• Maria (3/5): - Το μόνο καλό του ήταν η τοποθεσία. Σε κάποια σημεία δεν υπήρχε πάτωμα. Τα πλακάκια έλειπαν. Η καθαριότητα ήταν μέτρια. Το μπάνιο αν και ανακαινισμένο δεν ήταν καθαρό. Μας άφηναν νεράκια σαν δώρο τα οποία όμως ήταν ληγμένα. Ήθελαν να φέρουν ηλεκτρολόγο να τσεκάρει τους πίνακες κατά τη διαμονή μας χωρίς να είμαστε στο δωμάτιο ενώ είχαμε τα πράγματα μας μέσα. Σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής απαράδεκτη. Εκμεταλλεύονταιν το ότι το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Ρώμης και χρεώνουν υπέρογκα ποσά χωρίς να προσφέρουν αντίστοιχες παροχές. Δεν θα το συνιστούσα σε κανέναν για τη διαμονή του στη Ρώμη.

• Patricia (7/5): Perfekt läge men en liten uppdatering hade varit toppen - Läget mitt i centrala Rom Golvet var helt söndrigt.. man skar sig under fötterna.. stora hål som var lagade med cement som var väldigt vasst.. de kunde ha lagt en liten matta över?! Uppdatera täcken och kuddar & sängarna var super hårda( funkar för en kortare vistelse) men fräscha kuddar & hela sängkläder hade varit toppen

• Margie (8/5): Great location for a short stay in Rome - After a bit of a mix up with getting into the room, the place was great. Really good location with a comfortable bed and good facilities. Good little cafe across the road Even though the site says you can pay the tourist tax at the property, you cant, you must pay it in advance or you wont get the log in. We found the code system problematic and it didnt always work.

• Robert (8/5): Dobry pobyt ale.. - Świetna lokalizacja, wygłuszone ściany, plus za bez osobowe zameldowanie (które może sprawić problemy osobą starszym lub takim ktore mają problemy z technologią. Nam sie akurat podobało). Obiekt czysty i codziennie sprzątany. Fajną opcją jest możliwość wypożyczenia powerbanka na miejscu. W niektórych miejscach pokazuje sie grzyb (np. przy prysznicu). Konieczność posiadania internetu meldunku. Twardy materac i fajnie by było jakby były większe poduszki (nasza preferencja)

Kit accoglienza molto apprezzato. Il fatto che si sentissero i rumori provenienti da fuori ( non insopportabili e risolvibili tranquillamente con dei tappi per le orecchie)

• Michael Winders (9/5): Good stay! In a nice private apartment - I liked the hassle-free check-in experience due to not having to speak with anyone that made the stay private and comfortable. We loved that we came back every day to towels that were warmed up on the towel rail; it was a nice touch. There was also bottled water left every morning, and some prosecco! The location was also really accessible and easy to find. While for us the phone-based entrance system was fine, I could imagine this would be difficult for older guests, especially in Rome, a city where you are told to worry about pickpockets. Losing the phone could mean you would not be able to get back into your hotel, and so at least a key inside the room would have been sensible. There was a strange ticking noise coming from the air conditioning, which was interesting!

The location is perfect, as it’s very close to all the major attractions and points of interest, which made getting around incredibly easy. The room was fully renovated, thoughtfully designed down to the last detail, with a modern aesthetic and spotless cleanliness. Someone came in every day to clean, which made the stay even more comfortable and pleasant. The bed was exceptionally comfortable — one of the best I’ve experienced while traveling — and the space was very quiet and warm, ideal for relaxing after a full day of exploring. I would definitely choose it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality and comfortable stay in Rome!

• Sade (10/5): Geweldige ligging en fantastische service - De ligging was perfect. Op wandelafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden, en toch in een rustige buurt. Iedere dag lagen er verse handdoeken, was ons bed opgemaakt en stonden er nieuwe waterflesjes op ons te wachten. De instructies voor het inchecken op voorhand waren ook zeer duidelijk. Via chat werd alles duidelijk doorgegeven op een respectvolle en enorm beleefde manier.

