Nos acomodaron en todo momento y siempre con una sonrisa 10 para ellos . La Recepción nos dio buenas recomendaciones para comer . El restaurante nos atendió en todo momento . El barman excelente cada noche nos hizo buenos cócteles . Y como no la limpieza de la habitación super bien . el parking es muy pequeño y viajando con coche fue difícil entrar dentro del parking esta hecho para coches pequeños y hoy en dia no lo son . Y quizás no son necesarias las bañeras en ls baños una ducha es mas facil

Our room had a balcony the view was great! Bath was not draining, general cleanness of the room. Parking is only possible to compact cars as anything bigger you are not able to do turns. The door is light, so you could hear anyone around your room.

- Dave (8/5): A nice weekend skiing in Pas de la Casa, near the slopes and with a quiet atmosphere. - Proximity to the ski slopes I was only there for one night and the check in was at 15:00 and check out at 11am. I was also unable to visit the spa / sauna / hot tub as it closed at 8pm and was not open until much later in the day.
- Sarah (7/5): That being said this would not stop me booking this hotel again but I would make sure I had an external room with and ou - Great location, friendly helpful staff, good quality of food, clean room. Our room was an inside room with only 1 window in to an internal foyer that provided little fresh air when open and the noise from other rooms echoed through. The cleaning used an excess of perfumes that was so strong I had to open the door and the window at the end of the corridor to air the room. If parking advise the hotel in advance and ask for upper level parking (there is a charge for all parking) as the lower level carpark will definitely test your clutch control skills. If you only drive once a week to Waitrose or only park in drive through spaces do not attempt to use the lower level or you might have to put your car for sale with buyer to collect from situ only.

- Neil (8/5): Brilliant hotel for location, food, drink and staff, but leave your car at home. - The rooms were really spacious and comfortable, especially for a ski resort. The restaurant was excellent and the quality and variety of food on offer was really superb. The bar was nice and comfortable and drinks were good quality and good value, especially considering this is a four star hotel in a ski resort. The staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Finally the location just a few minutes walk from the slopes was perfect with other bars and shops just a short walk away. The spa was very small, incredibly warm (the sauna was only a little bit hotter than the rest of the facility!) and only open very limited hours. We took a day off skiing and would have liked to be able to use the spa during the daytime, but it didn't open until 4pm and the first two hours were for families. We booked at 6pm and there were still two under 18's there at the same time despite it supposedly being for adults only at this time. Given that the spa is not staffed when it is open it mystified us as to why it couldn't be open for a longer period of the day. The car park is also very small and difficult to negotiate and yet comes ate a very high price of €24 per day. as there was quite a lot of snow around and alternative parking also seemed expensive, we paid this, but it was the most disappointing aspect of the hotel.

- Szymon (10/5): wszystko super - najbardziej podobało mi się położenie hotelu względem stoku narciarskiego i wyciągu, nie wiem czy z narciarni do stoku jest więcej niż 150m, można dojść spokojnie i bezpiecznie z sprzętem i w butach narciarskich. Lokalizacja spokojna bez bezpośredniej styczności z głośnymi barami lub restauracjami. Z głównego miejsca gdzie dojeżdżają autobusy do hotelu z ciężkim plecakiem i sprzętem narciarskim wolnym krokiem jakieś 20min niestety pod górę ale przecież jesteśmy w górach. Gastronomia w hotelu znakomita, śniadania bardzo bogate, konkretne i obfite, kolacja nie do przerobienia przez zwykłego człowieka w sumie 3 klasy lepiej niż w Austrii a cenowo na poziomie PL. Dla turystów opuszczających hotel przed śniadaniem przygotowują także lunch pakiet a to miłe. Jak na potrzeby narciarskiego turysty miejsce i oferta jest ponadprzeciętnie dobra i bez zadęcia. Obsługa hotelowa jak dla mnie znakomita i wydaje mi się, że również zadowolona bowiem byłem tam dwa razy z rzędu w styczniu 2025 i 2026 i ciągle są tam na miejscu ci sami ludzie a to coś znaczy. Po moim już tam drugim pobycie i rozpoznaniu okolicy mogę stwierdzić, że dla narciaż to jedna z najlepszych lokalizacji w Pas de la Cassa. osobiści nic naprawdę konkretnego nie przychodzi mi do głowy, Niektórym może się nie podobać wanna zamiast prysznica ale to już indywidualne preferencja. Jak na moje potrzeby kolacja jest zbyt późno o 1900 no ale cóż tak na ogół jest we Włoszech, Hiszpanii, Portugalii

