- carlc227 (8/5): A nice hotel, presenting decent value for money - We really enjoyed our stay at the Roc Meler. From our arrival to departure we felt looked after by the staff, despite being between seasons we had access to all the facilities (with exception of the restaurant) and were happy with all aspects. Being located in a quieter valley means that there is less ambient noise, and also provides for more tranquil stay. We were lucky enough have a room with a view of the valley of Canillo, and the room was nicely appointed. We visited the gym/spa, which was also very pleasant, featuring a pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna it is worth the extra cost for the relaxation. The gym is also well appointed for the small room that is occupies. During our stay we visited and had dinner at the on-site irish bar, which was pleasant enough. The service was good and the food was typical bar fare, although quite fatty. We enjoyed the pool table there as well, which makes you spend additional time in the bar. The breakfast was also a highlight of our stay, we particularly enjoyed the omlette station. There was nothing significant to complain about from our stay, we would certain stay again if we return to Andorra.

- Sandra (8/5): - Das Hotel liegt in erhöhter Lage und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Ort Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Beim Abendessen gab es leider Abzüge: Die meisten Speisen waren nur lauwarm. Möglicherweise lag das an der Nebensaison und der Tatsache, dass wir unter der Woche dort waren – dennoch hätten wir uns hier etwas mehr Qualität erwartet. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Schwächen beim kulinarischen Teil.

- Brittni (10/5): - This is an excellent hotel. Felt way more expensive than it was. Amazing views, excellent restauarant (both the pub and the buffet). I wish we had tried the spa because it looked great. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and shower were the best I've had in a hotel in a long while. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was clean. There is paid parking at the hotel which you probably will need, and the only thing I would say is to let staff know if you have a big car and they will keep the space next to you empty if they can and you would struggle to fit otherwise.

Eso sí, hay mucho parking pero ojo con las plazas grandes y pequeñas según el coche que tengáis... Ahhh y el wifi muy bien...

- Verified traveler (10/5): séjour très agréable - Que ce soit lors du check-in ou du check-out, au petit-déjeuner, au bar L’Iris Pub ou au restaurant, l'accueil a toujours été très chaleureux. La chambre est très agréable et joliment décorée, bien qu'il manque un peu d'isolation phonique. Si vous avez des voisins qui parlent très fort ou s'imaginent être seuls, cela peut être dérangeant. Ce fut notre cas la première nuit, mais ensuite, ils sont partis et c’était bien plus calme. Les produits de salle de bain sentent très bon et sont très efficaces. La literie est très confortable, tout comme les oreillers. Il y a également dans la chambre de quoi se faire un thé ou un café décaféiné, ce qui est toujours appréciable. Le spa (et sa piscine) est un endroit très agréable et calme. Nous avons adoré y passer du temps, profitant du hammam, du sauna, du jacuzzi et de la piscine avec ses différents jets. Cependant, l’espace est un peu petit et il n'y a pas de vue sur l’extérieur. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est très varié, de quoi satisfaire tous les goûts : sucré, salé, fruits, fromage, charcuterie, etc. Nous avons dîné au bar L’Iris Pub, un endroit très dépaysant où les burgers sont vraiment excellents. En revanche, la formule dîner buffet à volonté ne nous a pas convaincus. Pour info : peu de places de parking en extérieur. Je suppose que le parking intérieur est payant. L’info n’est pas claire. - JaumeP913 (10/5): Unbeatable service and attention. Dream spaces. A 5-star SPA and restaurant. - A fascinating experience, perhaps and especially because it was totally unexpected. We had made the reservation without much prior research, and we were not sure what to expect. Without a doubt, everything exceeded our expectations. Incredibly clean and welcoming SPA, staff attentive to any need. The space is simply unbeatable. The breakfast is incredibly well-stocked and of good quality. We didn't try the restaurant for lunch or dinner and we didn't go to the pub either, but all the opinions are fantastic, so I don't doubt that it is.

- Kirsta (4/5): New hotel with odd quirks - We were at this hotel for only a night. The bad: It was very hard to find (keep going up the mountain!) No swimming pool unless you are there for some sort of pool therapy. No air conditioning so we were really hot (burning up hot!) at night in the summer. We opened a window, but the windows don't have screens and open as a whole pane into the room. It's really odd. Also, parking is a bit of an issue. We were lucky to find parking on the street so we didn't have to pay to use their garage. The good: The property was clean and in good condition, the breakfast was spectacular, the views were amazing, and the staff speaks every language.

