- Nikita (10/5): Our stay here was fantastic — the location was incredibly convenient with stores and train connectivity just a minute aw - The property was truly excellent, especially in terms of location and convenience. Convenience stores and the nearest train station were both just a minute away, with easy connectivity to major stations across Osaka. The hotel was also only a short cab ride from the city’s main attractions and key transport hubs, making it an ideal base for exploring Osaka. Coming to the property itself, the rooms were admittedly on the smaller side, but that is fairly standard across most hotels in Japan and certainly not a drawback specific to Daiwa. What truly stood out were the thoughtful amenities available at the reception, including excellent face cleansers, hair oils, and more. The rooms also featured ReFa hair appliances, which added a really luxurious touch to the overall stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Instead of the usual buffet-style setup most hotels offer, the hotel provides breakfast coupons that can be redeemed for individual meals — each one simple, light, thoughtfully prepared, and incredibly satisfying. A particularly convenient touch was that if you happened to miss breakfast on any day, the unused coupon could easily be transferred and used on another morning during your stay. We landed in Osaka and chose to check in here and stay at a hotel in Osaka itself, and this one raised the bar too high. Simple, well maintained, easy around, all within an affordable budget. Nothing :)

- KENZO (8/5): 短期の出張、観光用として快適なビジネスホテル - やや狭く感じたものの、出張宿泊では概ね満足できる内容でした。スタッフの丁寧な対応、浴室備え付けのシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーシャンプーの質が高かったこと、ベッドのマットレスの質が高いと感じられたこと、硬さ会社異なる枕が準備されていたこと、などが良かったと思います。 カーテンを開けると隣のオフィスビルから覗ける状況であったので、カーテンを開けられず、残念でした。

Het hotel doet voor lokale begrippen denk ik vrij veel goed. Een uitgebreide review heb ik geschreven op Nomadmenu.com De kamers zijn ontzettend klein. Er is geen kastruimte dus je leeft uit open koffers. Of je nou de kleinste of een iets grotere kamer hebt, er is geen ruimte om spullen op te ruimen. Het ontbijt bij Coffee Kan is ook van slechte kwaltieit.

- MING TAK (8/5): The hotel did try to live up to its name premier - The size of room is considered large in Japan and we can move around comfortably. There are two small sofas and one small table which we can used to take rest comfortably. There are two rubbish bins and two box tissues in the room which is a very thoughtful arrangement. The hotel has provided everything guests need and the instructions are clear. The cleansing foam at the washing basin can be used for hand, face and shaving beard which is terrific! Not only is it convenient, it is not dry and I like the smell too! There is stinky smell at the toilet. The water that comes out of the electric kettle is smelly as well. We can only use the bottle water provided by the hotel. The air conditioning is too quiet. Even when we turn on full fan power, it does not "sound" right but actually the room gets cooler soon. We just need time.

Удивлены были уборкой: после 3 недель путешествия по Японии это самая плохая уборка в номерах - пол оставался грязным, в туалете пыль вековая как лежала, так и осталась лежать после уборки.

- Ioana Raluca (10/5): Highly recommended - The hotel is conveniently located a few stops from Shin-Osaka station and then an 8 minute walk. It is within walking distance from the Castle and the river walk for sakura viewing. The room was spacious, and the amenities high quality. I was positively surprised to see that in addition to the hair dryer, they had a hair straightener in the room. The personnel was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Maybe the room was not often used, but you could see some dust in the corners on the carpet and on the bedside tables in the corners, so maybe a more thorough cleaning process would be required. We were also mitigated about the breakfast in the nearby cafe: on the other hand, happy it was European and quite tasty, but depending on how lucky you were, you could have had quite a long wait to be served, without the place being very busy. For example, one day we had to wait around 35 minutes for the food, and on top of that, it arrived at the table cold, which lead us to believe that it was simply sitting there without being brought to us. I guess it's more a matter of a better organization for the waiting staff. The next day was a bit better. You could be mindful about that when you need to catch a train or a flight. The food was really good though (especially the pancakes).

- Marvin Benedict (10/5): Sehr sauber, top gelegen und ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. - Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber, modern und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich und herzlich. Besonders überzeugt hat uns die tolle Lage: Direkt nebenan gibt es einen Supermarkt, und an der Metro befinden sich außerdem Starbucks und 7-Eleven, sodass wirklich alles in unmittelbarer Nähe ist. Für das, was man bekommt, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich hervorragend. Es gab für uns nichts zu beanstanden.

- Abhishek (5/5): - Location Staff was confused specially with bookings done through bookings.com. I booked room with bfast ( 2 adults and one kid) but they refused to give bfast for my kid. Even after showing them details of booking it took them 24 hrs to resolve the issue. In similer booking made through Make my trip as there was another family with us they offered bfast for kid as well. Staff wasted my time during check-in specially when were super tired. Hotel not recommended at all.

Так же вся остальная команда с радостью помогала мне, во всех моих вопросах, за что им огромное спасибо, это был уровень 5* отеля, типа Ритц Карлтон по сервису. так же на ресепшене есть электронный переводчик, на все языки мира, и проблем с взаимопониманием не возникнет Завтрак в соседнем кафе фиксированный из нескольких вариантов. но вкусный. Номера как на фото, но в живую меньше по площади, по размерам европейских номеров, только с двумя отдельными кроватями Уборка раз в 3 дня или по запросу, что тоже хорошо, и не никто не будет ломиться в 8 утра, можно так же назначить время уборки и придут ко времени. Отличный шампунь после которого волосы просто не узнать в хорошем смысле этого слова, так что вывод, в этом отеле менеджмент очень качественно выполняет свои задачи и внимателен к деталям. с благодарностью ваш гость из 1111 и 1116

- Ian (9/5): Good four night stay in Diawa Roynet Premier Honmachi - Very central city hotel. 50 mtr from nearest metro, and 10 mins walk from Honmachi metro from where you can go directly to main stations. Walking distance to Osaka castle. Hotel is clean, rooms well fitted out. We had superior double. Views from windows poor but of no importance. Breakfast served in attached cafe and was satisfactory. Nothing.
- Ian (9/5): Very pleasant 4 night stay in Diawa Roynet Premier Honmachi. - Breakfast was in the cafe attached to the restaurant. Choice of 6 set menus with juice and coffee. All good. Location is central, near the Imperial Palace, and right beside a metro line. Friendly staff, and comfortable mattress in the room. Easy to walk to many places. Nothing.

Die Lage ist zentral – zur Bahnstation sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und der beginn der Einkaufsmeile ist direkt um die Ecke. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Nichts.
