Shahin (8/5): It’s a good place if you want to shop. - The room was clean and good. The swimming pool was nice It is located in a busy area. Lots of noise. Evening everything is closed and not much to do.
Marion (2/5): TERRIBLE! Do not recommend. - The hotel is very close to the Pratunam markets. This hotel feels deserted! There is no welcoming on arrival, no assistance with luggage. The reception is on the 2nd floor, again another deserted space with a bar (that was never open or staffed). We never saw anyone using the pool (no one in the pool area at all in our 5 day stay). The poolside bar was never staffed. Breakfast buffet was half inside, half outside (in which you had to go out through the restaurant check in, through another door to poolside for the other half of the food & then return back to the restaurant. The food was terrible! Very poor selection. We stayed in the Royal Suite, the room was very large/spacious, but wasn’t clean (several clusters of fake eyelashes were found on the floor ), the toilet didn’t flush properly and the beds were extremely hard. Traffic could be heard from our 16th floor room (as the markets were below). No balcony, no opening window. Aircon couldn’t be adjusted. The hallways of this hotel were always empty (did not feel like many people were staying there). We stayed 16 years ago and it was much different. This time was very disappointing. Would never stay here again. 👎

The price is cheaper.You can walk to the train station 5 mins which can go to the airport only 40 barth ,45 mins.Very big and a lot of rooms 5 stars hotel with the best location for eaters and shoppers.You cannot find another like this hotel and location in Bangkok.It will save you money ,time .I could say this hotel is old but still in good condition. Nothing to dislike.

Me paraba por el pasillo xq ha visto que no quería que limpia la habitación pero preguntaba si me hace falta café, azúcar, agua etc y dejaba en la entrada para que no me queda sin las cosas. Para ella un 10/10 muchísimas gracias El check in no estaba bien explicado.avisan del desayuno a cierto precio, fui a la habitación,volví y he dicho que sí que quiero y me dicen que como que no había hecho en el momento (30min antes) el precio ha cambiado al doble. Noticias en la habitación de que solo puedes fumar en ciertas zonas del hotel. Fui a preguntar donde y me mandan a una zona sin luz, ni cenicero, que parecía más una zona de empleados que huéspedes.

Kashiefah (7/5): Livable, but there is room for improvement - Loved the location. Has a market on its doorstep and another market inside the hotel itself. Bedding was neat and clean. Whenever we called them for anything they would send it up within minutes. Easy access to transport and tuk tuk. No need to walk far for malls like palladium and platinum. The building and decor needs a modern update. New paint on the walls and new updated decorations in keeping with the indra theme perhaps? Entrance hall or lobby is bare. No couches or anything in the lobby so we had to sit on stairs inside or steps outside or even stand while waiting for grab or taxi. Breakfast was continental with only a few options. They did change up the hot foods each day but the pastries were the same each day. Shower drain was blocked and I forgot to inform they so I think they would have fixed it. Airvents in room and bathroom were not cleaned in a while. Dust under the beds

AKK2022 (4/5): Seriously in need of proper supervision. - Location, service of the front office team. We arrived at 13:30, hoping to check in at the time mentioned on the reservation. However, we were not given any of the 4 rooms that were reserved until 15:30. The room maids forgot to put toiletries and towels in some rooms during the 4 nights we stayed, and they need supervision in most of the areas when it comes to cleaning, and they never clean our rooms until late (probably due to a shortage of staff). What really surprised me was when they checked the rooms on our departure. They said everything was okay, whereas in some of our rooms, towels and glasses were missing, and one of us forgot an iPad in the room. I wonder why they collect a 3,000 THB damage deposit. The temperature of the air-conditioning in the Junior suite could not be adjusted and was always at 19 degrees. There were no room slippers despite the cold marble floor. We were forced to wait for half an hour for breakfast the next morning because our rooms were not on the list. Hence. It shows a lack of communication between the front office department and F&B. We had to remind the waitress to refill the water in the coffee machine every time we ate. Wifi speed was good, but on and off, and the reception was always hard to call. I guess they do not understand the hotel procedure of picking up the phone within three rings. To sum up, it's a pity that the hotel of this calibre is failing in all departments, and the owners are probably aware of this. They are either happy with offering cheap room rates to the large tour groups that would not complain or that they never visit for hotel inspection. I have stayed in other hotels around Pratunam, but this is by far disappointing. I would not stay again and would not recommend it to others.
JR (7/5): Great choice for budget travellers, - BTS Airport to Ratchaprarop station is 10mins walk to Hotel - This hotel is in an excellent location, with the entrance on the south side of the building. Upon entering, you'll walk into the lobby and take the elevator to the 4th floor for Reception (operates from 6:30 am to 11:30 pm only). The hotel is surrounded by shops, bars, and a wide variety of places to eat—especially Asian cuisines—with numerous street food options and a nearby 7/11. The night market is just a short distance away, and the area features many small shops. Pratunam pier is 400 meters away and has easy access to the riverboat. A travel agency right next to the hotel, where you to book various tours right there. If you’re planning to engage in numerous activities and only need a place to rest, this hotel is perfect for you. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, featuring secured access with a swipe card in both the elevator and the room. Comfortable double bed—a fridge, a good-sized safe, two armchairs with a coffee table, and a long desk with a decent cloth cupboard. Two 0.5L water bottles are replenished daily. The bathroom is of average size, with a walk-in shower and slightly below-average water pressure. Include single-use bars of soap and a large refillable container of shampoo; however, no slippers or bathrobes provided. The air conditioning works well. No socket by the bed, a multi-socket is available at the desk, US/UK plugs, and a good swimming pool. The Wi-Fi is complimentary, though it can be a bit frustrating as it sometimes cuts off. For seamless connectivity, consider purchasing a short-term Wi-Fi plan (7 days for just 300 THB), which offers uninterrupted access without the hassle of repeated sign-ins. Be aware that, deposit fee of THB 3000 (100 USD/EUR) is required, preferably in cash, and this amount is returned upon check-out. Excellent access to the BTS train system, with a direct line from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Ratchaprarop station (6th stop for just 50 Baht). Location is very good, It is good that if you could start the restaurant on the lobby floor, that hotel had earlier. Hot water pressure was very low. Need repairs for the system. Need improvement for the breakfast with changing the menu day by day. Otherwise, people fed up with same menu every day. Also need more staff for the breakfast restaurant. Some of the days that I stayed noticed only one person trying to serve many people, and it was poor service. I have stayed in this hotel more than 5 times now, earlier breakfast was served in a spacious area, but the current restaurant is small and congested

Asked for a double bed and got twin bed No iron on the premises Very difficult to contact reception at night. They charge for weighing luggage Toiletries are not added every day Parking is a joke. Can only leave between 8am and 8pm otherwise pay for parking. Had a New Year dinner. Lied about entertainment. When realised no entertainment, they said they would only refund 50% of payment. Had to fight to get back money.

AKK2022 (8/5): Hotel in need of new management team. - Location, size of the room, fast elevators, and Myanmar reception staff. Cleanliness - The housekeepers require proper training and supervision, and the mattresses need to be replaced. The air conditioner was too noisy all night in room #1418.
