• Valeria (8/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo - Ottima rapporto qualità prezzo, la camera era grande (credo però fosse una tripla)e pulita . Personale gentile e disponibile. A pochi passi c’è la fermata del tram che in 15 minuti ti porta in Santa Maria Novella. Il bagno veramente piccolo. Le camere sono poco insonorizzate.

Parking dispo à côté de l'hôtel pour 10€ par jour. Concierge de nuit de samedi soir met sa musique trop fort. Gêne dans les chambres du premier étage.

Même si le parking est payant (10€) il est très pratique et proche de l’hôtel. Établissement bien situé non loin d’un arrêt de tram qui nous emmène directement au centre ville. Douche un peu vétuste. Pas de bouilloire et sachet de thé dans la chambre.

Begründung von Personal der Rezeption, Booking entscheidet nicht darüber, dass entscheidet das Hotel. Sehr, sehr hellhörig, alle Aktivitäten der anderen Gäste hört man direkt. Frühstück sehr mager (Toastbrot oder Weißbrot). Insgesamt, kein erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Consiglio assolutamente di provare il ristorante convenzionato, veramente straordinario. La struttura non è in centro ma la zona è molto ben collegata tramite il trasporto pubblico, in 15 minuti di bus si arriva proprio nei punti di interesse. Una piccola nota, la struttura manca di zanzariere e purtroppo abbiamo avuto qualche problema a dormire per colpa delle zanzare.

• Siegfried (9/5): - Das Hotel liegt in einem Vorort von Florenz; in Gehdistanz ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle und man kann damit direkt in die Altstadt fahren; vis a vis vom Hotel können Tickets für die Tram gekauft werden; das Auto parkt auf einem kleinen Abstellplatz neben dem Hotel (eine Garage im Haus wäre auch verfügbar, die wurde uns aber nicht angeboten); kleines, feines Frühstücksbuffet und es mangelt an nichts. Die elektronische Klospülung geht ohne Grund einfach so los und das stört in der Nacht den Schlaf erheblich.

Läheltä meni myös raitiovaunu. Hotelli oli siisti ja täytti perustarpeet. Äänieristys ei aivan priimaa,naapurihuoneen suihku/kph äänet kantauivat hyvin. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja ystävällistä.

• Tatyana (9/5): Хубаво кафе и закуска, големи и чисти стаи и баня, паркинг. - Закуската и прекрасното кафе! Има и хубав рибен ресторант! Стаята и банята бяха много големи. Чисто и с всичко необходимо като климатик, мини бар, хубава телевизия. Имаше упътване за всичко, много удобно, като пример с кой транспорт да стигнем до центъра. Имаше и частен паркинг за колата, макар и платен. Наблизо има и Лидъл. Налягането на душа беше слабо.

C'erano torte fatte in casa, focacce... la caffetteria è proprio servita dal bar, non dalle macchinette. Mi è piaciuto il clima che si respirava nell'hotel, molto "familiare". Letti MOLTO duri ma a me piacciono così, lo sconsiglio a chi non ama questo tipo di letto. Si trova fuori dal centro almeno 20 min di tram, a noi va bene ma è da tenere in considerazione

They're nice people, helpful with advice, and always try to help. The linens are clean and changed daily. The sound insulation is not very good.

Galėtų būti atnaujinti sanmazgai, nes viskas išlūžę, tačiau veikia, švaru. Palyginus su kitais viešbučiais didoka kaina.
