• Elisa (8/5): - Hotel stile anni 70, non recentemente ristrutturato, ma non manca niente. Aria condizionata, frigo in camera, pulito. Cucina del Ristorante interno ottima, si mangia benissimo. Colazione top.
• Laurie (4/5): - The reception staff were ok. The location is very close to the airport which is good , but everything else is substandard. I really can’t believe I paid as much as I did. The elevetord are tiny. The lights and the shower door in the room were broken. The wifi I could not get to work. The good in the restaurant was not very good. The towels wer not very absorbent. Mosquitoes kept me up all night ( and bit me) . It was way too expensive and not very enjoyable. I will not recommend staying at this hotel unless they do a major renovation.
• Alexander (2/5): Dirty, loud and horrible!! - This was without question the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The reality bears absolutely no resemblance to the pictures advertised. It was even worse than the youth hostels I stayed in as a student. We arrived very late and chose this hotel purely for its proximity to the airport before our onward journey — a mistake we will never repeat. The entire place felt unclean, the walls were so thin that every sound carried through, and the bathroom lights didn’t even work. The bed was rock-hard, and the single pillow provided was so thin it might as well have been a folded towel. The only saving grace was the receptionist, who was polite and tried to be helpful. Beyond that, there is not a single thing I could recommend about this hotel.

El servicio de desayuno muy simpático y atento. El servicio de limpieza, nos brindo todo lo que necesitamos y nos dejo una habitación muy limpia cada día. Estamos muy contentos con esta experiencia en Florencia.

• jason (6/5): - True value property, with some good points, like clean rooms, recently renovated bathrooms, and the room I had a large balcony. Decent breakfast, with excellent personal service. Unfortunately the room I was assigned to at check in (611) had it's bed sharing the same wall as the main working elevator, with constant noise thru the night. The built in furniture was well worn and oddly the room was recently painted, but not all the way to the ceiling, with a noticable point where the new paint ended and the older, dingier paint was left behind. Final oddity was the TV in the room, it was unplugged and left on the "desk" counter facing the bathroom door because it was too large to fit level on the higher shelf facing the bed it probably was supposed to be. Rear parking area seemed unkept and felt a bit unsafe.

• Cruiser08363119496 (2/5): Beware of this place! - I stayed here on a trip with friends and were sharing rooms. We went out into town one night and had agreed with the hotel staff we would leave the keys with staff and grab on our return, open the door and bring them back down so others staying out could get back in. When we returned and went to ask for the keys, I advised I would bring it back for my roommate so he could get into the room. The male staff member working that night was super rude, ignorant and was yelling at me that I needed to bring the key back down, when I had already advised him I would. Others who were in my group said they had the same experience, including some who said he threatened to call the police because they were talking too loud outside walking into reception.
• Leandro (2/5): - buongiorno.. sono arrivato alla reception nel pomeriggio quando ho capito che ero brasiliano, l'addetto alla reception non ha fatto alcuno sforzo per cercare di capirmi, parlava tutto in inglese, mi ha dato la chiave, non ho nemmeno bevuto il caffè perché non capivo quello che diceva.. mi ha messo in una stanza piena di infiltrazioni improvvisate, non come appariva nell'annuncio.. molto rumore dove alloggiavi, stava succedendo qualcosa e non riuscivo a dormire tranquilla.. il servizio di pulizia alle 8:00 già stava facendo rumore e parlare ad alta voce da una stanza all'altra. l'altro... deluso. . l'altro... deluso. Ho foto audio del rumore notturno e mattutino
• Noah (4/5): Over expensive - Stayed 4 nights and paid around 500 euro for the whole stay, however the cost was not worth the room. Dust mites, cockroaches, misquotes only to name a few of the critters living with us at the time. Just like the exterior of the building, the rooms are falling apart. Not to mention it’s very far outside of the main city area. One of the worst stays I have had abroad in a long time.

