Really comfy beds Excellent buffet breakfasts 1 bedroom was next to a staffroom and was quite noisy at night with the scraping sounds of furniture on wooen floors. Earplugs weee needed! There was no ironing board and iron In 1 bedroom the a/c wouldn't reduce temperature so was.too stuffy

- Catalina (10/5): - It was great having a occidental options for breakfast (bread, cheese, bacon...). Location was fine, close enough to many touristic activities. Price amazing!! Just a couple of things... 1. I smelled a bit of smoke in the room, it was temporarily and they were open to solve immediately (it disappeared, its a non smoker hotel, it's ok regarding that). 2. 2 small things I saw in the bathroom regarding cleaning (tub and toilet)... very small but still there. But I was so grateful to be in an occidental hotel.. food was a challenge for me in China. Many thanks... amazing breakfast

- Vitalii (10/5): Лучший отель для остановки в Шанхае - Отличная локация, номера и персонал. Останавливаюсь второй раз. Первый раз был в Шанхае на выставке весной 2025 года и в декабре 2025 по дороге в отпуск был тут с транзитом на 5 ночей. Прямая ветка от метро (1 час 20 минут), на такси 50 минут. Рядом куча ТЦ со всеми нужными магазинами, также через дорогу (5 мин пешком) есть сквер с европейской кухней. Рекомендую австрийское кафе, где после обеда есть happy hour 1+1. На обратном пути в Россию решили остановиться тут же. И да, номера и еда отличные!

Все функционирует, все работает, есть возможность использовать систему кондиционирования для обогрева номера, т.к. в декабре в комнате прохладно. Розетки с адаптером под европейскую вилку. Умный унитаз. Электрочайник с наборами для, чая/кофе. Разнообразный и обильный завтрак. Чистота в номере. Ванна и по настоящему горячая, вода. Немножко не хватало дополнительной подсветки для бритья у зеркала в ванной, но это мои капризы. Персонал дружелюбный, готовый помочь во всех вопросах, прилично говорит на английском языке. Удобное местоположение, примерно на расстоянии 5 минут от метро, тихо. Нет такого.

The staff’s so warm and attentive—seriously, Front desk staff Jason and Richard are very help me ,they helped with my luggage, gave awesome local tips, and made me feel right at home the second I walked in. The room’s spacious, super clean, and the bed? Perfect after a long flight—slept like a log! And don’t even get me started on breakfast: fresh fruit, yummie pastries, and tons of filling stuff to fuel the day. Such a epic start to my trip—10/10 recommend! eveything is great ! Удобное расположение для поездок по городу. Завтраки обычные, ничего интересного, но фрукты и овощи всегда всё свежее. У нас в номере была мини кухня, но для её использования ничего не было. Ни тарелок, ни сковородок ни кастрюльки ни ложек ни вилок. Только 1 чайная ложка на всех и 4 стакана. Это странно. Чай не докладывали каждый день. Уборка была ежедневно, но не очень тщательная. Под кроватью и тумбами клубы пыли. Пол каменный, поэтому ходить только в тапках.

Удобная огромная кровать, в номере была ванна, площадь номера достаточная, понравилось мягкое кожаное кресло, есть рабочий стол холодильник и.т.д. каждый день качественная уборка. По моей просьбе принесли утюг и гладильную доску. В общем спокойный уютный отдых после отличных прогулок по Шанхаю. Отдельно о завтраках- всегда все свежее, есть все необходимое на самый взыскательный вкус. Рядом с отелем массажный салон, отличный магазин цветов, небольшая чистая закусочная с лапшой и пельменями, магазин со всем необходимым, супермаркет. По непонятной причине с меня взяли плату за услуги laundry room - 40 юаней вроде мелочь , но об этом не было информации Кондиционер работал шумно, отключали на ночь.

По пути на станцию метро, через дорогу, несколько кафе, и минимаркет ALDI (переход через перекресток, спуск вниз). Стоимость такси из аэропорта Хунцяо 75 юаней. Персонал отеля очень клиентоориентирован. Оказывают содействие в решении любых вопросов. Чисто. Отель наполнен приятным ароматом. Завтрак: шведский стол. Отлично! Европейская и китайская кухни. В целом: все предсиавленные фотографии и отзывы соответствуют действительности. Нет такого

- Joan (10/5): I enjoyed the quiet luxury and the breakfast buffet, which catered to locals and foreigners with traditional and western - It is a quiet hotel, which I appreciated in such a busy city. The room was amazing, spacious and the staff were courteous and helpful at all times. It is also conveniently close to metro Line 2.

- SATOSHI (10/5): フレンドリーなスタッフに大満足しました - スタッフの対応が良い事がとても印象的でした。掃除のおばさんも必ず挨拶してくれます。ホリデイインなので部屋は機能的で困る事はありません。Wifiも良くつながりました。価格と快適さのバランスが良く、フレンドリーなスタッフの対応に大満足したので、お勧めのホテルです。スタッフの教育がホテルでは重要だと実感しました。

- Uwe (7/5): Viel Licht mit Schatten, leider 😔 - Zimmer gut und neuwertig ausgestattet Sehr sauber Umfangreiches Frühstück Wollte um 19:30 Uhr sn einem Samstag abend noch etwas im Cafe/Bar essen, Werbung wurde hierfür am Eingang gemacht, ich bin ca 20 min gesessen ohne das man sich für mich interessiert hätte… Personal war mit Eindecken für Frühstück nebenan beschäftigt… Die Werbung wurde dann entfernt und ich bin gegangen um außerhalb etwas zum Abendessen zu suchen.. Auch war scheinbar kein Interesse Bargetränke zu verkaufen… obwohl scheinbar bis 22 Uhr geöffnet 😔 sehr schade sonst alles top

Hot and cold food and drinks and freshly cooked items in front of you as well. Nothing - it was all good

- Nikkolas (10/5): Wonderful and comfortable hotel in a great area - The hotel is in a cool area, close to restaurants and a wonderful mall. The hotel staff was very accommodating and upgraded us in a beautiful room. They helped with the luggage. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. The smell of the soap was not my favorite at all, but that’s personal.
