- Anna (8/5): Doskonała lokalizacja, czysto i profesjonalny kontakt z obsługą. Polecam - Świetna lokalizacja. Salon jako część wspólna z innym apartamentem oraz fatalny widok z okna a raczej jego brak.

Letto super comodo La stanza era molto buia, quasi tetra e il pavimento non perfettamente pulito. Mancava un frigo anche piccolo per poter mettere al fresco acqua o altro.

It was noisy overnight, you could hear the garbage trucks outside even with the windows closed. But obviously the owners can’t do anything about this. Otherwise a wonderful place.

Accoglienza fredda, nessun contatto diretto con l'host. Impossibile lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out oltre le 11:30.

Il responsabile della struttura molto gentile e disponibile nel dispensare consigli. L'unica cosa è che sotto la mia camera,al primo piano,c'erano dei grossi mastelli della nettezza urbana che venivano svuotati più volte la mattina all'alba,con un frastuono molto forte ,difficile riprendere il sonno. La camera è dotata di infissi con vetro camera,ma non sono sufficienti....peccato

Insomma per quello che spendi é perfetto! Ma poi veramente la posizione dell alloggio è stata la cosa che abbiamo apprezzato più di tutto!!!! Nulla! Andato tutto bene 😊

- Irena (9/5): Celkově ubytování vřele doporučuji, je to perfektní výchozí pozice na poznávání Florencie. - Ubytování má dokonalou polohu. Asi 5 minut od nádraží Santa Maria Novella, asi 5 minut od Duomo. Bezpečná čtvrť, čistá ulice, dům, byt, pěkné prostředí. Dobrá komunikace s majitelem apartmánu. Možnost odložit si zavazadla od 11:00. Apartmán byl čistý, vkusně vybavený, perfektně uklizený. Check-in probíhá bezkontaktně, můžete se ubytovat a odubytovat, jak potřebujete. S panem majitelem jsme se osobně setkali, byl velmi milý a vstřícný. Jediné negativum bylo, že brzy ráno byl slyšet hluk z ulice (např. jak popeláři vyvážejí odpadky), ikdyž jsme měli zavřené okno. Bydleli jsme v pokoji 2, který je s pokojem 1 propojen uzamykatelnými dveřmi, a těmi byl občas také slyšet zvuk "sousedů". Nic hrozného.

В номере было не совсем чисто, на изголовье кровать была пыль 2. Вода в душе не была горячей, а лишь слегка теплой все время 3. Кондиционер не грел вообще, но мы нашли на кухне маленький обогреватель и включили его было ок 4. НАМ ПОМЫЛИ ЧАЙНИК УКСУСОМ И ЗАБЫЛИ ЕГО ПРОМЫТЬ чайник вонял уксусом просто ужасно 5. Когда мы написали менеджеру который помогал нам с заселением о проблемах, он просто нас проигнорировал 6. Мы попросили убраться в номере а нам просто заправили постель и даже не вынесли мусор 7. Ужасная шумоищоляция было слышно как в соседнем номере люди дышали

I didn't see any staff members during my stay. It wasn't a problem for me, but for guests who want someone on site, just be advised that this is more self service.
