- Babet (4/5): Overpriced poor service - It was very clean Overpriced no customer service. At 12 in the night we asked for a bottle of water. ( there was none even in the room for free. Was not able to order. We had our car almost scratched in the parking lot. Because it didn’t say it was full so we got ticket went down and could impossible turn so we had to drive to backwards up. We were with dog paid 20 euro extra for him and than 220 for the room 16 euro city tax en 42 euro streetparking. Taxi going to center and going back 60 euro. So total is 360+. We have now a hotel in middle of champse lysee for 120 euro. Better quality and more room service. We called 4 times the reception water not possible, order food not possible, reservate parking not possible, ask them if they have trusted service for dogs around a park anything not possible. First I thought is Paris and this is the price now that I stay in a better hotel for cheaper price. I feel it was a complete scam. Why pay so much for poor service and shitty location far from everything.

Ont a du aller se garer loin l hôtel n avais pas de solution Hors qu il est proposé avec possibilité de se parquer en payant 32€ par jour .quand ont es arrivé à la réception ont nous a demandé pour prendre le parking j ai alors dis oui et vue de la disponibilité déjà au moment de l accueil des place j ai directement demander si il y avait une possibilité de se garer pas loin et si il n y avait pas de place comment ont procédais se qu il est bien sûr arriver .j ai alors été remboursé à la fin du séjour mais ont voyais une gêne au moment de rembourser comme si je mentais sur le fait que j avais été me garer ailleurs . l hôte d accueil a longuement inspecté mon ticket de parking d un autre parking pour me dire que c était bon que je n allais pas payé le parking de l hôtel . J avais expressément pris cette hôtel pour le parking que en fin de compte je n ai pas eu je suis légèrement déçu de cela et des solutions mise a disposition de l hôtel

Besviken på informationen kring SPA, själva poolen helt ok, stod ingenstans att bastun var ur funktion helt och hållet, saknade separat bubbel pool. Lät som Spat innehöll mer än vad det gjorde rätt ofräscht i duschar och själva pool området. Hade varit bra med bestämda tider då det skulle vara barn fritt. Saknade sko horn på rummet. Önskar tydligare meddelande om att man ska betala en hotell skatt när man åker därifrån. Brödet till frukosten var alldeles hårt och grillat för länge, trångt och rörigt vid frukosten kändes lite för stressat.

Offer vegan options for breakfast and my recommendation goes up to 100% 😊 - The location is really good (store around the corner, metro station 10min. away), the room was good and clean, the staff was really friendly. We had a room with a terrace and if we left the door open in the evening, we were able to hear lounge music from the bar, that was nice! Overall it was a real pleasant stay to discover Paris. Breakfast: There were no real vegan options for breakfast (bread and marmelade; two cereals), we asked for oat milk as it wasn’t on the buffet - and they had several cow milk alternatives. Why not put them on the buffet as well, why do the guests have to ask for it every day? Why not put margarine or hummus on the table? We were able to bring our own hummus to the breakfast and the staff was friendly, so it was alright overall :)

- Nina (7/5): - Locatie, netheid, vriendelijk personeel, goede buurt, hygiëne. Al maanden doet de airco het simpelweg niet, in geen enkele kamer! Dit weet niemand en het hotel neemt geen verantwoordelijkheid om het te maken. Wij hadden twee kamers, beide kamers hartstikke heet want airco werkte niet. In 1 van de kamers continu met open raam gezeten en geslapen, andere kamer twee slapeloze nachten gehad en derdere dag na meerdere keren bellen en langs de receptie gaan toch een andere kamer gehad. Wel werd eerst aangegeven de airco te komen maken, iets bijzonders als geen enkele kamer werkende airco heeft. Zie hiervoor alle recensies waarin mensen al maanden klagen over geen airco of kapotte airco. Daarnaast zijn de bedden keihard. Verder werken de sp faciliteiten niet. Nergens vermeld. Een compensatie voor deze ongemakken zou op zijn plek zijn. Vooral voor de prijs die je ervoor betaalt en de belofte die het hotel doet.

