for 2 person and housekeeping was every 3 days and was excellent. Iron and ironing board provided in the room. There’s also a washing machine in the room to do our laundry and there are 2 coins operated dryers located next to the reception area. The rooftop which is on the 7th floor is equipped with tables and sofas and with the view of the Tokyo Skytree is an awesome place for hanging out. Nothing not to like. :) Just a couple of suggestions, it’d be great if there were a couple of hooks behind the bathroom door to hang the towels and also to provide shower caps upon requests.