• Carmel (6/5): מיקום טוב, שאר החוויה לא מוצלחת - מיקום מעולה, יש שירות חדרים בכל יום, בקבוקי מים ושמפניה קטנה, תחלופה של מגבות על בסיס יומי. הכניסה למלון מסובכת, תלויה באפליקציה ובחיבור לרשת. יש הרבה רעש במהלך הבוקר, גם בלילה - משאיות, אנשים מדברים מהרחוב, החלונות לא מבודדים את הרעש טוב. אין מים רותחים, יש מים חמים לסירוגין, מקלחת לא נעימה. הייתה קצת רטיבות על הקיר ליד המקלחת. חלק מהרצפה בטון, חלק מרוצף.. בעינינו זה היה פחות מתאים. חלק מהבטון היה ממש חשוף, לא נעים לדרוך - כן היו נעלי בית חד פעמיות. המצעים יוצאים בקלות מהמיטה, בחלקם יש חורים.. הטלוויזיה לא עבדה לנו, נדלקה רק על ערוץ אחד של ילדים (לא פנינו לעזרה על זה). אין ארונות בחדרים, יש רק מתלה. בגלל הסיבות האלו לדעתנו המחיר מאוד לא מוצדק, החוות דעת שקראנו לא משקפות את החדר שקיבלנו (חשוב להגיד שלפי התמונות יש חדרים שנראים אחרת משלנו).

L'accesso tramite link, e connessione internet, è facile, e molto pratico. Posizione ottima. In pieno centro. A due passi da una fermata taxi (in Piazza San Silvestro), e a poca distanza dalla fermata metro Spagna. Tutto impeccabile. Consigliatissimo.

• Víctor (8/5): Ubicación inmejorable, alojamiento cómodo y personal encantador - Una ubicación espectacular para recorrer todo el centro de Roma. Está a un paso de todo y en una zona muy tranquila, se puede dormir sin problemas de ruido ni nada similar. El personal encantador y muy flexibles, dispuestos a atender peticiones y a echar una mano en todo; hacen la comunicación y la estancia muy sencilla. Limpieza muy correcta y diaria, algo que no es habitual en este tipo de establecimientos. Repetiríamos sin duda. Las almohadas son demasiado finas y dificultan un poco el descanso.

It felt like the fabric of the culture. - The location was terrific for being in the middle of things and the ease of getting around. The sitting area for having coffee in the apartment outside our sleeping room was quaint, and having a small fridge in the room gave us a place for snacks. There was a grocery store 1.5 blocks away, and a salad shop .5 block away. Having the option of servicing the room everyday was also appreciated. Some of the tiles missing in the bedroom floor were filled with cement, a little rough on the feet.

They always made a quick return because they were for problem solving. We are staying in October and the room was cold at night. Their air conditioners did not give hot air. That's why I couldn't sleep healthy.

Fomos para os monumentos todos à pé e ficamos ao lado da Via Del Corso, rua movimentada cheia de lojas Banho nao foi muito bom, e a qualidade do quarto poderia ser melhor!!

• lisa (2/5): - This stay was an absolute nightmare from the second we got to the property. It is as 100% unmanned location. And we would not get into the building and couldn’t contact anyone inside; because they weren’t there. We have to check-in on line, upload photos of our passports. The check in wasent until 3 but they advised they would let us know if the room was ready early. We asked if they could just let us in out of the heat as the app wouldn’t uploaded our passports because of the sun. They told us no and sent a link to a company where you can store your bag. The company wouldn’t provide an address until we downloaded the app, provided our location and paid for the service. We did that, paid and advised the nearest location was over an hour walk. So we again tried the online check-in. After sending the link to 3 different phones we were successful with the check-in. Then they sent us the code to enter the front door. Then instantly I get a notification that our room is ready! Then we had to download an app to open our room door also advising us that we needed to have a strong internet connection. Finally we download the app off of my husbands work phone and we enter the room. Now there is. TV in the room as advertised but no remote! I contacted them that said it’s on the table. Nope not in the room. Then they said oh we will ask the previous guests if they have it, later on they advise us oh they do. At this time I am angry I do t need to know where it is I need a remote.

