- DAVID (5/5): Estancia Andorra - Desayuno y la atención de Mariano jefe de recepción. Muy atento y predispuesto a agradar a los clientes. Limpieza de la habitación pésima!!!! Inodoro incómodo y lo más desagradable era la falta de estanqueidad de la mampara que hacía que cada vez que se usaba la ducha, se inundaba el baño. A pesar de informar. No se hizo nada. Es la segunda vez que me alojo en esa habitación en dos años, y no lo han arreglado dado que la primera, también pasaba. El servicio de habitaciones dejaba bastante que desear a pesar de indicar cuestiones de falta de limpieza y carga de jabón en los dispensadores, no se mejoró nada.

Mesmo com hotel vazio nao nos deixaram entrar no quarto antes das 15:00, chegamos no hotel as 13:30, disseram que tinha que esperar o horario do chekin. Frigobar nao funcionava

- Juan Carlos (1/5): We have been in road motels much better than this awful Hotel. - Only the location, although it is in front of the main road of Soldeu, behind a building that is in the front line to the slopes. So not so good as it is described. The pictures in Booking do not reflect how old fashion and deteriorated this hotel is. The receptionist (morgen shift) was extremely rude. They gave us a wrong room, not the one we have previously paid for. When checking out, we didn’t realise we left by mistake our smartphone on the desk of the reception, but he didn’t bother to tell us and left us leave the place until an hour after when we noticed we had left the phone at the hotel and then we called back and he confirmed the issue so we had to go back to pick it up. Because of that, we had an hour and a half delay on our trip and almost missed our flight back.

Mi nota sería mucho mejor si no fuera por lo que no me gustó En la calle de atrás hay un pub/discoteca que cierra a las 5 am. viernes y sábado Por consiguiente si tienes una habitación que da atrás, como en mi caso, no se puede dormir, ya que la gente sale a charlar, gritar, cantar... No es culpa del hotel, lo sé, pero evidentemente si lo hubiera sabido o no hubiera venido o les pediría una habitación de delante.

Room was a triple to share with our son. It was very spacious and he had a proper bed as opposed to a sofa bed which many properties offer. The child’s bed was located at the other side of the large room so he could sleep without light / noise interruption. 5th floor had a great view over the slopes. Internal lifts were efficient and quick. Lockers downstairs were very handy. Lovely bar staff. Freshly cooked omelettes at breakfast the best option - quick and tasty Overall represented good value for money. Bathroom is dated and very small given the size of the room. Receptionist on arrival was far from helpful with us trying to find parking whilst unpacking bags. She seemed more interested in filling the printer with paper. The service did improve as the stay went on but it was not a good first impression.

El diseño en madera y las luces cálidas me encantó porque te hace sentir en plana naturaleza junto con las hermosas vistas. Y las almohadas muy cómodas. El desayuno no podría ser mejor, mucha variedad para todos los gustos, buen sabor y muy bien de precio. Para la presencia de la habitación pienso que el baño tendría que estar al mismo nivel, nos pareció muy anticuado, por el tipo de suelo se veía sucio, rompiendo totalmente la dinámica de la habitación. También sería ideal darle un poco más de esencia con algún tipo de decoración como cuadros, piedras.. inspirados en el Himalaya.

Lots of relaxing seating in the lounge. We had bed and breakfast which was good and plentiful. We enjoy eating out so didn't try the dinner buffet. Garage parking with free ev charging, which was perfect for us. We will definitely return. Rooms a little warm.
