- José Lazcano (5/5): Cerca de la estación, buena ubicación - No participe en el desayuno, la ubicación buena, muy cercana a la estación de trenes, busque algo cerca y use Napoles como escala durante mi viaje por lo que no pude conocer mas, un poco oscura la llegada puesto que llegue tarde y da un poco de miedo, pero nada que preocuparse no pasa nada en horarios nocturnos. si puedes llegar antes de las 21.00 seria ideal.

- fra1992 (5/5): Normale - La parte positiva è che la camera era pulita e il personale gentile. La posizione vicino alla stazione comoda. Struttura datata, la camera si vede che non è certo nuova, il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una totale ristrutturazione. Secondo me può andare bene come struttura di passaggio per una notte visto il prezzo basso e la vicinanza alla stazione. Diciamo che se danno una ristrutturata a camera e bagno, vista la posizione e la pulizia, non sarebbe poi male.

Big sign on the side of the building with the hotel name. Rooms and bathroom kept very clean. Hotel is near the train station, good ethnic restaurants that are cheap, and a supermarket. Building has an elevator. Easy to get to airport and metro lines. We stayed twice back to back as the first room was sold out for the last few days so we had to change rooms. We knew this in advance so no surprise. The first room and our first review are very good for almost everything. The second room was about $76/night compared to about $80/night for the first room. The second room was 1/2 the size of the first, had no bath, no TV and a very small balcony. The managers were very nice the first time to let us use the hot water pot to make coffee, use frig, and use sitting area. Second time they let us use the facilities but were not so nice about it.

- Andrew (8/5): Simple good rooms in a very convenient location 5 min walk to Central Station - My original room was a single which was smaller than I had expected and was facing straight onto a noisy street. So I upgraded to a double room for €15 per night more which I could afford and the room was a good size, with its own bathroom, quiet and comfortable.

I signori alla reception sono stati estremamente gentili e cordiali, facendoci sentire subito a casa. La pulizia è impeccabile: la camera veniva pulita ogni giorno e si sentiva sempre un profumo molto gradevole. Grazie di cuore per tutto, tornerò sicuramente
- Cuconato (8/5): Consiglio a tutti se volete visitare Napoli a piedi e volete essere vicini alla stazione centrale!! - Posizione top, a due passi dalla stazione e vicinissimo ai punti turistici migliori di Napoli. Gli host sono stati molto educati e disponibili. La stanza con letto matrimoniale comodissimo. Il bagno era onesto e pulito. Temperatura ideale nella stanza e il balconcino era anche carino. Non era tanto insonorizzato e l'alto gradone che c'era un po' prima del balcone (coperto dalla tenda) mi stava facendo prendere un bel volo😅

- Mary (8/5): - Hotel was very clean . Bathrooms spotless . Last Thursday my wallet was stolen leaving me with no cards or cash. When I told the person in charge my problem I was told to go to the Central Police Station to report the crime. I was given a map and told to get a taxi there , with no cash or cards !!!!?. I walked the 6k round trip in 26c heat. I am almost 77 years old . Nothing to do with the hotel but I would not recommend Naples to elderly solo female travellers. I have travelled the world solo including war torn areas, amazon rain forests and Naples was the scariest place I have been.

Nem tomadas tem direito, não tem tomadas com entrada USB , a TV super antiga, em alguns momentos tem problema com água quente e a zona da estação é horrível. THIS IS NOT HOTEL. É uns quartos que eles fizeram de ARBNB com as próprias regras. Péssima gestão. Um Hotel que vc precisa dar satisfações e precisa pedir pra entrar e sair o tempo todo não é hotel. Eu não indico esse lugar pra ninguém.

- Coballes Trenzano (7/5): Céntrico, esencia pura de Nápoles antiguo - Aunque el edificio es antiguo y un poco deteriorado, la habitación estaba en perfectas condiciones de limpieza, algo antiguo, pero todo muy limpio. El gerente fue muy amable, nos dio un mapa y con sus indicaciones pudimos no perdernos nada importante que ver en Nápoles. Me encantó el ascensor antiguo. Me hubiera gustado que estuviera insonorizado, ya que, aunque no fue molesto, si que oíamos por la noches el ruido de las cisternas del water o de la ducha. Tampoco me gustó la mala presencia que tenía el edificio por fuera y por dentro de la porteria, estaba bastante descuidado. Por lo demás, todo, muy bien

- Iole Chiara (5/5): - La struttura è nel centro di Napoli a pochi passi dalla stazione. La stanza era accogliente e pulita. Il signore alla reception davvero gentilissimo. La struttura è al secondo piano di un edificio molto antico, e davvero, davvero sporco, l ascensore e la sua “gabbia” non sono stati puliti penso dal 1800. Il problema principale per noi, nonostante il piano dell hotel sia pulito e accogliente, è che ha 0 insonorizzazione. Si sente tutto sia della strada sia del corridoio e ingresso dell hotel. Se avete il sonno leggero non è possibile dormire.

- Cecilia (1/5): Deludente. A nulla serve rimarcare in struttura cosa non va, anche perché lo sapevano benissimo ed è responsabilità loro - Diverse cose. In primo luogo, ho prenotato con mesi di anticipo perché il prezzo era basso e sono stata trattata come se avessi prenotato all’ultimo minuto: mi hanno dato la stanza privata (ovvero adibita al personale dell’albergo). Al check in il personale mi ha avvisato che la stanza non era un granché ma non si può dire testuali parole: “avrei voluto darle una stanza migliore ma… avevo troppe prenotazioni, al prezzo che ha pagato lei poi…”. Ci tengo a precisare che i prezzi sono stati fatti dalla struttura, una volta emessi, colpa loro se hanno sbagliato! Non si aspetta di vedere quante prenotazioni si hanno dopo la mia, per poi rifilarmi la stanza di fortuna! Secondariamente, il pavimento era poco pulito e non era presente la finestra, ma solo un lucernario che dava sul corridoio. Entrando si sentiva odore di muffa. Inoltre, è lampadine sopra il letto non funzionavano. Al momento del check out chiedo se fanno i caffè, ricevo il caffè e chiedo quanto costa, mi è stato detto 1€. Dopo un trattamento del genere avrebbero dovuto almeno offrirmelo!

- Paulina (5/5): Fait la job. - Hôtel proche de la gare, des transports. Commerces et restaurants disponibles à proximité. L'avenue est bruyante, l’hôtel vieillot. 100€ pour une chambre de 4 c'est ce qu'on a trouvé de moins cher mais ce n'est pas donné pour le standing proposé. Nous restions uniquement une nuit avant de reprendre l'avion donc c'était tout à fait OK mais je n'aurais pas recommandé pour un séjour plus long.
