Precisávamos de 1h a mais... Do não acolhimento à minha solicitação de late check out. Sempre fico no Hilton Acqua Sol (antigo Liki Tiki), e sempre tive late check out por estar sempre com crianças (inclusive gostei tanto que nos associamos ao Diamond Resort). Mas desta vez resolvemos testar outro hotel da rede... e não nos deram essa hora adicional. Lamentável...

Moreira (4/5): Don’t think we’ll be back - Property is secured and well kept. Several pools to enjoy. We’ve stayed here several times and never had an issue. The initial room we were given had a frozen AC. We were offered another room. The keys didn’t work and had to wait outside for 20 minutes for security to open the door. Second room we were given smelled moldy and humid and we found a large enough spider to request another room. We were offered a third room. AC wasn’t great but we were too exhausted to move again.

Only down fall was constant text messages recieve during the stay, was irrelevant to us, more spam loke, even after we checkout, I was still getting messages, had to block and report as spam so they stop. 358gigig (4/5): I’ll pass on this place - Stayed one night at this place, room ok but very small and the noise levels the next morning staring at 7:30am with motorized golf cart style work vehicles was relentless every 5-10 minutes passing by. Not acceptable for people want to relax in the morning hours. Went to the sales pitch preview, was never going to buy and I made that clear from the start, I was honest and told them I just attended to get the gifts, they of course tried every angle to convince me that it was a great deal, it wasn’t and it isn’t. As a Hilton Diamond member I can stay more often and cheaper on free points or actually paying for a Hilton than the points to value ratio that HGV offer. Their starting point offer was at $34,000, which was laughable, and after seeing the 3rd and final sales person when none of the others were working I was offered $1,600 buy in for 12,000. HGV is a complete rip off and they need to revamp the entire program. I walked away with my feee $100 and my to round trip airline tickets where I will only have to pay the taxes. They kept me there for 3 hours after telling me that it was a 2 hour commitment. Never again. Passively high pressure sales, that didn’t work on this savvy girl!!

511chrism511 (6/5): A little much.. - This is the monolith of tourist-oriented hotels in the Disney area. First the good: the rooms were massive, clean and beautiful and equipped with anything you could need. They were also not tremendously expensive, although the parking and resort fees were excessive and make the expense more that you'd think going in. The pools are nice as well. The not-so-good: This place takes itself waaaay too seriously. Checking in is a pain in the ass, and the rigid insistence on checking parking credentials each time you enter and leave is overkill. Once you get past the nice appearance of the room, the place resembles a large, unwieldy McTourist trap.
asopt (8/5): A short stay 4 night stayover gifted by HGV max - A pleasant resort part of our excursion hilton signature package short stay stop over on our way to the national geographic tour Quito and amazon river package escorted by G-adventures The resort no longer shuttles from the airport but uber snd lyft both support the short ride 25-30 minutes 50$ish ride to check jn. We were first assigned building 16 where some construction was happening and few cars were parked outside it.At check in site unseen i was already trying yo get a room closer to the pool building 18 next to it and was told it is old and not refurbished and i would lose the balcony from our buulding 16 deluxe single bed accommodation and reduce the size from 1000 sq foot to 600 sq foot. After sleeping in the construction zone 8-5 pm noise i asked next day to switch… they were accommodating but slow to deliver new keys. The changes which is preferred in 18 16 view trees that block all viwe to holf course 18 look out over street not busy into field 16 two toilets in a mirror full BR set but only one soap dish tray 18 one full BR with toilet/ shower the other both sinks a jacuzzi for 2 but no toilet 16 laminate all wood floor 18 all tile except carpet single bed my preference Otherwise bedrooms king comfy beds all same toiletries Kit hen wRe for 4 full fridge stove me Ver well appointed oh 16 1 closet in BR-BR with no direct access from living room 18 2 closets but same no direct BR access. Shuttle service free and easily called snd accessible seemingly responsive from desk call in request although during check in only 1 front desk and a another perhaps concierge person on the phone. Lori Patrice and Mairim were charming and helpful personable. One person was not being very sharp with her replies. Bottom line for golfers i think a wonderful experience and several guest stated they were going to cruise From this resort 2 suggestions to enhance the experience 1- give each member a new guest their gift basket vs to us a condolence basket for our troubles 2- Kenzie’s restaurant does not deliver but should from 4-6 pm pre dinner to internally advertise and taste the difference. We had no car rental in our short stay prepping for Ecuador departure day 5. Bottom line would i stay again Yes building 18 only away from kiddy family pool and use the 18 pool. Very close yo universal a longer drive to Disney and sea world and kennady space center-too many toll roads for me snd traffic is slow but for me a respite before Quito So perhaps other resorts better for my liking but for you enjoy your journey So perhaps other redortd to psrk st

