• Amy (9/5): - Good value for money. Very spacious room with high ceilings. Bed was very large and there was a stylish and nice table for vanity. Clean bathrooms and paper constantly stocked. Owners were very responsive and easy to reach on WhatsApp at all hours and in person when I had questions about check in. Free bag check policy as well.

Balkontür ging nicht richtig zu schließen und wurde auch nicht repariert während wir da waren, eine defekte Glühbirne, wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer und Bad, Wäschesäcke im Flur, sehr hellhörig

• Keeley (8/5): - The attic room is incredibly cute and cozy, we enjoyed our stay here! It was slightly tricky to get into prior to store our bags but the lovely housekeeping staff were very friendly and helped us once we were in the building.

• Aline (8/5): Preis Leistung sehr gut. Alle Erwartungen an die Unterkunft wurden erfüllt. - Die Lage war sehr praktisch direkt an der Straßenbahn gelegen. In der Umgebung gab es außerdem genug Restaurants. Das Bad war etwas klein vor allem das Waschbecken war sehr unpraktisch.
• Martina (3/5): If you have to stay at this hotel, make sure you are not at reception floor. - Good restaurants near by as well as the tram that only took 15 min to the main train station. We were in room 12, right next to the reception on the 1st floor. From 11pm to 1-2am, new guests had an issue checking in. The door bell was ringing about 100 times. I asked if they could be quieter but it carried on until they resolved the issue. It was unbearable.

• Dmytro (5/5): Більше ніколи!!! - Місце розташування Майже все, від поламаних дверей на балкон(коли вони закриті- можна просунути руку між дверима і рамою) і до сидіння під дверима готелю не маючи змоги зайти в середину (за відсутності інтернету в готелі всі двері блокуються, номери вказані на рецепції не є дійсними) !.. все окрім локації на дуже низькому рівні по космічній ціні!!!
• Georgina (6/5): Hotel de paso para dormir y salir - La ubicación es excelente 10/10 justo al lado tienes la parada para el tranvía y desde ahí llegas a donde quieras o si quieres caminando también, tienes varios restaurantes y cafés cerca aparte de otras atracciones como museos etc.. Realmente si solo vas a estar en el hotel literalmente para dormir y salir al día siguiente bien temprano y volver por la noche solo a dormir y quieres ahorrarte un dinero este hotel es para ti. Si buscas comodidad, instalaciones bonitas sigue buscando… Al final me pareció un hotel solo para dormir y ya esta, la cama era cómoda. El check-in y out es todo digital y me entregaron la habitación un par de horas antes porque ya estaba lista y ha sido genial no esperar hasta las 15:00 para dejar el equipaje. La atención por el WhatsApp eficiente y rápida. Instalaciones deterioradas dentro de la habitación. Estéticamente podría mejorarse mucho más. Las cortinas no tapaban toda la ventana y entraba mucha luz. La ducha todo el agua se salía. El Wifi me funcionó 1 solo día. Mi habitación tenía una alfombra que deberían eliminarla porque daba aspecto sucio y parecía que nunca la limpiaban.

• Jeffrey (3/5): Should only be last choice hotel for anyone. - Location Super small spartan room, super steep stairs, TV did not work, wifi did not work, which meant digital keys to room did not work.
• Nicola (5/5): Es reicht zum Schlafen, aber zum Verweilen oder darin Zeit verbringen kann ich es nicht empfehlen. - Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Trammstation. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer befand sich im obersten Stockwerk. Das Zimmer war extrem klein und durch die Dachschräge konnte man sich im Badezimmer kaum aufrecht stehen, auch in der Dusche nicht. Die Dusche war sehr unbefriedigend.

• Christiaan (1/5): A rip off, stay away! - One of the worst hotels I have been in my life. It was very dirty, disgusting actually. Windows could not open, no airco, curtains broken and could not close fully, poor window isolation so a lot of noise and in bathroom in bad state. Broken glass in room. 204 Euro a night. Tried contacting hotel for refund, but was denied. stay Away from here!!

Tuvimos que cambiarnos de hotel, y los del alojamiento nos dijeron que nos iban a hacer reembolso de la habitación y aún seguimos esperando, ya que ni siquiera se dignan a responder a los correos ni a los mensajes.

• marcok73 (5/5): Kan ermee door voor 1 nacht... - Locatie Hygiëne mag wel wat mee gedaan worden. TV smerig, vieze handdoek met make-up vlekken. Douche die naar riool stinkt. Ook zou er volgens de beschrijving frisdrank aanwezig zijn was er niet. Kamer is bloedheet, en geen airco...verwarming kan niet helemaal uit. Hierdoor het raam moeten openzetten met alle geluidsoverlast van dien.

