Lounge war leer, kein Essen um 12 Uhr. 24/7 Room Service nicht vorhanden ! Kein Essen konnte man abends/ nachts bestellen, Restaurant Mini Karte, sehr überteuert. 26€ für eine Mini Portion Nudeln mit falschen Trüffel. Zimmer Stühle und Sitzbank unbequem, es hieß gleich können sie aufs Zimmer, nur noch 10 min, nur noch 20 min, aus gleich wurden 2,5 Std warten . Zimmeraufteilung schlecht, Bad nicht getrennt zum Waschbecken. Das sehr außerhalb war, war uns klar. Anbindung Bahn vorhanden. Deswegen gutes Restaurant wichtig gewesen , drum herum ist Nix.

Riassumo in breve, al nostro rientro dopo una giornata trascorsa nel centro di Roma, nessuno si era accorto che la nostra camera non era stata riassettata. Il personale interpellato all’una di notte in merito al problema, si è giustificato con un semplice “qualcuno avrà impostato il non disturbare”. Mi domando: ma è mai possibile che in un hotel del genere, nessuno si preoccupi di verificare che sia davvero volontà dell’ospite non essere disturbato per 24 ore senza mai dare segni di vita?

- billo503 (10/5): Excellent Stay - Stayed for 8 nights on a family vacation. The hotel is located in the EUR region of Rome, and less than a 5 minute walk to a metro station. Getting around Rome from here was very easy. 10-15 minutes to the Colosseum and another 5 minutes or so to Termini Station. The staff at the front desk could not have been more welcoming, every time we came and went we were always warmly greeted by staff. The hotel is very modern, and although I had read some reviews about the elevators, we never had an issue and rarely had to wait. We had a two bed corner room, and we were very happy. The room was very large, and the beds slightly smaller than a queen but bigger than a double. The room was well lit with a separate small sitting area and even a separate dressing area with plenty of storage for suitcases and clothes. The bathroom was amazing, clean, lots of lighting and an awesome shower with lots of hot water and great water pressure. Having traveled across Europe, the room was very large. I had also read about the smoked glass shower and bathroom door. We didn’t find a problem with them, at least not in our room. Our room included access to the Executive Lounge, we found it well stocked-even when busy, with a super friendly staff member eager to please. The breakfast buffet was huge, with a ton of selection, and even a barista station to make you an espresso. Overall , this is an excellent choice for a stay in Rome and would definitely stay here again without hesitation. The combination of staff, location and great rooms makes this a great choice for Rome.

- Marco_Turetta (8/5): Posizione ottima - Struttura davvero comoda alla metropolitana (linea B) fermata Eur Fermi. Comodo il parcheggio sotterraneo (non gestito dalla struttura). La camera era molto pulita, spaziosa e lo staff cordiale e professionale. Non mi è piaciuto che il parcheggio fosse a pagamento, dovrebbe a mio avviso almeno essere ad un prezzo convenzionato (costa invece 33€ al giorno). Tutti i servizi che offre la struttura sono a pagamento.

- parma (10/5): Equilibrio perfetto tra comfort e qualità - È un hotel in cui torniamo spesso ed è sempre una scelta sicura. È pulito, i letti sono comodi e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente. Anche la colazione è molto buona, varia e di qualità, perfetta per iniziare la giornata con calma. Inoltre, è molto pratico per chi viaggia in auto, grazie al facile accesso all’autostrada, e dispone di una fermata della metro nelle vicinanze, che permette di muoversi comodamente durante il giorno. Come consiglio, è importante tenere presente che si trova un po’ lontano dal centro e che la metro funziona fino a una certa ora; quindi, se si rientra tardi, è necessario prendere un taxi. Per il resto, tutto perfetto e torneremo sicuramente.