He never made eye contact; nor did he ever smile. He does not belong in the hospitality business. I was a psychotherapist and I worked in the restaurant/hotel business for over 35 years. I know what I'm talking about. The rest of the staff were wonderful.

• Charlotte (6/5): Personnel gentil mais chambre vraiment décevante. - Bon accueil de personnel, mais chambre pour un couple avec 2 lit simple collé pas de la même hauteur, un sur une planche en bois et lautre sur ressort. (Pas confortable) Mur en carton on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et dehors(surtout les cloches a 7h30 du matin, on a l'impression de les avoir dans la chambre). Les vitres bougent dès qu'ils y a du vent. Pas de frigo ni de coffre fort dans la chambre. Le douche fuit, les parois de douche ne se ferment pas correctement, bruit constant d'eau qui coule dans la salle de bain. Pour un long séjour à éviter.

• PaulB0 (10/5): Perfect for the night. - First of all, I have rated this hotel as excellent because of the following reasons: A. The value for money. B. The free car park on site. The hotel itself is what you might expect from a two star hotel. Rooms have a private bathroom, A/C, TC and in our case a small balcony. Breakfast was included and okay. The train to/from the Airport and city center is at a 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. And last but not least, staff was friendly and helpful. Of course, you can make remarks about the maintenace of the property and the rooms itself, but is was fine for the night (or a cou-ple of nights.
• Sonia_Beenu (2/5): Worst Hotel in Florence - The ambience of the hotel is poor. I did not feel comfortable right from entrance. Staff is not non cooperative and non supportive. Staff at counter shows their busyness and have no time to attend to the customer. Rooms are flithy, small and have no facilities. Switches are all broken inside the room, corridors are dirty and white wash is coming out from the walls. Hotel is not maintained at all. It is not worth staying here as customer will not get worth of money paid. Hotel is not worth paying more than Euro 40-45 per night whereas all the booking websites shows more than Euro 100. Please do not stay in this hotel. the experience is highly disgusted.

• Goodtravel52 (8/5): Nice hotel - A strategic place if you want to visit the heart of this ancient city of Florence, far from parking problems, parking is available, a tram five minutes walk takes you to the city center in ten minutes. The airport is not very far but no noise pollution. The rooms are comfortable but a bit old, the staff very pleasant and helpful, the hotel has suffered from the covid crisis and is holding up despite the lack of customers. Ample free indoor parking is available. I recommend this hotel to those who want to discover this city at a lower cost, a restaurant is available there in the evening. An establishment that many young and old will appreciate.

• Klaus (2/5): - A equipe do hotel foi muito rude. Quando chegamos no quarto o cheiro foi horrível. Pedimos para trocar de quarto mas nos disseram que não havia nenhum outro disponível. Fomos no inverno e o aquecedor não estava funcionando. Pedimos p verificarem e um funcionário conseguiu fazê-lo mas o barulho do motor era muito alto. Quando dissemos que não seria fácil ficar com tanto barulho, o funcionário sugeriu que não ligássemos o aquecedor, mesmo sendo inverno. Não recomendo este hotel p ninguém, nem mesmo por uma noite. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar.

• Solomon (8/5): Pleasant stay. Good value for money - My stay was satisfactory. It was nothing special but I'm not that fussy to be honest. The nicest part of the room was the bathroom which looked nice. I had no problems at all. The room was decent and tidy. Room service was good and so was the reception very helpful. Breakfast wasn't anything special. Croissants and coffee and tea. But pleasant stay and would actually stay again.