• Nazario (1/5): Da evitare - Nulla, non era una camera vivibile e non dovrebbe essere neanche messa a disposizione, perché non è normale alloggiare in quelle situazioni Tutto, bagno inutilizzabile, senza finestre e ventola, niente carta igienica, niente per appoggiare gli asciugamani; camera senza luce, sono lucina sul letto, televisore senza nessun tipo di telecomando, chiusura porta con una catenella come se fosse una bagno pubblico, per poi non parlare dei letti e delle pulizie in camera, mai venuto nessuno. Da evitare a tutti i costi
• Legrand (7/5): Les 8 points d'amélioration facile atteignable - L'emplacement. Le marbre de la salle de bain. La literie était bonne Voici les 8 points d'amélioration : Correct dans l'ensemble. Je recommande pour sa bonne situation par rapport au centre ville . Points d'amélioration : . La ventilation de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas et il y avait des remontées d'odeur d'égouts nauséabonde par le siphon de la douche. Nous avons mis une serviette humide pliée en quatre pour faire bouchon et nous avons laissé ouvert la porte de la salle de bain ainsi que la fenêtre de la chambbre laissée grande ouverte la journée en notre absence. la salle de bain restait avec cette odeur d'égout nauséabonde . . Le câble de la bouilloire est trop court. . Il n'y avait qu'une seule chaise. Il en faut une deuxième chaise pour la deuxième personne puisque la chambre est prévue pour un couple. . Après 4 nuitées, La porte d'entrée générale ne fermait plus à clé. N'importe qui pouvait s'introduire dans l'immeuble. Mais heureusement notre porte de chambre restait fonctionnelle et fermait à clé. . La tv s'allumait toute seule 2 ou 3 fois en soirée vers 21:30 et aussi en pleine nuit... peut-être nos voisins de chambre d'à côté ou en-dessous enclenchaient-ils notre tv avec leur propre télécommande ? . Le seul meuble de la chambre ne servait à rien car trop petit alors qu'il manquait une armoire pour ranger les habits ou poser les valises qui ont donc traîné parterre pendant notre séjour de 6jours... . Le tapis de la chambre était crado et semblait mal entretenu. Vaudrait mieux l'enlever, en plus, question esthétique ça rendait la chambre triste

Only one thing room 202 need a fix balcony door bcz it’s gap about one centimetre we hear everything from the street, especially the trams :/

• Eva (4/5): Recommandation zéro - L'emplacement, à 15-20 min du centre je trouve cet hôtel inadmissible. nous sommes arrivé des traces de fond de teint et de dentifrice dans la salle de bain, un rideau de douche dégueulasse. la fenêtre ne se ferme pas (même en avril) le froid rentre. le ménage n’est pas fait chaque jour. aucune personne à la réception et aucune réponse aux messages lorsqu’on essaye de contacter quelqu’un. et tout ça... pour 800 euros 4 nuits !

Er is geen personeel te zien, het zijn enkel kamers, is geen hotel een stijle trap en het lijkt een studentenwoning. kamer was netjes maar zeer beperkt de badkamer zeer basic en een gordijn die met een "tijdelijke" bar vasthangt... het raam sloot niet waardoor dat er de hele nacht lawaai was
• Silvia (8/5): - Die Lage war wirklich gut. Gegenüber vom Zoo. Die engen Stufen bis in den 3.Stock hinauf waren extrem mühsam. Schade, dass wir nur einen digitalen Schlüssel hatten, da meiner Tochter das Handy gestohlen wurde und wir anfangs gar nicht wussten, wie wir jetzt ins Zimmer kommen...

• Ville (2/5): - the location was good and quiet. tram 14 was easy to get to the city center The pillow was quite good. keskustelu I stayed for three nights in hotrl. Sheets or towels were not changed once. Toilet paper was not replenished during cleaning. the toilet smelled of dirt or grass (not burning grass) There was a tv in the room that could not be used because the room had not been given a remote control. We tried to inform the reception about this but there was no answer. We reported to the cleaner. nothing happened. On the last night a broken remote control was brought in, but what do you do with it when it doesn't work This was a worse experience than a hostel

• Kiran (7/5): Good value, great location accommodation -not for families - Location was great. Bright room and easy commute to centre if you don’t want to walk. Did not like the rug, never a fan of shag pile and other peoples dead skin and hair!! The smells from bathroom of poor plumbing. The beds were a bit unsubstantial and lifted when you lay on them!! Bathroom suite and fixings nice. Hooks in room to hang clothes would be nice.

• Gianluca (1/5): Hotel degli orrori - Abbiamo alloggiato in due doppie, una peggiore dell’altra. In ogni stanza non c’è lo spazio vitale per muoversi, non sono presenti appendiabiti per posare i cappotti. Nonostante le finestre aperte si sente un odore di rancido proveniente dal bagno, che tentano INVANO di coprire con l’uso dei profumatori . Le stanze sono sporche, gli asciugamani pure e quando abbiamo chiesto il cambio ci hanno consegnato delle asciugamani più sporche delle precedenti. La polvere regna sovrana e il caldo ti soffoca. Nel bagno il lavandino è così piccolo che l’acqua fuoriesce anche lavandosi le mani. Se puoi prenota altrove
