• paulsT4533MY (10/5): Great hotel in a great location - This was a great place to stay for 6 nights to visit Paris. Rooms are small but quite adequate, clean, modern, quiet, comfortable and beds very comfortable. En-suite well facilitated with good hot powerful shower. Breakfast was very good - better than expected for a small hotel - with plenty of choice. Breakfast room is a little cramped and self serving area a bit tight when busy. The location is brilliant just 100m from Place de Bastille with very good Metro and bus connections to the rest of the city and numerous restaurants and cafés in the area. I would highly recommend it.

• Mantel (9/5): Fantastic stay in Paris - My husband and two teenagers stayed her in mid April. We LOVED being so close to the metro, being close to the Marais, close to restaurants. Our only minor dislike was that during check-out time, it was very hard to get the elevator. It is a small 2 person with suitcases elevator and being on the middle floor we couldn't seem to catch the elevator without it being full of people, Was never a problem any other time of day, Not a big deal, we just brought our suitcases down the stairs. Overall a lovely hotel and I'd be happy to stay there again.

• Sam6700 (10/5): Paris 2026 - Been to Paris a few times. Hotel Paris Bastille is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had two bathrooms which saved a lot of time. Location is amazing: only a couple minutes to the subway. The staff are great — helpful and very friendly. Tip: book directly with the hotel to get free breakfast.

• Karin (6/5): Ein gut gelegenes Stadthotel mit einfachen Zimmern. Preis-Leistung hat im Grossen und Ganzen gepasst - Das Zimmer war ok, wir hatten ein 3-er Zimmer. Der Platz war beschränkt, aber es ging. Wir haben eigentlich ohne Frühstück gebucht, bekamen dann aber einen Spezial-Deal. Wir konnten auf die Zimmer-Reinigung verzichten und durften dafür zum Frühstück gehen. Das Frühstück war "ok", nichts Besonderes, ausser dem frisch-gepressten Orangensaft. Aber für uns hat's gereicht. Die Lage war für uns super, mit U-Bahnstation direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite, wo wir in die Linie 1 steigen konnten. Das Personal war nicht sonderlich hilfsbereit und auch nicht so auskunftsfreudig.

• WildRover007 (6/5): Great location. Room very tired. - This hotel was chosen as part of a Eurostar booking; we had opera tickets for the Saturday evening and we were looking for an hotel close by. With the opera house being on the corner of Rue de Lyon, the location was perfect. Bastille is a great locale for eateries and bars, not too touristy in our opinion, with La Seine, Notre Dame, La Seine, Rue de Rivoli, Champs Elysees etc., all walkable if you enjoy exploring cities on foot, as we did. The weather was superb which made that possible for us. For those wanting the metro, there's a station a very short walk from the hotel entrance. The staff at the hotel were welcoming -- though a little inflexible when we asked for water as our welcome drink rather than the alcoholic cocktail offered. We had to paid 2.5 euros per small bottle instead. The breakfast was functional, but plentiful and we had a wait to be seated as the dining room was small. I have a dairy and egg intolerance and I struggled to find anything other than fruit and plain bread/jam which was a little disappointing to be honest. There did not appear to be any non-diary milk-alternatives, even for cereal or coffee or vegan sausages for example. The second morning, we ate out instead. The main reason for the 'average' score is the quality of the room and the non-working shower. I was travelling with my adult son, so we chose a triple room so that we would be guaranteed two beds at least, and more space than a standard double. Unfortunately, the room was pretty poor. It was a double with the furniture squeezed up and a single bed apparently pulled down from the wall where it is housed. It was reasonably comfortable but the room was so pokey as a result with very little room to move around and store two suitcases/other bags. The room was also very tired with marks over the walls. It felt very low budget and a bit seedy. It did have a mini bar though and again, water was 2.5 euros. Not even one complimentary bottle was offered.

They accommodated us to any request we had. We were 3 and the room was specious and had 2 bathrooms which was super convenient The sofa mattress was a bit uncomfortable. We tried to connect the TV to our phone and didn't seem to work nor an access to hdmi port

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do metra dosłownie 3 minuty spacerku do metra numer 1 gdzie dojeżdża do najważniejszych atrakcji Paryża. Blisko duży wybór kawiarni i restauracji. Bardzo dobre śniadanie, duży wybór na śniadanie :) brak warzyw na śniadaniu :(

Hotel is wat verouderd maar wel proper. Het ligt vlak aan de metro maar om naar Montmartre te gaan bijvoorbeeld ben je wel even onderweg met een keer overstappen. Het is redelijk warm en we kregen de temperatuur niet goed geregeld.

• 04ca87a966837217792bb7b356e35ca1 (7/5): Comodo pulito posizione perfetta - Struttura pulita. Camere non grandi ma posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni con facilità. Zona vicina a localini e ristorantini raggiungibili anche in 20 min a piedi. Vicinissima all’operá Bastille.

• James (9/5): We would stay again if we got France. - Room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. The location was close to many sites and to the metro. The atmosphere was relaxing.
• 359russellp (8/5): Really wanted to like this hotel - This is a great small hotel with wonderful staff. The one issue we had was noise. The structure of the hotel has six rooms per floor facing toward a common elevator lobby. Unfortunately, not all guests are aware that slamming doors can disturb other guests. Additionally, there is construction ongoing on three sides of the hotel which creates additional noise. If noise is an issue, I suggest finding different accommodations. Otherwise, the staff, the room size, tasty breakfast and excellent location make this a winner.

• Mei Chen (8/5): - Breakfast is really good. nice service and plenty of choices. The location is perfect. 3 minutes walking from metro station. quiete and safe neighborhood. Walkable distance also to the main attractions like Louvre and around. The room is very small but with all what one needs for short days. There's no room services which is mentioned already when one makes the booking, though after the second day I did put out the "please make the room sign" outside the door but is not noticed.