- Sandra (8/5): - El desayuno que teníamos incluido es perfecto, muy completo, buffet libre con mucha variedad y todo de calidad. El bar que tiene con Dj nos gustó mucho. Tiene unas vistas espectaculares y el personal es muy amable. Como posible mejora en esta época de calor extremo, mejorar el confort porque no hay aire acondicionado. Tienes que llegar en coche si o sí y el aparcamiento en el exterior es casi imposible. En general, estuvimos muy a gusto.

After a long days skiing you can relax in the spa, which has a heated swimming pool, water jets, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The food was amazing and catered to all our family needs. If we wanted something additional they would go out of their way to make it. All the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. If you are looking for a place to stay in Andorra, we can highly recommend the Roc Meler.
- MARKTIPSY23 (10/5): World class hotel. - We are seasoned travellers, and must say this is a world class hotel. Lucas and Micaela are fantastic hosts and made the stay extra special. We had some technical difficulties but they handled this with the upmost respect and professionalism. The restaurant and food is amazing and Spa facilities are amazing. We would recommend the amazing hotel if you're planning to visit Andorra, you will not be disappointed. The view from our room was one of the best we could have wished for .

Un petit bémol pour le repas du soir , servi au bar et non au restaurant car peu de monde mais surtout pas de pain ( 20min d'attente pour la cuisson !) et poisson froid. Par contre, la serveuse était très sympathique.
- grayjumper480 (10/5): Amazing place! - This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We went for a ski trip in February, and it was perfect. The rooms were warm and cosy, the spa was great, and the food was delicious. However, the members of staff are really what makes the hotel stand out - everyone was super helpful and friendly. The receptionists were always on hand to help with anything we needed, and the staff who were operating the transfer to the slopes were flexible and helpful too. The chefs and waiting staff in the restaurant were great as well - particularly Gaston, one of the chefs, who cooked everything very well and even brought it to our table! We would love to come back to this place and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Las habitaciones amplias, bien equipadas, la ropa de cama fantástica, las amenidades super bien. El desayuno y la cena buffet excelente, sobre todo la cena, estuvo muy completa, variada y deliciosa.

The hotel is up a hill but there is a hotel ski bus to get you to and from the ski lift! The pool was great in the evening! The food was amazing, my kids (who are fussy) loved the choice, both breakfast and dinner were amazing!

(My son lost his AirPods, but Alex was very helpful in getting them back to us!). A great location, the shuttle van was exceptionally helpful for reaching the gondola. We will come back again!!
- Expedition697064 (10/5): Will come again for sure! - Loved this hotel. Personal was very nice and always ready to help. Only thing is don't take the room at the -1st floor near the elevator, because it is right under the hotel entrance and becomes very loud in the morning. But if you wake up at 7 am I think no problem. I moved to other room and was sleeping like a baby all my vacation. Loved the food and that there is a bar where you can hang out after the dinner. Best thing I liked were the staff of the hotel, they are great and very nice

- skR9131OG (8/5): Great Hotel, Exceptionally great Staff - just a couple small negatives - Positives: The hotel is modern, very clean, the staff are all exceptional - very helpful, happy and kind, the staff are the best ! The location is a bit further out of town than we expected so this makes going out more difficult as there are no taxi's in the town however the Hotel does provide a free shuttle bus into town during daytime hours and if you ask nicely they will pick you up later - a few € tip is definitely worth the ride up the hill ! The Irish bar is good and staff excellent, views from the terrace good. The Breakfast is very good, fresh egg/ omelette station, lots of fruit & breads, pastries etc. The Pool and SPA was a disappointment - We did not use it as they wanted to charge €16 EACH plus we had to buy their flip-flops to use it ! If you book into and pay for a hotel with a pool you do not expect to have to pay an extra €16 per person each time to use it !! This is why one reason I have not given the hotel 5 stars - to be honest we never saw anyone use it at all ?! so why not be sensible and either make a nominal small fee or include the use??? a real negative for me The Internet connection is bad, slow and inconsistent so this is the second negative and again why it does not have 5 stars, a Hotel like this should have basic GOOD WIFI On balance it is a very nice hotel, a little out of town but great overall, the staff were fantastic, it was clean and food great - 4/5 seems a fair score to me !

Man sjönk ner på mitten som i en hängmatta. Det blev ännu sämre av att kudden var jättehård och tjock så att det blev svårt att hitta en bekväm ställning att sova. Lite retsamt att det också var slut på shower gel och toalettborste saknades. Synd på ett så fint hotell i allt övrigt.
