They know English but they don’t always understand exactly what you mean so I suggest using a translator to help them out better.

- Phuong Khanh (6/5): - Hotel is kind of old, and smells weird. Doors with old fashion keys and bathroom is small. Location is great with easy access to metro, convenient stores and Tokyo City Air Terminal (if you take Limousine Bus directly from airport. Daily housekeeping service was a plus considering lots of hotel in this price range don’t offer.

A good free selection of toiletries available in the lobby. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the rooms. The room is a decent sized compared to other Japanese accommodation I’ve stayed in. Only provides one pillow each and reception aren’t able to give anymore.

- Jaimie (4/5): - The hotel room size was pretty standard for a Japanese hotel. The room was very dusty and I kept sneezing inside; the moment I left the room I would stop sneezing. The walls are also really thin; you can hear people walking, talking, opening and closing doors, and moving things around. I had mixed experiences with the hotel staff. Some were friendly and helpful, and others were just straight up rude. You can ship your luggage there, but they don't have luggage delivery service. The receptionist said to find this service at a convenience store instead. Despite all this, the location is not bad. It's walkable distance to multiple subway entrances. There are multiple convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel also provides amenities and has a breakfast area in the lobby. However, the cons outweigh the pros for me, and I would not stay here again. I would only recommend if the cons do not bother you.

- youhei (6/5): - 地下鉄の茅場町駅から近いです。 東京駅からだとやや歩きますが歩けない距離ではないです。 施設は古いです。 客室鍵は今どき鍵穴に差し込むタイプ（いわゆる鍵）だし、外出時には鍵をフロントに預けないとです。 照明が全体的に暗かったしバスルームの鏡の曇り止め加工なんてもちろんなし。 あと部屋の窓の開け方がわかりづらいし、立地条件的にしょうがないのでしょうけど窓からの眺望は隣のビルの外壁のみでした。 あっ、スタッフの方々は明るくて気持ち良い対応でしたよ。 比較的交通の便が良い、都心にしては料金が安いなど、寝泊まりだけを目的にするのであれば選択肢に入れても良いホテルだと思います。

- Ying Yam (8/5): A convenient hotel - It was only about 5 minutes walk from the nearest tube station. The room was very small, the suitcases had to be placed on the bed for unpacking/packing.
- David (8/5): Good Hotel to explore Tokyo - Good Hotel in a quiet area, close to the metro (2 Lines) but you could walk to Tokyo Central Station (15-20 Minutes). It was a good base to explore Tokyo, if you use the extensive metro network.

- Verified traveler (6/5): TcMk MuG-TrN - Room space very limited. Maybe have it in a bunk bed style which will provide more room space to move around. Bathroom was clean and air-con was cold. No need to set a temp. All you had to do is put it on Low, Medium or High. Price for the stay was good. Hotel location wasn't so bad. Walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants and the subway. All in all the stay was ok.

- Verified traveler (2/5): 서비스가 정말 최악이었어요. - 역 근처에 있는 것은 좋았으나 서비스가 아주 엉망이더군요. 체크인 할 때 제 이름을 말하니까 못 알아들으셨는지 계속 놀리듯이 이름 되묻고, 예약 확인 메일 보여드려도 잘 못찾으시고, 몇 분을 그렇게 못 찾으시다가 뒤에 미리 작성 해 놓은 종이 보고 찾으셨구요. 처음부터 그 종이 보시면 됬을텐데요. 옆에 체크인 하는 일본사람에게는 엄청 친절하게 대응하면서 서비스로 물 드리더라구요. 저희는 그런거 없었구요. 표정 썩어서 한 손으로 키 건네주시는데 굉장히 기분 나빴습니다. 저희가 한국인 손님이라서 그런가요? 여행 좋게 가서 마지막에 호텔 서비스 때문에 기분 나빠졌습니다. 호텔에 많이 가봤는데 여기가 제일 최악의 서비스 였다고 생각합니다. 그리고 얼굴 폼클렌징 없어요 비누도 없는 호텔이 어딨습니까
- Verified traveler (10/5): - 当日部屋をアップグレードしてくださっており、娘と２人でしたが、とても助かりました。一点気になった点は、冷蔵庫内に髪の毛が付着しており、不快に感じました。その他は特に不満点はなく、今後も利用していきたいです。
