Zimmer zu klein, kaum Platz für zwei Menschen, auch das Bett ist eher klein (größere Menschen haben definitiv Platzprobleme im Bett), sehr warm trotz Klimaanlage (eventuell Defekt?)

Eventually received a standalone fan to cool room. Others in hotel complained about the same issue. Staff seemed to be aware but did not engage satisfactory.

• Didi (10/5): Very pleasant stay overall. - Cute hotel with a nice vibe, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and a great location close to Rathaus and MuseumsQuartier. Parking is nearby, and the friendly gentleman at the hotel was very helpful with both parking and luggage. Nothing negative to mention — we had a very pleasant stay.

Das Badezimmer war etwas eng.

Frühstück fanden wir nicht so gut, ist ausbaufähig. Man merkt an gewissen Stellen im Hotel, dass es renovierungsbedürftig ist.

• yoramk (9/5): מלון נחמד שקט מיקום מעולה מרכזי - המיקום מרכזי מרכזי ממש מאחורי בניין הפרלמנט. ובית העיריה rethouse. קרוב לכל אתרי ההיסטוריה כמעט ולא השתמשנו בתחבורה. קיים חתנת מטרו ממש בקרבת המלון מסעדות קפיטריות המלון חדש חדשני ומודרני החדרים נעימים נוחים השרות בצק אין ובצק אאוט היה מהיר בעזיבה השארנו את המזוודות בחדר בטחון במלון ויצאנו לסיור קניות לא אכלנו ארוחת בוקר במלון היו קפיטריות באזור ונכנסו כל יום לאחת אחרת בהתאם לטיול במלון יש מתחם סאונות חדש אבל לא היה בשימוש באף פעם מהפעמים שהגעתי. לא הפעילו אותו נראה חדש לגמרי... חבל החדר קצת קטן אבל המיקום היה שווה מאוד

La camera era spaziosa e la pulizia impeccabile, la colazione abbondante e varia, tutto buono! Anche la temperatura interna era ottima così come la location vicinissima alla metro, non potevamo chiedere di meglio! Il tutto ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Vienna indimenticabile. This is a good hotel only for 1 night with late check in and NO contact with the reception. - Good (not excellent) location, modern and clean rooms, good breakfast. Very nice lady working at the hotel restraunt. Very bad work of the people at reception. Zero efforts for help. If you speak German, you’re welcome, if not, you’re even not noticed.

• Hristiyan (8/5): Good. - Good location, its possible to park outside maybe. They have paid parking, reception was good and it was clean. Rooms are really small, maybe 4x4m (deluxe room). Toilet is with glass sliding doors (non transperent), which is not ideal in terms of privacy.

• Aslı (10/5): - Otelin konumu gayet merkezi sekiz yaşında kızımızla merkeze yürüyerek çok rahatça gidip gelebildik. Odalar temiz ve geniş. Sadece odada terlik yoktu ama tedbirli olduğumuz için çok önemli bir eksik değil bizim için. Kahvaltısı özellikle biz Türkler için çok iyi, demleme çay var:) çeşit gayet yeterliydi, çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü.

• Robert (9/5): tolles Hotel mit zentraler Lage ! - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, man kann direkt vom Hotel aus ins Zentrum laufen. Es sind keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel von Nöten ! Wir hatten kein Frühstück, fussläufig sind viele gute Kaffeehäuser erreichbar. -- es war aus unserer Sicht alles bestens, wenn man etwas kritisieren kann, dann die Fassade, die sehr alt ist. Innen aber alles Top !

• Cecilia (8/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo - L'hotel è vicino alle stazioni della metropolitana Rathaus e Volkstheater, vicino a bellissimi musei, mentre il centro è raggiungibile con una passeggiata di mezz'ora. Di fronte c'è un supermercato molto ben fornito per ogni necessità. Il personale molto gentile. Il ristorante con prezzi adeguati. La stanza era molto calda, comunque si possono aprire le finestre.
• Özer (8/5): - Konumu, temizliği çalışanların ilgisi ve kahvaltısı gayet iyiydi Odamız öğlen itibariyle tüm gün güneş aldığından çok sıcaktı ancak klima soğuk üflemiyordu sadece sıcak ayarı çalışıyordu bu nedenle gece uyumak bira zor oldu.
