• Jolida (4/5): Niet zoals gehoopt en verwacht van een 4! sterren hotel, teleurstellend. - De locatie en dat het personeel nog wel behulpzaam was. Voor dat we een 4 sterren hotel geboekt (en dus ook verwacht hadden) viel ons een boel tegen. De foto's waren niet gelijk aan de kamer/de indruk van het hotel bij verblijf. Deze waren echt misleidend. Het ontbijt was super matig, we konden het niet los boeken en moesten het inbegrepen doen, ondanks dat we de laatste nacht er geen gebruik van zouden maken (ze hebben yoghurt, jam, een appel en toast meegeven dat wel). Op de balie stond dat je ontbijt voor 12 euro kon boeken, geen idee wat het aandeel in de prijs was of dat dat stiekem nog hoger lag, maar het was de prijs niet waard. De bedden lagen matig en het waren twee losse bedden die makkelijk bij elkaar wegschoven. Er zat schimmel op de muur in de slaapkamer en de badkamer (ik heb foto's mochten jullie interesse hebben). En bij de badkamer liep het doucheputje snel vol en werden we verzocht de druk te verlagen (kraan zachter) of de stop er zelf uit te trekken (geprobeerd, niet verder te doen). Best vies douchen dus. Ok was de kraan erg verkalkt van de douche. Stopcontacten zaten los en konden zo uit de muur getrokken worden. Totaal geen plek waar je graag relaxed en in de watten wordt gelegd, waarvoor we wel voor een 4! sterren hotel gegaan waren. De schoonmakers kwamen wel dagelijks langs.

They charge 5 euro per bag, if you want to leave it with them after the check out, even if it is just one hour. All we had were small backpacks, and no exception was made, as if we had one big suitcase, it would cost 5 euro, and with 4 backpacks, it costs 20 euros. Really disappointed.
• Vanessa (3/5): Einmal und nie wieder. - Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Zimmer extrem eng, muffiger Geruch, Bad nicht gut gereinigt & defekte Dusche Frühstück: Lagerung von Verderblichem wie Wurst und Käse ohne Kühlung, Qualität der Lebensmittel, schmutziges Geschirr, sehr ungemütlicher Raum Hotel: Sehr sehr hellhörig sowohl von innen als auch von außen (Lage neben Bahnhof!) - wir hatten eine Schülergruppe im Hotel untergebracht, die bis 2 Uhr morgens durchs Hotel rannte, mit Türen geschlagen und gelärmt hat. Das Personal der Rezeption war wenig hilfreich, hat erfolglos versucht die Lehrerin zu erreichen und dann aufgegeben. Beim Frühstück war es die Vollkatastrophe gleichzeitig mit besagter Gruppe Pubertiere im Frühstücksraum … Haben dann am Folgetag das Hotel verlassen und mich mit dem Hotel auf Anraten des Personals in Verbindung gesetzt bzgl einer Rückerstattung - habe bis heute einfach keine Antwort erhalten.

Buka od ventilatora koja je dopirala čini mi se sa krova zgrade ili iz susjednih soba, te nismo mogli oka sklopiti. Ni dobar krevet ni jastuci nisu mogli popraviti dojam jer smo dosli prespavati a to nije bilo moguce od buke.

They could not be opened, so the room felt like a basement. The wardrobe was broken. Very disappointing and uncomfortable stay.

El desayuno es variado, bastante rico, y hay opciones para todos los gustos. Lo único malo fue que el secador no aguantaba más de 2 minutos a potencia máxima y los botones de la cisterna se atascaban al pulsarlos y había que trastear un poco para que dejase de echar agua.

Camera molto vecchia da ristrutturare, bagno piccolissimo, colazione non di qualità sorpattutto le uova strapazzate secche e asciutte perché evidentemente fatte da diverse ore oppure non le sanno fare. Le sfogliatelle finiscono subito quindi se si scende alle 9.30 già finite. La ciotola per mettere gli alimenti era sporca nonostante mi avesse detto che era appena uscita dalla lavastoviglie. Oggi in un piatto dei dolci un pelo lungo 30 cm fatto notare al personale. Bevande al distributore troppo annacquate soprattutto l'ACE. Colazione quindi di qualità sufficiente ma anche scarsa nel salato. Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo a pensare che è un 4 stelle. Per me è da 3 stelle con molte cose da migliorare. Cuscini solo in memory, bocciati. Dulcis in fundo, un hotel caro così che fa pagare anche il deposito bagagli è davvero orribile. A mai più, grazie.

