• Piotr (1/5): Jeszcze nigdy nie widziałem tak brudnego mieszkania - Nic Jeszcze nigdy nie widziałem tak brudnego mieszkania. Szczytem był karaluch biegający po mieszkaniu drugiego dnia co automatycznie zakończyło nasz pobyt w tym miejscu ale właściciel nie widział w tym żadnego problemu i nie zwrócił pieniędzy za pozostałe dni rezerwacji. Mieszkanie ciemne, w jednej z toalet nie można spuszczać nawet papieru bo jest napisane że może się zatkać. Generalnie nie poleciłbym najgorszemu wrogowi.

• Anne (9/5): Court-Séjour à Florence dans un appartement très bien situé dans le centre ville. - Oscar nous a accueilli avec le sourire et dans un français parfait :-) Il nous a expliqué le fonctionnement de l'appartement. Rien à dire côté propreté de l'appartement, literie confortable et linge de lit impeccable, cuisine bien équipée. Le lave linge a été apprécié. L'emplacement était idéal pour des déplacements à pied à travers la ville. Rue plutôt calme. La climatisation était un peu capricieuse et son fonctionnement pas simple à comprendre. Peut être qu'un mode d'emploi simple pourrait être transmis. Quelques ustensiles de cuisine pourraient compléter : planche à découper, couteau à pain (habitudes françaises !).

• Mackensie (4/5): - Definitely a run down apartment. Hot water didn’t work, things were run down, it was extremely noisy. The concierge that checked us in was amazing!!! But the apartment left a lot to be desired. Good location though!

• Carol (10/5): Lovely 1 bedroom apartment in Florence - This is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment just off the Piazza Santa Croce in Florence’s historic center. There’s a full kitchen, 1-1/2 baths, and a living room. We enjoyed the convenience and comfort of this place. Highly recommend.

• suzanne (2/5): - DO NOT STAY HERE! Booked for 5 guest and was given 4 pillows. Found a dirty pillow in the drawer. Asked if we could have another pillow for my son and was told they didn’t have any. Had to put towels and an t-shirt on the dirty pillow. YUK! Asked for blankets as we were cold at night as heating didn’t work. They didnt give blankets either. Said ‘they didn’t have any’. I asked for a partial refund as the amenities were bad and not as advertised on last minute with ‘premium bedding and duvet’ . The front door is hard to open and close, the people upstairs would come home at all hours so noisy. Management terrible to deal with. Fold out bed mattress would come apart and my daughter was sleeping on half a mattress. No mattress protectors on any of the beds. It was awful being cold and told they can’t even provide a blanket for you or a pillow! Poor management. Book elsewhere. Far from train station also.
• Alexa (8/5): - The apartment is small with one bedroom a sofa bed and a cot to sleep 5 people. It’s very nice and updated. We did have an issue with one of the a/c’s not working but it’s wasn’t a big deal. The bed was very comfortable. I would’ve liked the host to spend more time explaining how different things work like the windows, the washer, and to explain the sign by the toilet. Overall it was satisfactory and exactly as described. The location was great and we had no problems. We were comfortable, felt safe, and loved the location. We would recommend this location.
• Kevin (10/5): - Great property within easy walking distance to everything we needed (tours, restaurants, shopping, etc.). The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, the AC units did not generate much cooling but it was comfortable enough for sleeping.
• Heather (6/5): A nice apartment in a good location, no hospitality - Its an attractive apartment in a nice location. The man who let us in was polite but in a hurry to leave. There were zero starters in the kitchen, no salt, no oil, no coffee to get us started. We've been to Europe several times & are currently in Italy for 9 weeks & stayed in numerous apartments. This is the ONLY apartment that didn't provide at least 2 coffee pods to give weary travelers a break upon arrival. We were there 8 nights & heard nothing from the hosts until the Calico Storico event started half a block from the apartment. We tried to leave the apartment about 4:3O pm only to find our block barricaded off at both ends with police who told us we couldn't leave until the event was over about 8 pm & actually walked us back to our apartment & waited until we went inside. It was an intimidating event for us as this has never happened to us on any travel experience over the years. I sent the host a message & received a response that its an annual event & we should enjoy the cheering & booing & they assumed we'd chosen their apartment to see this event. Note, you have to buy tickets in advance & you can't see it from the apartment window. We were also told in this note that Italians don't eat dinner until 8 or 9 & there would be plenty of options after the game. We were not offered fresh towels in 8 days so I washed the ones we had. We had a final message from the host to be sure & leave early.
• Stephanie (6/5): Great location - The apartment is clean, nice, and in a great location. The kitchen is missing some important essentials- a cutting board, drying towels, oven mitts, and enough dishes for 5 people. We also ran out of garbage bags. The single pull out was not a full length bed. The street noise at night was quite loud at times, but maybe that’s unavoidable. This place would be better for a couple than a family.

No wine glasses (in Tuscany??), only two bath towels for ten days, no dish rag or towel to clean dishes. Only three pillows for an apartment for four. We texted our apartment contact twice with no reply back :(
• Hendrik willem (8/5): Prima verblijf - Mooi appartement op een mooie plek in Florence. Kreeg optijd een berichtje van de eigenaar over de locatie en het inchecken. Bij aankomst waren wij verrast door de mooie plek van dit appartement. Wel werden wij niet erg enthousiast binnengelaten. Ook was een slot bij aankomst kapot en zat er een bruine vlek in een van de dekens. Voorderest was alles zeer netjes. En is het een aanrader om hier heen te gaan. Keuken was mooi, heerlijke douche en bedden waren oke.
• Franck (8/5): Bof - Deux adresses différentes entre la réservation et le voucher, qui avait raison impossible de le savoir. Accueil sans plus. Appartement correct mais qui manque de charme, une vraie cafetière devait nous être fournis, nous l'attendons toujours, un comble pour le pays du ristretto. Il y a surement mieux ailleurs.