There is just a bed and a table nothing else in the room , no refrigerator no spoon or knife no safe box no glass No tea or coffee machine, The bathroom is such small that you can not even bent , the shampoo is too small not enough for one person let alone to tow , At night you will feel a bad smell in the room , They didn’t not check in us even a minute before 2 while the room was ready. One day I stayed at the hotel and i saw that The air conditioner is off from 8 to 12 that we left the hotel .
• 257j_r_mies (2/5): One of the worst hotel Iv'e been - You hear everything around you, no insonorisation. The toilet is flooded. There is so much noise it is impossible to sleep. Believe me dont sleep there it's the wrost place. I know it's a budget hotel but you can get a better place anywhere around for the same price.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great value! - Although it’s not a beautiful hotel, it’s extremely functional and offers excellent value for money. The rooms are as simple as can be. The shower is very narrow/ small but the rooms are clean. The complimentary breakfast is quite decent and they make you a fresh excellent cappuccino/ espresso upon request. Walking distance to the train station makes it easy to travel to the city center. Kids stay free as long as extra beds are not required. Overall a great value!
• Arnold (8/5): Good Service by the Kitchen Staff - We arrived in Florence by bus and took the train to cetnral Florence, upon arrival we took the train from Piazza di Santa Maria Novella to Novoli - Torre Degli Agli, from there the walk to Auto-Park Hotel isn't far away, about five minutes. Upon arrival the hotel looked old, but the staff were adequate and the assistance given was standard as you would expect from 3 star hotels, the rooms were adequately sized however they did seem a bit dirty and it definitely was a tad bit dusty, however this hotel has to be commended on the breakfast provided, the staff in the morning breakfast room are friendly and jovial, and it brings a smile to your face to see them so cheerful in the morning, oh, and the breakfast was good too, you should try their espresso's. I think the hotel could do better when it comes to the cleanliness of the rooms and also the lighting at the reception as it would improve the ambience of the place, the staff at the front reception could learn a thing or two from the staff in the pantry. Overall my girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the Auto-Park Hotel.

• Ahmed (10/5): - The room was very good in my opinion, and the complimentary breakfast next morning was good. The surrounding area does not have attractions, but a 10 minute ride of the tram would take you directly to Santa Maria del Fiore and the city center. I would definitely stay there again.

• Lisa (6/5): Give it a miss - Too far from town to walk but local bus takes 15mins to travel in. Not an ideal location if you want to be close to town. Rooms aren’t sound proof. Was kept awake most of night with kids still awake next door. Sadly would not recommend.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Front desk mgr was a jerk. Wouldn't make eye contact or acknowledge your existence. Very condescending. Wifi was awful. Hardly worked at all. The hostel was full of 17 year old kids making a lot of noise. Overall, the place is overpriced and doesn't offer much besides a bed.

• dont ask (4/5): Very old and outdated, and we mean old - The bad: worse hotel we stayed at in Italy, there are not a lot of pictures for a reason. The room felt like the cheapest motel in the bad part of town in the states. The good: room was old but clean, it was quiet, the location was far from the center npbut with a simple bus ride it go you into town for about 1.20 euros each way. Plenty of parking, we left our rental car in the hotel and used the bus to avoid driving onto town, the people were very nice, if it's a quick 1 night stay and you can't afford more, this is for you. We found the breakfast to be very good, it's Europe, eggs, ham, cheeses and bread with coffee juice and tea, don't expect more unless you stay at a hilton. the area appears safe during the day and mostly working class people, no problems walking around during the day and kids outside playing on skateboards tells you it seems very safe.

• Verified traveler (6/5): In general hotel is acceptable. - If you are not a jokey... it'll be a real challenge for you to take a shower. Room has a smallest shower I ever seen. Internet is low... in the lobby it's OK but in the room... problem. Stuff is good, polite and hospitable; breakfast (included) - good enough.

• Calvin (6/5): Good location for drivers to Florence - The hotel is in a good location for those needing to park a vehicle, but is unnecessarily distant for those without a car. The hotel suffers from deferred maintenance, particularly in the bathroom. Breakfast is good and staff is willing to be helpful.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - A reasonable hotel located on a spacious plot with trees for parking, not unpleasant, in a built up working class residential area, rather remote from anything, but for the price reasonable value. a 22 bus for 1.20 Euros takes on to the centre and the main station. A taxi 15 Euros plus tip.