Grave anche la totale assenza di trasparenza: al momento della prenotazione non viene detto che il check-in non è possibile prima delle 15 quindi, se arrivi al mattino, sei praticamente obbligato a pagare 5€ a bagaglio per lasciarli nel loro deposito. Un modo poco elegante per fare cassa. Colazione deludente, con succhi chiaramente annacquati, cornetti poco cotti e comfort della camera insufficiente: cuscini scomodissimi. Definirlo un 4 stelle è francamente ridicolo. Siamo ben lontani anche da standard medi: al massimo può essere considerato un 2 stelle. DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE

Walls are thin, and if you are a light sleeper, have ear plugs on standby. We heard bottles being disposed, and guests talking very loudly in the corridor late at night.

Colazione molto buona, con il menu internazionale e quello locale. Telecomando TV sgangherato. Nella stanza manca un cestino, è solo in bagno. Ascensore unico e lento. I giudizi eccellenti sulla posizione e sulla colazione sono indeboliti il primo dal degrado della strada, il secondo dalla mancanza di un caffè o cappuccino serviti. Abbiamo dovuto pagare, anche se poco, per la custodia del bagaglio l'ultima mattina di soggiorno.

Check-out schon um 10:00 Uhr, check-in aber erst ab 15:00. Für kurzfristige Gepäckabgabe muss man 5 Euro pro Gepäck bezahlen. Fenster aus Milchglas. Fehlende Storen, bzw. Läden. Alles ziemlich abgewohnt. Niveau entspricht nicht 4-Stern sondern 3-Stern Hotel. Preis daher zu hoch.

Pokój jest bardzo mały i unosi się w nim dziwny, nieprzyjemny zapach. Śniadania są bardzo obfite, ale jakość składników przedstawia wiele do życzenia. Co rano był kłopot dostać się na śniadanie, gości jest znacznie więcej niż miejsc w restauracji.

• Edward (10/5): A lovely hotel centrally located near Napoli Centrale train station - My room was clean and organized. The elevator was very helpful for a senior like me. But the best part of this hotel is the really wonderful staff, from the front desk, people to the waiters in the restaurant to the people that were cleaning in the rooms. Had a smile in a kind welcome. I especially appreciated the friendly conversations I had with Salma at the Front Desk. She is truly a gem. Nothing really. When I first got to the room, and the air conditioner would not work for me. But within 10 minutes there was someone there to show me how to work the remote. So really not a negative. Just really good service.

Absolutely disgusting experience — avoid this hotel at all costs. This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The service was shocking, the staff were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and completely clueless about basic customer service. It honestly felt like dealing with people who had no idea how to run a hotel. We arrived and were left waiting until 3:40 PM to check in, despite the official check-in time being earlier. The room wasn’t even ready, and instead of apologising, staff argued with us. No organisation, no accountability — just excuses. It gets worse: You can’t leave luggage freely — they charge €1 per hour after a compulsory €5 for the first 5 hours. Completely unacceptable. The reception is tiny (more like a hostel), with only one sofa. You can’t even use the toilet in reception unless you have a room key — and while waiting, we had no access. When we finally saw it, it wasn’t even clean. The location is also poor — far from the city centre, with rubbish bins right outside the entrance and the area doesn’t feel safe, even though there’s a metro nearby. Now the room… absolutely horrible: Mould in the bathroom Broken TV remote Torn and damaged furniture Marks all over the walls Curtains don’t block light properly No kettle — not even basic amenities No iron Air conditioning barely works — it’s on but makes no difference This is not even a 1-star standard, let alone what they claim to be. I’ve already complained to Booking.com and am waiting for compensation. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
• Johanna (9/5): - Sijainti oli erinomainen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Huoneet reilun kokoisia. Aamiaiselle sattui samaan aikaan koululaisryhmä, mutta henkilökunta teki kaikkensa, jotta kaikki viihtyivät ja aamiainen sujui. Iltapäivällä baarin Daniel pelasti päivämme, kun palasimme hotellille väsyneinä ja janoisina. Kiitos!

• Magda (3/5): - Το προσωπικό ήταν εξυπηρετικό και άμεσο. Το πρωινό ήταν φτωχό και είχε κατα βάση γλυκιές γέυσεις, κεικ κλπ. Το Ξενοδοχείο δεν ήταν καλά διατηρημένο, επίσης η τοποθεσία παρόλο είναι δίπλα στο σταθμό του τρένου είναι πολύ κακή, επικίνδυνη και βρώμικη.