- Audrey (8/5): À part ces quelques « details » … très bien. - Emplacement au top si ok d’être un peu en dehors du centre - accès métro proche, direct, rapide (30 min du centre) - parking privé - quartier calme ( on entend juste le metro la nuit mais ok) - personnel très sympa et dispo - propreté ok - buffet déjeuner super complet et variés, produits frais, calme et pas trop de monde en meme temps, horaires larges - piscine top pour détente après journée et serviettes fournies ouverte tard - chambre moderne et deco harmonieuse - couchage très confortable 1. Vue sur patio intérieur ok mais gâchée par detritus sur la toiture plate juste sous notre fenêtre, je comprends que nous sommes en ville et dépendant du voisinage mais la serviette hygiénique usagée sous la fenêtre de ma chambre m’a accompagnée tout le séjour.. dommage ! 2. Chambre jolie, bien décorée, 2 espaces pour les enfants et nous avec chacun sa télé, machine café … mais espace très petit pour 4. Gros bémol…Zéro rangement ni pour vêtements ( excepté une penderie) ni dans la salle de bain. Même pas possible d’ouvrir la valise sur le portant, emplacement beaucoup trop petit sous la penderie. On vient à 4 avec un ado et un enfant pour 3 jours, il y a un minimum de vêtements… on n’a su défaire aucune valise ni même les ouvrir à part sur le lit. Idem dans la salle de bain, manque d’une ou 2 étagères, on a du laisser toutes nos trousses à terre. Dommage dans une chambre dite familiale. 3. Pas de porte à la salle de bain. La douche donne sur le lit .. compliqué avec un ado. 4. Aération de la salle bain nécessaire mais un peu bruyante et juste à côté du lit, dommage qu’il ne soit pas possible d’isoler ce bruit en fermant une porte. Rien de dramatique , à 2 adultes nous aurions fait avec mais pour un 4 étoiles et vu le prix, un peu limite pour une chambre familiale.
- Dora Fruzsina (9/5): Great for quick getaway - Well designed with new futures. Very helpful and friendly receptionists. Great selection of breakfast. Nice pool and garden and bar. Really good shower and Rituals shower gel. Good location - only 20 min from city centre. Pablic transportation really easy. Bar and swimming poor open until late night and bathrobes are included and additional towels located at the swimming pool. Room was really tiny,however everything was in a room we needed. We had to store one of the language under the bed as it was no space for that. Sauna is out of order. Parking is really tight, just keep that in mind if u have a big car and its over 30€ /day BUT its secure. But a big variety in the bar/restaurant for food.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het hele hotel is zo warm! Kamers, ontbijtzaal. Airco op kamers werken niet. We hadden 3 kamers en alle 3 de kamers werkte te airco niet. We hebben het gelijk gezegd maar er werd niks aan gedaan. Harde bedden. We zijn 3 nachten geweest, doucheputje liep over. Waardoor water in de kamer liep. Gelijk gezegd maar het lukte niet om dit te maken. Waardoor je maar kort kon douchen. Veel lawaai van de straat. Ook midden in de nachts. Wel dubbele ramen. Als je deze dicht deed hoorde je niks. Maar omdat de airco niet werkte was het niet te doen omdat de kamer zo warm was.

- Gildas (8/5): - Le personnel est aimable et efficace. La chambre était très propre, bien agencée et le lit était très confortable. Il y a des peignoirs et des mules pour la piscine, ce qui est appréciable. La propreté de l’espace piscine pourrait être améliorée. Les vestiaires étaient un peu vétustes, des poignées manquaient aux portes, ça donnait une impression un peu vieillotte. Une personne est partie avec mes mules mais bon ça l’hôtel n’y est pour rien :)
- Arun (10/5): Een heerlijke locatie om zorgenloos te verblijven in deze prachtige stad , wij komen zeker weer! - Bij ontvangst in de avond werden wij hartelijk ontvangen door het avond personeel en in het bijzonder wil ik bedanken Housein/Houseiman (sorry for the spelling ) hij gaf ons alles wat wij wilde weten bij het inchecken en was duidelijk over de faciliteiten die het hotel aanbood. Ook heeft hij naar onze wensen geluisterd en deze perfect uitgevoerd , ik wil ook het personeel die voor het ontbijt zorgt even hartelijk bedanken voor de uitmuntende service en de aanvulling van alle etenswaren die er werden aangeboden deze waren steeds van uitstekende kwaliteit en liet ons niets te wensen over zodat wij als gasten ons konden focussen op Parijs en de prachtige stad dat het is. De bedden waren iets te stevig voor onze smaak van slapen,maar verder niks negatief op aan te merken.

The breakfast was good, enough to choose. The facilities were great for a 4* hotel, especially the swimming pool. Nothing really about the hotel, but the fact that I was personally robbed in the lobby by some stanger arabic guy, pretending he was staying in hotel with his family (wife and kid) and I was being nice by aswering his questions. Before I knew it, he was gone with a lot of my cash money. Don't speak to anyone on free acces levels would be my advice.

- Massimo (8/5): Bien - Bonne localisation si on arrive en voiture. Transports et restaurants à proximité, 40 minutes du centre. Chambre très petite, parking cher (32€ par jour).

- Hong (10/5): 离展馆近，交通也方便，门口就是有轨电车，地铁🚇也不远。 - 就在展会旁边，非常方便，走路5分钟。早餐还行，基本品种都有。酒店员工都非常热情，友好。服务态度很好。 希望twin bed room的空间再大一点。方便出差同行。
