• Remedios (9/5): Ubicación inmejorable - La ubicación es inmejorable. Y pese a ser un lugar tan céntrico, prácticamente no se escuchaba el ruido exterior desde la habitación. Además, como llegué temprano, me habilitaron guardado de equipaje y luego gestionaron un early check in. El precio es un poco elevado, teniendo en cuenta además que no incluía desayuno. El placard/aparador era pequeño y no había cajones de guardado. A la habitación le faltaba también algún perchero. Los elementos de aseo personal (shampoo, jabón, etc.) eran escasos.

• Danielle (8/5): - insane location, right outside the piazza with the duomo. worth the stay! very convenient to do the touristy spots before we moved a bit further away into the florence neighborhoods it is very loud at night, and staying in the spring before AC is turned on and having to have the windows open was a bit challenging to get used to. the ambulances are right next door so hard to avoid.

• Maria Giovanna (8/5): Piacevole e con vista rassicurante - Ero da sola in struttura e quindi ho apprezzato la location molto illuminata e con un elevato grado di sicurezza. Pulito e letto confortevole. Molto gentili e disponibili i componenti dello staff. La camera Duomo è veramente piccola ma confortevole e io ci sono stata benissimo. Nonostante la struttura abbia 2 stelle e non offra la colazione inclusa secondo me ho speso una somma che giustificherebbe anche una colazione visto che lo spazio per darla c'è. Tuttavia è una semplice osservazione che però non mi impedirà di tornarci. Ma quando ne parlo con amici loro contestano un poco il.prezzo. Buon lavoro.

Duomo’nun hemen önünde olması her yere yürüyerek ulaşmayı inanılmaz kolaylaştırıyor. Temizlik konusunda da çok başarılıydı; çarşaflar, dolaplar ve oda genel olarak tertemizdi. Benim kaldığım oda arka taraftaydı, istersem değiştirebileceklerini söylediler ama ben tercih etmedim. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve güler yüzlüydü. Yer önerileri ve diğer konularda her zaman yardımcı oldular ve bunu içten bir şekilde yaptılar. Kesinlikle iyi ki burada kalmışım dedim. The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing. Being right in front of the Duomo makes it incredibly convenient to walk everywhere. The cleanliness was also excellent; the sheets, wardrobes, and the room overall were spotless. My room was at the back, and they kindly offered to change it if I wanted, but I chose to keep it. The staff were very polite and friendly. They were always helpful with recommendations and assistance, and they did it with a genuine smile. I’m really glad I chose to stay here. La posizione dell’hotel è semplicemente fantastica. Essere proprio davanti al Duomo rende tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Anche la pulizia era eccellente; le lenzuola, gli armadi e la stanza erano impeccabili. La mia camera era sul retro e mi hanno gentilmente offerto di cambiarla, ma ho preferito tenerla. Il personale era molto gentile e sorridente. Sono stati sempre disponibili con consigli e aiuto, e lo facevano con grande cordialità. Sono davvero felice di aver scelto questo hotel. Herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadım. Yastıklar belki bi tık daha yumuşak olabilirdi. I didn’t experience any issues. Non ho riscontrato alcun problema.

I would not consider it a quiet neighborhood. There is a lot of foot traffic in the evenings, and noise. But is settled down after 10 pm.

Άνετο και καθαρό. Επίσης, στις οδηγίες/χαρτιά ... υπήρχαν και στα ελληνικά, κάτι που δε συναντά κάποιος εύκολα στο εξωτερικό. Ίσως λίγο στενός ο χώρος του μπάνιου, αλλά πλήρως λειτουργικός.

Além disso, o acesso a restaurantes e estação de trem é fácil. Foi fornecido água e uma garrafa de vinho em cortesia. O quarto é grande, mas a cama de casal foi a união de duas camas de solteiro e espaço reduzido do banheiro.

If you need they can provide many info about visiting Florence. The location is good, just next to the Duomo. The drain in the bathroom was not good. On the first day I already noticed it drains extremely slowly. On the second day, water got out of the bathroom into my bedroom and got everywhere. My backpack and items inside got wet. I had to remove the water with a towel by myself. I think I have been careful enough when taking the shower but water still got out of the bathroom. I am afraid that careless users might ruin the whole room when taking the shower...

La vista sul Duomo appena varcata la porta di uscita tutte le mattine è veramente splendida. La camera era pronta leggermente in anticipo e ci hanno fatto entrare subito, era pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. La signora alla reception è stata gentilissima e precisa nella spiegazione di ogni cosa. Lasciata la camera abbiamo avuto necessità di lasciare i bagagli e, successivamente, caricare i telefoni il che è stato possibile grazie al deposito gratuito e la gentilezza di farci restare nella hall.