• Patricia (6/5): Insgesamt in Ordnung, aber gemischte Gefühle - Das Zimmer ist gut gelegen, nahe der Piazza di Spagna, ein schönes, animiertes Viertel. Das Zimmer entspricht den Bildern, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Allerdings ist das Zimmer recht klein und befindet sich in einem Komplex, der eher an eine Jugendherberge erinnert. Mit einem Hotel ist das nicht zu vergleichen, eher mit einem B&B. Um ins Zimmer zu gelangen, müssen insgesamt 3 Türen mittels eines Codes geöffnet werden, was etwas nervig ist.

Siamo arrivati prima dell’orario del check in che sarebbe alle 15 ed avendo dei codici per entrare nella stanza erano validi solo dalle 15 in poi quindi ho dovuto contattarli in quanto in struttura non c’è mai nessuno, inoltre la rete del Wi-Fi indicata non era funzionante e quindi ho dovuto contattare di nuovo la struttura per fornirmi un altro rete. Ultima ma non meno importante, non consentono agli ospiti di lasciare i bagagli neanche per poche ore. Capisco che non abbiano un area bagagli ma sono stata in molte strutture dove nonostante non avevano l’area bagagli aiutavano i clienti e consentivano di lasciarli per agevolare l’ospite.

• Amir (3/5): misbehaver of the owner - We got to the room only to find out that the lock is broken and we could not get in. when we called the owner (because nobody is there at the property) she accused us of braking the lock!!! i travel for many years and never encounter this kind of behavior. after that the owner told us to go to another hotels of hers until they fix the problem in two days (which was ok).

• Frances (10/5): - Close to a lot of attractions. It was very easy to get in and out of, contrary to other reviews. You do need cellphone service for ease of entry and exit. There are also a lot of food choices in the area. We staued in triple room and we had enough space. The beds was also comfy. We were able to walk almost everywhere and when we needed a taxi, it also was not hard to get one.
• Stephanie (6/5): Amazing location and lovely staff, but the mould in the bathroom was a real letdown. - The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing — you could walk to everything! Being so close to all the main attractions made exploring Rome incredibly easy and enjoyable. The staff were also really lovely, warm, and helpful, which made the stay feel welcoming. While the room was quite small, it had everything we needed for a short city stay and felt safe and convenient. Unfortunately, the bathroom let the experience down. The shower, and much of the bathroom, was covered in mould, which was quite confronting. As someone who has previously struggled with mould poisoning, this was far from ideal and made it hard to feel fully comfortable. The mould was visible and excessive, especially in the shower area, and is something that could be easily resolved with proper cleaning and maintenance. It’s a real shame, as the hotel has so much potential otherwise.
• Kin Hing (10/5): - Location of this property is the best I have never had among all of my visit in Roma. Good to have WhatsApp to contact the owner regarding to instructions how to access my room and resolve the hot water problem during my stay. Owner responded promptly as needed.
• Shai (9/5): A True Gem in the heart of the city - The room is located in the heart of Spagne, minutes walking distance from all major sites. lots of bars, restaurants and cafes around. Entry to the room was very easy per directions provided. we arrived at 3AM and entered without any problem. appartment was spacious enough for 3 guests. hallway has a coffee machine and small kitchenette. daily cleaning services. Helpful team accesible via whatsapp. our room was facing the Vite street and it was somewhat noisy, also in early monring when the trucks arrive, so sleeping with the window open was a challenge. if closing the window the noise is reduced.

• Richard (10/5): Couple getaway - Room was in an absolutely great location. Walkable to too many, restaurants, bars and tourist spots to count. Room itself was clean, updated. Bed was comfortable. A quick walk up a flight of stairs, not too much trouble. Working the lock system take a little getting used to but other than that was a great spot and would recommend it to anyone.