- Aly (10/5): Great hotel and staff. Close to slopes. Beware of the uphill hike to get to it! - Really nice room, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Good food, plenty of options to cater for all and different options each night. The hotel is very close to the slopes, access to the slopes and chair lift is a short walk. We had an issue with the one of the 2 rooms not being what we booked (booking.com fault not the hotel) the hotel were fantastic, looked into it straight away, immediate apology, no arguments, complimentary drinks, free access to the spa for our whole stay, monetary compensation (refunded the difference in room cost straight away) from the hotel and dealt with booking.com direct for us. We received the hotel compensation in 3 days, booking.com took 2 weeks to process the refund that they promised and I had to chase it up twice after I got home. There's a very small communal changing area for the spa, one bench and half a dozen coat hooks, but no access to the lockers. They provide towels but no dressing gowns, so if you change in your room it's either wrap a towel round you or take a bag down to put your shoes, clothes and room key etc in. You then either leave your things in that changing area if theres a hook free or put them on a bench in the spa area. Access to the lockers that are already there would be a simple solution. The hotel is situated almost at the top of town, fantastic for access to the slopes but be aware the bus drops you at the very bottom of the town and you have a 15 minute walk uphill all the way, not easy when you're dragging a 20kg+ suitcase and carrying a ski bag in the snow!

- Thomas (9/5): Muito boa tirando o tamanho do quarto da bicama - Gentileza dos functionaries, principalmente o Junior da limpeza do quarto e da Carolina da recepção. No geral os funcionários são excelente e extremamente atenciosos. O tamanho do quarto quádruplo deixa a desejar. A bicama fica em um quarto extremamente pequeno. Além disto, as fotos no booking não condiz com o quarto, exemplo: a foto mostra e a descrição diz: duas camas e um sofá para dois. No local são duas camas e uma bicama. Vi o quarto triplo e ele é exatamente isso que disse! O hotel disse que já havia avisado ao booking sobre isto, mas nada foi mudado

- Lea (8/5): Agréable. - L’hôtel est très propre et jolie, le personnel très serviable et gentil. Nous avons apprécié trouvé la salle de jeu pour enfant mais seulement au bout du 2eme jours. Dommage que le jours où nous sommes arrivé en nous voyant avec notre fille le personnel aurait dû nous indiquer qu’il y avait une salle de jeu. Le fait que la piscine n’ouvre qu’à 16h est un soucis pour moi par exemple qui ne ski pas, j’aurais apprécié pouvoir aller à la piscine avec ma fille de 2 ans la matin et le début d’après midi. La nuit il y a beaucoup de bruit, sur notre étage en 4 nuit il y a eu 3 nuits où les voisins claquer les porte, criaient et claxonaient de 2h à 4h du matin.

- Maud (6/5): Fine hotel, nicely located, ok rooms, ok food. - The rooms were spacious, my children had a large quadruple room which has a little side room with a bunk bed. The bathrooms were large. Breakfast was well stocked, bar was available for happy hour and it was nice to sit by the fire. Very well located super close to a ski rental shop and access to the slopes. Rooms, bathrooms, general facilities were lower quality than expected although it was fine. What they call "internal rooms" means the windows open to an internal courtyard with hardly any light. That was a bit disappointing. There is no lie but the outdoor on these rooms but yet it's not explicit either, making it surprising when you get there. Food was ok but nothing exciting. Dinners specifically were a bit low quality.

- Ben (10/5): Best Hotel in PAS DE LA CASA by far. - This was my 3rd time staying in this hotel and it gets better every time. We stayed as group of 10 and nobody had any complaints. The food is some of the best I've had when it comes to hotel buffets and the staff are just as good. Everyone is super friendly and the location right next to the slopes is perfect. The slopes are around 50m away and the ski rental shop right by there makes it a lot easier. We pre booked our ski rentals so it was slightly cheaper and the hotel has lockers you can store the ski's in at night. We didn't get chance to use the pool since they said it opened after 4pm and we always went straight out after the slopes but from previous years of using it, it's never disappointed. I'll never stay anywhere else when I come to Andorra because I don't think you could get a better hotel. The only thing I didn't like was that my stay was only 5 nights, I wished we could have stayed longer.
