Staff is helpful when it comes to finding it, and if you use car everyday to go on trips, it may even be cheaper than the hotel option.

Communs propres et comme en Espagne du marbre partout. Chambre vaste literie confortable chambre chauffée balcon sympa mais à Andorre les bâtiments sont très près les uns des autres. - Cristiano (6/5): escolha errada - A localização não é tão próxima ao centro da cidade como pensei, No primeiro dia que cheguei não havia gel de banho e nem champoo ( depois que reclamei foi corrigido ), Para incluir o café da manhã estava muito caro, e para usar a garagem tinha que pagar 18 euros por dia( um absurdo ) . Meus amigos se hospedaram mais próximo do centro, tiveram direito a café da manhã e estacionamento grátis para clientes, e ainda por cima pagaram muito menos que eu, infelizmente me decepcionei com a escolha que fiz.

- Eddiemalone (10/5): Great location in Andorra ,exceptional for bikers looking for a base for a few days - This hotel was exceptional in all aspects of our stay the staff were great, the rooms were basic but spacious ,the buffet breakfast and dinner had loads of variety to keep everyone in our party happy, as a travelling party of 5 with motorcycle we had secure closed parking and we could come and go as we pleased and it was the perfect location for everything, and the shopping district was about 10 min walk from this hotel

The young man doing night shifts during our stay really helped us on two of the nights throughout our stay. Bar staff are a good vibe too! Our room had a window…That had no use. Very depressing room, awful air con. We had a standard room but upgraded on the last 2 nights to get a window. It’s a reasonable walk to the bus station. No kettle, microwave or cutlery (bowls, plates etc…) to use, so had to splash out on meals every evening.

If you book here, please make sure to get a room with an actual window. It was horribly noisy at night, we had to get the receptionist to settle down a very loud group several floors above us. The room itself was quite old, like the entire hotel, with décor and furniture that reminisce of the early 1900s.

El parking del hotel es horrible, porque es de ascensor y maniobrar en los pisos para entrar y salir con el coche del ascensor es complicadísimo. - Francisco Cortés (2/5): - Quise anular con antelacion esta reserva por haberme encontrado mal a ultima hora e intente hacerla a traves de Expedia y no hubo manera alguna ni a traves de vuestro correo ni a traves del hotel pues estube llamamndo durante casi todo el dia y o no me antendian por tener muchas reserva o me decian que volviera a llamar media hora mas tarde , pero siguieron asi hasta las 19horas , en las cuales me aseguraron que ellos no podian hacer nada pues tenia que ser a traves de vosotros y con expedia no hubo manera alguna ,asi pùes que miestanmcia no pudo ser y me la han cobrado, aun asi ellos la volvieron a dar a otros clientes.

- Nihada (9/5): Superb - The rooms were very nice and comfortable, clean, the location of the hotel is great. The staff was very kind and helpful. The parking was charged extra , but it was a resonable price. In general, parking in Andorra is sometimes problematic so it wasn't a big deal.

- Sandra (2/5): chambre et buffet catastrophiques - chambre avec fenêtre sans vue (un mur sale, entouré d'autres murs), sans insonorisation (on entendait chaque pas, des rires, les chasses d'eau, les robinets... jusqu'à 1 heure du matin), non isolée (on voyait le jour autour de la porte), très chaud (la clim, qui fait aussi chauffage, ne fonctionnait pas et on dégoulinait de chaleur). Buffet du soir à 21 € par personne sans les boissons, très basse qualité, peu de choix, même ressenti au buffet du petit déjeuner (pas bon). Seul point positif : parking souterrain à 18 € disponible. On est loin du centre ville avec bars, restos, etc.

- ANDRES (10/5): Comodidad precio bien - Llegamos a la madrugada , nos atendieron bien pagamos tasas turísticas de 2€ , tenían plaza de parking aún que es un poco costoso 18€ por 10 horas de parking pero claro si llegas con niños y están dormidos y no encuentras parking es lo que tienes que pagar , en habitacion nos tenían agua gratis muy bien , la habitación un poco incómoda 2 camas juntas y se separan cada vez que das la vuelta el aseo limpio la bañera un poco regular cristal sucio

- Sabina (6/5): Pleasant enough but terribly overpriced for what it was - Staff were super nice and helpful, the breakfast was fantastic The stay was ok overall, but we paid 160€ per person for two nights, so just very expensive for what it was, as the hotel was hardly luxurious. The noise was really bad - you could hear everything from the hallway, other rooms and the indoor courtyard. The room was really hot so had to keep windows open as much as possible (which didn’t help with the noise. The radiator in the bathroom was on the whole time and broken, so couldn’t turn it off. We were given two single beds as a couple despite booking saying double bed.
- Xavier (1/5): Very Bad Experience - The staff tried to help. Everthing, its very run down hotel, room was dirty, found insects in the bathroom. Staff tried to change the room but hotel was fully booked and no more rooms were available. Parking door wasnt working and I was told to hit it to open....and then trying to leave it didnt open at all...
- Gerald (8/5): Enjoyable, relaxing, comfortable - The staff were very friendly and accomodating, helpful. Spacious room and altogether very enjoyable stay. Everything we needed, shops, cafes etc was close by Scrambled eggs were not always available for breakfast but still fine. No evening meals which was unfortunate.