Seda (6/5): - As camas eram confortáveis, o espaço bem amplo. A máquina de lavar e secar foi muito útil. O serviço de limpeza e divergencias sobre informações do estacionamento. Ficamos do dia 19 ao dia 02, 12 dias e só duas vezes foram limpar o apto. Sobre o estacionamento, o atendente disse que o estacionamento não era gratis e que teríamos que pagar, que as informações no booking estavam erradas. Tivemos que chamar a gerente para estornar essa cobrança.

kristen (9/5): Very very relaxing - The pool and bar were my favorite! The only thing I didnt like when I checked in I asked if I could move my room and she said no than they moved my moms room when she asked.
Billy (10/5): Great place to stay! - Beautiful resort, clean rooms, reasonable price and close to Disneyworld. We enjoyed our stay there. They had a racoon that would get in the trash at night. Skip the 2 hour timeshare presentation if you dont like saying no several times. Minor complaints really.

ADRIANO (8/5): 14 dias em Orlando - A localização é excelente. Próxima aos Parques da Disney. Tem um Walmart a 5 minutos! A Piscina que usamos era boa. Quarto amplo, cozi ha equipada com utensilios novos. Maquin de lavar roupa e secadora funcionando. Colchão mole para o meu gosto. A limpeza não é la essas coisas, e tem um funcionario brasileiro na recepçao que se chama Adriano. Foi mal educado comigo e com minha esposa.

Drains in the apartment were smelly, reported twice but no better. The Disney shuttle bus has ceased and was a great incentive to use this property. Car parking spaces limited. Although a great pool area not enough chairs and sun beds.

We stayed for 10 days and only got the room cleaned one time, would be nice to have had it cleaned more then once.

Even after calling the resort to have it fumigated they still persisted. Please consider having the resort fumigated regularly to avoid infestations.

I messaged the property about a potential 3rd floor or higher, I know you guys received the email but the request was never mentioned or no response was given. All the activities for kids were over by 6pm.
Jane (8/5): Fijn, ruim appartement - Mooi schoon en heel ruim appartement. Alles in nieuw staat en modern ingericht. Comfortabele bedden, goede service van de receptie met nieuwe handdoeken. Geen winkeltje om wat kleine boodschapjes te halen of een drank automaat voor een water of frisdrank bij de verschillende gebouwen. Je moet echt boodschappen buiten complex doen.
Rachelle (7/5): Entertaining, but not restful due to loud noise - The amenities were great. Plenty of pools , golf and activities also very spacious. The room was noisy there was a loud humming behind the master bedroom and we didnt sleep well the entire stay.

Ruth (9/5): Great stay but beware the timeshare pitch! - It was a close 15 min drive to all Disney parks and Disney Springs. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that had a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. The condo was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Having a washer and dryer in unit is a major benefit for us. The pool areas and mini golf course were also a nice perk. They also have 24 hr security at the front and back entrances of the resort. Overall it was a great stay but keep in mind that you are staying at a timeshare resort and they will hound you to listen to their pitch which I did not like. They also charge a $10 daily parking fee. Lastly when staying here a car is a must to get around. I also never saw housekeeping but as I had a washer dryer I could wash the towels when needed otherwise I would have been really annoyed. I also got a great deal on my stay ($180/night incl taxes) so that offset the negatives.

Disney springs only 15 minutes away. Staff wonderful and very responsive . Maintenance responded to an issue immediately
