- Olja (9/5): - Super cute hotel, clean and really spacious rooms, perfect location from which it’s easy to walk around and do sightseeing… I would definitely stay there again. It gets a bit noisy early in the morning when people start getting their stalls ready around the hotel on the street.

La Camera pulita,spaziosa, ben arredata, silenziosa, letto super comodo; l accoglienza dello staff alla reception ed in sala colazioni soprattutto la dolcissima ms Fleur; la colazione strepitosa a base di frutta fresca, yougurt fatto in casa, ottime omelette con baguette , succhi freschi e crêpes alla banana eccezionali! Il servii di lavanderia gratuito e il pediluvio a base di erbe profumate prima di partire❤️ ed infine la possibilità di usufruire di un pulitissimo bagno per una doccia prima di partire dopo il ceck out. Una bellissima esperienza, mi sono sentita a casa coccolata da tutti ❤️ Nulla tutto PERFETTO

- Julien (10/5): Une valeur sure - Le personnel est très à l'écoute, j'étais en retard pour rendre la chambre à cause du trafic à HCM et le réceptionniste a été très conciliant. De plus je me suis trompé de restaurant pour le petit déjeuner (celui du rdc au lieu de celui en étage) et je n'ai pas eu de facturation supplémentaire. L'hotel est dans une impasse typique, et on peut rejoindre à pied de nombreux sites d'intérêt.

- Linda (10/5): Comme à la maison 🥰 - Belle chambre spacieuse, lit très confortable et très bien situé. Un accueil chaleureux tout au long de mon séjour. Toute l’équipe a été aux petits soins avec moi du début à la fin. Madame Fleur, BG, Mark, etc… Même lorsque je suis partie une nuit en excursion, j’ai eu la belle surprise de retrouver mon linge fait à mon retour. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir prendre une dernière douche avant de repartir en bus de nuit. Ce sont ces petites attentions qui font toute la différence. Encore merci pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme !

- Eleonora (8/5): Quiet hotel around the corner of a lively street, great value for money - the night manager was really helpful, he promised to wake me as I had to leave real early. The location was very quiet in a corner of a nice and busy street with lots of restaurants and bars. Room was spacious with a good bathroom adjoining. Stairs had to be walked, but good for my physical condition! The hotel packed me breakfast to go!! lovely and i enjoyed it at the airport Around the corner is Chez Mimosa cafe, also great! maybe a welcome drink or some snacks. The place is lovely as it is.

- Zhong (10/5): Great hotel in a central location with great service and breakfast. - The breakfast is so good with fresh pastries, fruits, eggs, crepes, juices, coffees. I love it and it's on the fifth floor with good sun light. I enjoyed the free laudry and the room is so big and clean. It totally exceeds my expectations. And the staffs are friendly and speak fluent English. nothing. It exceeds my expections. I will definitely stay here again.

- Terry (10/5): An excellent find and for sure will stay when I can. - This hotel was a great find for me! The location for District 1 is very good. Restaurants, Banks, Viettel, cafes, busses to destinations around Vietnam, etc are nearby. Oh, and if bars are your thing, 10 min walk puts you in as many bars as you like. Cafes: my favorite are Hanoi Egg Coffee and Cong cafe. Both are rated highly in HCMC. Staff is super helpful. Breakfast was good and Fleur is of wonderful help. Bed was superb. Great A/C and WiFi. Very good shower. Spotless clean! Quiet room. Nothing to dislike [this is not a dislike but sometimes this hotel will fill up so book it!]

- Jibin Mathew George (9/5): Lovely stay in a great location - Location was perfect, right at the heart of a lively, bustling city. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. We requested a late check-out and they were able to accommodate us without any issues or anything. Breakfast options were decent. Our room itself was pretty great and sizeable for a party of 3. Very comfy beds with a lot of room. Bathroom was pretty big too. Room was pretty perfect really. While the location was great, the path leading towards the entrance was a little congested and dirty. No elevator. I know the hotel's page probably mentions that and I must have forgotten to read that bit, but since I was travelling with my parents who were over 60 years old, they struggled a tad.

La colazione è ottima, varia e con frutta buonissima e l’ultima sera ci hanno fatto trovare un catino di legno con sale e odori per far un pediluvio rigenerante. Davvero una bella idea. Forse potrebbe essere un pochino più curata in alcuni dettagli semplici, come un doppio comodino e un’abat jour funzionante.

Should be noted that the ‘local’ side of the hotel does not have an elevator. Wasn’t an issue for us but if you’re on the fourth floor - that’s four flights of stairs.

- Norman (10/5): Chez Mimosa Local - Stayed here for 3 nights in April. The service from Ms. Fleur and her hospitality team was excellent. Shout out to Ms Vy at reception for her recommendations on authentic restaurants. The service and selection of food at the breakfast buffet is good. Quantity and quality is more than enough to set you up for a day of exploring. The room and bathroom were very clean and fresh smelling. Having 2 balconies was an unexpected bonus. The shower had good pressure and consistent temperature. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable and conducive to a good night's sleep. AC blows cold and is relatively quiet. Laundry service is provided - thank you Ms. Loan for the quick turnaround. Overall a really pleasant stay. Thank you to the Chez Mimosa Local team for your hospitality.

Le dernier soir vous avez une petite surprise bien agréable qui vous attendra devant votre porte. Attention cet hôtel n’est pas adapté au personne à mobilité réduite. Vous avez un escalier uniquement pour monter a votre chambre.

