• ROHANITA (6/5): Nice hotel - The ambient and it's close to our wedding hall at the Dove KL. It's really convenient. It has complete kitchen facilities. The staff Ms Priya, Ms Nelly, Mr Aryan, and the doorman, parking attendant was polite and helpful at the instant need during abnormal situation. Slight old fixtures, some loose wallplugs that need to be looked into, booked 3 rooms, 1 phone line not working even after troubleshooting by staff. Unfriendly looking black t-shirt staffs. No smile, Polite but forced to do so. You can see it in the face and tone of voice. I had a problem and a black t shirt staff was questioning me in a tone like I m a criminal but luckily Mr Aryan was nice enough to come back explain the situation to the staff and manage to supervise and check till all clean and safe.

Location a little bit away from other restaurants and food places. Due to new installed key card system troubles with accessing room and fitness center. No smart TV.

Rather inconvenience for house guess. 2nd, receptionist might missed out if the gym’s key was return to different person at the counter. Might caused confusions.

• Qi (7/5): Overall, Everything is good except the AC - Overall, Everything is good except the AC I stayed there for 4 nights. Overall the AC is making noise. One night during sleep the AC starts making even stronger noise that wakes me up on 3 am. I was too tired to complain so I just put ear plug and back to sleep. However, in the early morning 5-6am, it wakes up my wife and son. We turned off the AC and we can't sleep because it getting hot. Overall, all our families did not sleep well on that night we have to ask to change to a new room. After couple hours when I trying to notify the hotel, the AC strong noise just disappeared. I love this hotel, all staffs are helpful but I didn't sleep well for one night. So I have to raise it here to help others.

• John (8/5): Good base for exploring Kuala Lumpur. - I can 100% recommend this hotel. I stayed at the Micasa All Suites Hotel for 30 days in February/March of 2026. Assigned to room 309. The rooms are huge, similar to a large studio apartment. I could see myself living there. The pool and sundeck are very nice. The gym was well appointed, and I had some great workouts. The gym is also utilized by the physical therapy clinic next door so it can get crowded during business hours. The breakfast buffet was decent. Once you get your bearings, you'll find plenty of places for food and coffee nearby. The location is good. It is approximately 10 minutes to the Persiaran KLCC yellow line station and 10 minutes to the Ampang Park yellow and red line stations. By utilizing the pedestrian footbridge over the highway, you can be at KLCC Park and the Suria Mall in less than 20 minutes. There are several grocery stores within walking distance: the closest being Ben's Independent Grocer inside the Linc Mall. There were enough English language TV stations to keep me occupied. Overall, I had a good stay. During the course of my stay, there was a loud pounding/stomping/thumping noise coming from somewhere in the hotel or just outside. This occurred intermittently for the entire month of my stay, during all hours of the day and night. I tried finding the source of this noise but could never isolate it enough to complain. The hotel is showing some wear and tear, especially in the hallways, but don't let this scare you off. Also in the hallways, you might find some offensive cooking odors or the smell of cigarette smoke. This would occasionally seep into the room, and I would have to spray air freshener or cologne. This is really the fault of inconsiderate guests rather that the hotel. In spite of these complaints, I would stay here again.

We love that the hotel is a boutique one, tucked in a quiet environment within the busy city. Parking was free, and we felt it was safe with a parking attendant round the clock.

• ugie (10/5): 5 Days In The Micasa - We were on a tour of Malaysia and were to spend two nights in the Micasa Hotel, At the end of our two week tour we had arranged to return to Kuala Lumpur and spend a further five days at the Micasa Hotel. When we returned we arrived late in the evening the porter at the door carried cases into the hotel we checked in without and problems paid our tourist tax and given the keys to our room which was on the eigth floor were were about to take our cases up to our room but the desk clerk insisted that his staff would bring them to our room. Our room was on the eight floor when we entered the room we were suprised to see that we had a four poster king size bed. The room was well laide out with polished wooden floors and a small kitchen so that we could cook snacks if we wanted too. Every day the room was cleaned, towels changed an dressing gowns (provided by the hotel ) folded and laid on the bed. We had breakfast in the hotel restaraunt we had a wide choice of things to eat with a selection of european, chinese and Malay food. There was a chef on duty to cook eggs as requested. On morning during our stay a troop arrived to carry out the Lion Dance for the chinese new year it disrupted breakfast but all the staff were in reception and we enjoyed so much after they left we returned to finish our Breakfast. All the staff were very attentive and alway pleasent.

Thanks to Nelly who has always been very helpful, detailed oriented and knowledgeable about MICASA’s offerings. The restaurants ie Cilantro which is recognised in the Michelin Select 2025 and Shisho are fantastic. Great for a date out. We stayed at the Deluxe King suite to celebrate my birthday.

The staff were very good and helpful.Check in and check out worked well.The pool and gym were very good. the breakfast was good both with the variety of food and the quality of the food. In the room there is a separate tap for drinking water. The cons of the room were that we could hear the neighbours talking many times until after midnight. The people above seemed to move furniture around frequently at night. Some of the furniture needed to be repainted. There was mold in the shower. The kitchen had limited accessories. The stove top , which we did not use, needed to be throughly cleaned or replaced. The toaster oven was in terrible condition. The door to the corridor had two separate grains in the wood. At the pool, the lounge chair covers would not stay in place as the ties were broken.
