- Fabrice (6/5): Pas si mal mais.... - L'emplacement est idéal à seulement quelques mètres de la bouche de métro. L'hôtel est dans une rue en retrait des grands axes. L'accueil est agréable et serviable. La chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivée. Quelques entretiens seraient à faire : comme le fonctionnement de la télé, le câble du téléphone ou encore mettre 4 tasses lorsque la chambre est réservée pour 4 personnes. De plus, nous aurions aimé que les lits d'appoint pour nos ados soient faits à notre arrivée mais ce ne fut pas le cas. Parking de l'hôtel ultra cher et peu pratique.

Parking access by special remote key, there are only 2 keys for whole hotel. 2 times for one day we were waiting because "guests are in parking they will return soon" and it took 20-30 min for us in total. Parking is 30 eur, that is more expensive than hotel nearby, plus to keep car next day till 15:00 costs another 8 euro. This is way too much. Hotel nearby charges nothing for this. look twice before go here.

The staff—especially at reception (Valere)—took great care of us and provided excellent customer service. They helped us a lot with anything we needed. An excellent person, very kind.

Terzo posto in forma divano letto posto in un angolo della camera tanto da costringere nella distanza ad entrarvi dal lato corto. Colazione cara (18 euro)

- Iveta (4/5): It could be very nice place to stay, there is only little bit of work to do to achieve it. - I liked very much kind people in the hotel and modern optimistic design of the room. There was no english cannel on TV, however, that not a key complain. The major problem was that there was no door between lavatory and bedroom. I complained immediately after arrival, but I was told that all single rooms are like this, lavatory together with bedroom. This is not hygienic and I strongly imply that door should be placed where it was. Before my stay I asked several questions about accommodation but not all of them were answered, some of them were just ignored.