- Sven (10/5): - Das Frühstück ist sehr positiv hervorzuheben. Es gab reichlich und war sehr lecker. Die kleine Crew bereitete mit ihrer Herzlichkeit stets einen guten Start in den Tag. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und bietet drum herum etliche Geschäfte und Möglichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs. Ein Highlight war das Fußbad, welches am letzten Tag überraschend und kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Im Zimmer war eine Badewanne mit Whirlpool-Funktion, die leider außer Betrieb war. Wir hatten allerdings auch nicht nachgefragt, da wir es nicht unbedingt nutzen wollten.

Every staff member is energetic and enthusiastic—the French grandmother, the breakfast staff, and the front desk team. It has more of a guesthouse or homestay vibe, so it wouldn’t be entirely fair to compare it directly with a 4–5 star hotel. On the last day, our pre-booked car was over 20 minutes late, and we couldn’t reach them by phone or email. The front desk staff kindly helped us call a taxi. About five minutes after that, our original driver finally showed up. The front desk staff also helped communicate with the driver to ask about the delay, and even assisted us with carrying our luggage to the car. Since there is no elevator, the front desk staff helped carry our luggage to the room when we arrived early. At check-out, they immediately offered help again when they saw us moving our luggage. If I have the chance to visit Ho Chi Minh City again, this will definitely be my first choice. The hot water temperature was inconsistent, alternating between too hot and too cold.

- Jill (10/5): These guys rock! - The staff at this hotel are amazing. I had some issues with my trave plans and they went far and beyond to help me sort them out. I would have been lost without them. I loved my room with the balcony. It let in a lot of light. The shower was hot with good pressure, the wifi was good, the bed was so comfy and I was grateful for the fridge and the kettle! The street itself is busy but the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle so getting a good night's sleep is not a problem. There's a substantial breakfast as well. What's not to like!! The plumbing was a little bit noisy at times but nothing too bad and it's probably just a part of experiencing VN.

- YANJU (10/5): 非常好 - 赶飞机，来不急体会酒店早餐，入住时，服务人员就问了次日离店时间，很贴心准备了外带早餐。酒店位置很好，晚上徒步范五老街、槟城市场、步行街，很方便，附近有小吃，有超市，走到主街区应该几百米，有饭店酒吧，酒店很干净，用品齐全。

- Matthijs (8/5): Heerlijke plek in het centrum van Ho Chi Minh - Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van alles wat je in Ho Chi Minh wil bekijken. Het ligt in een levendige buurt waar altijd wat te zien is. Het ontbijt wordt op bestelling vers klaargemaakt en de zelfgemaakte yoghurt is echt een aanrader! De was kan in de ochtend voor de deur worden gezet en de volgende ochtend staat het er weer schoon gewassen. Door chez mimosa werd zelfs een gratis luchthaventransfer geregeld. Wij zouden hier zeker nog eens terugkomen. De deur naar het balkon sloot niet goed en tussen het kozijn en de muur was een opening waardoor er geluid van buiten binnenkwam, maar niet zodanig dat je er niet van kon slapen. Het raam aan de voorzijde is voorzien van een dubbel kozijn en daar hoor je helemaal niets van buiten.

- Jean-Marc (9/5): - Tout fut parfait du début au terme de notre séjour : accueil bienveillant, chambre spacieuse et lumineuse, petit déjeuner copieux et savoureux ensoleillé par Fleur qui nous a reçu chaque matin en s'exprimant dans un Français parfait, des petites attentions pour les voyageurs fatigués ( on vous laisse découvrir ... ) et jusqu'à la confection du pique nique de notre dernière matinée, notre avion décollant très tôt . Merci à tout le staff !!

- Lim (6/5): Affordable, good location in Saigon - Commendable service from hotel staff. They helped to carry our luggages up to the room. Quiet location, short distance away from the city centre. We stayed on the 4th floor and had to climb the stairs everyday. Hotel staff forgot to clean the room on one of the days.

- Michel (10/5): Une belle découverte - La localisation au fond d’une impasse qui rendait le lieu non bruyant. La qualité des équipements et la propreté de l’ensemble. Des fruits à l’arrivée. Le service de lessive (gratuit). Une bassine avec des infusions pour un bain de pieds en fin de journée. Un personnel à l’écoute et très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner sous la houlette de Mme Fleur toujours à disposition pour satisfaire ses hôtes Et cerise sur le gâteau; elle parle très bien le français. En un mot: Merci à tous pour ces moments. - Charles (8/5): Très bon séjour chez Mimosa Local - Emplacement, à 15-20min à pied du marché de Cho Ben Thanh. à 30min à pied de l'Opéra. Hôtel en fond d'impasse au calme, chambre familiale spacieuse, propre et lumineuse. FLEUR: un petit bout de femme francophone qui vous accueille avec le sourire et la bonne humeur, pour vous présenter le très bon et copieux petit déjeuner. Lorsque vous arrivez très tot comme nous (5h45), et que la chambre n'est pas dispo (normal check in à 14h) on vous propose de poser vos bagages, d'utiliser les WC et la douche au RDC. Ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les hôtels. Rien à dire

- Marie (9/5): - Un établissement familial avec un accueil irréprochable. Fabuleux petit déjeuner sous les conseils de Fleur, la merveilleuse propriétaire de l’établissement. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la proposition de bain de pieds traditionnel. L’annexe n’est pas desservie par l’ascenseur…mais le personnel s’empresse de vous porter vos valises.

Toll fand ich die vom Haus zur Verfügung gestellten Bottiche für ein abendliches Fußbad. Massagesalon gleich um die Ecke, viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es hat alles gepasst.
