El ascensor se quedaba colgado habitualmente, nos quedamos atascados durante nuestra estancias. Dejaban botellas de agua que debías abonar, lo cual me parece un poco cutre ya que normalmente son cortesía del hotel. El segundo día nos retiraron las toallas de baño pequeñas y no nos las repusieron.

- Marcos (4/5): Decepcionante - discriminatórios - Acomodações limpas e quarto confortável. Fomos muito mal recebidos na recepção. Funcionária péssima. Cheguei com meu namorado e acabamos esquecendo o cartão físico (a máquina deles não aceita virtual e não existe nenhum aviso sobre isso). Enquanto eu fazia transferência para pagar em débito, a mesma funcionária não esboçou nenhum esforço, não foi solicita em nenhum momento. Além disso, percebemos seguranças próximos que não estavam ali até então. Pagamos normalmente e não recebemos NENHUMA orientação sobre café da manhã, academia ou outras coisas, ela simplesmente entregou o cartão como se quisesse se livrar da gente - observamos depois que todos os novos hóspedes recebiam todas as informações e até as malas carregadas. Claramente discriminando porque éramos dois homens. Claramente um comportamento homofóbico do hotel. TENHAM cuidado ao se hospedar neste hotel, pois claramente eles possuem condutas homofóbicas.

- Kubs83 (8/5): Great location cold staff - Nice room, very safe location with comfortable walking around even in night hours. Breakfast room look luxurious on first sight however staff sometimes behave like they are on holiday and not at work. On every table there is white table cloth, we stayed 6 days, 5 days on same table was same dirty table cloth look slightly disgusting and made our doubts about overall cleaning practices. Other tables looked no better. Staff spends too much time every day with re-aranging displayed food but not much care about table cleaness and table service with coffee/tee.

- Johnathan (5/5): Overall, my experience at Grand Brizo Bel Air Hotel was deeply disappointing. Despite the positive aspects such as break - I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the quality of the breakfast each morning, and the friendliness of the staff. They were always polite and did their best to assist and accommodate wherever possible. What I didn’t like was that my stay was affected by several ongoing issues, including unreliable elevator service, multiple maintenance problems in the room, and spa facilities that were not operating at the expected standard. In addition, the pricing of extra services felt excessive for the level of quality provided. A key concern was the lack of clarity around the final billing amount due to currency conversion, which resulted in a higher charge than expected. Although I brought these matters to the attention of the staff and they made efforts to assist and accommodate, including partial compensation, the overall experience did not reflect the value of the price paid.

- Emerson (10/5): Muy tranquilo y excelente ubicación - Las habitaciones del piso 5 son separadas y muy tranquilas. La 503 es la mejor, no se siente ruido externo ni interno El gimnasio no es gimnasio. Espacio muy pequeño maquinas de poleas, mancuernas muy livianas. Mejor usen el espacio para una lavandería porque no es para un gimnasio
- Serra (1/5): Atitude de desrespeito ao cliente e ao Booking. Muito pouco profissionais. Uma vergonha. - O Hotel cancelou a minha reserva na véspera da entrada. Uma clara falta de respeito com o cliente e com o Booking. Essa atitude é um desestímulo ao uso do Booking. Amigos que fizeram a reserva no site do hotel, não tiveram a reserva cancelada.
- Lucia (1/5): Al otro día (porque pedimos) nos dejaron salir a las 14:30 pero igualmente aspectos a mejorsr sin dudas. - La ubicación era muy buena y el personal mucha disposición. Cuando entramos al cuarto las sábanas estaban en mal estado, llenas de pelotitas y no parecían limpias. Después se les quedó sin pilas el dispositivo para pasar la tarjeta de nuestro cuarto tuvimos que bajar como 3 veces y había un señor solo para hacer el check in y arreglar todo como mantenimiento. El tenía muy buena disposición pero nosotros nos quedamos a las 23 hrs como 25 minutos afuera del dormitorio.

Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt , Stadtteil Recoleta, um die Stadt zu erkunden.Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant Tierra war sehr lecker. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, besonders Nicolas war unglaublich sympathisch.

- Egle (8/5): très bon hôtel dans l'ensemble - Personnel agréable, belles chambres avec une très bonne literie. Très bon petit déjeuner. Le quartier J'ai un odorat sensible et cette fois (c'est la 2e fois qu'on vient dans cet hôtel) dans la chambre il y avait une odeur désagréable de produits de ménage industrielles mélangés à des odeurs de sueur. Bien entendu on a ouvert le fenêtre mais cela n'a pas suffit à les faire partir. J'ai accepté ne souhaitant changer de chambre après un long voyage et une arrivée tardive. Les draps n'étaient pas adaptés au très grand lit qu'on avait (trop petits). A notre demande ils ont été changés.

Café da manhã super bom, completo, enxoval impecável e macio, toalhas de banho grandes, macias e com aroma super, ultra agradável, amenidades maravilhosas, de qualidade e grande variedade de produtos, ótimos wi-fi e TV, apartamento ultra, mega, hiper silencioso, com excelente bloqueio acústico, cortinas com blackout perfeitas, cama espaçosa e iluminação perfeita! Spa impecável com jacuzi excelente, cadeiras aquecidas, local bem agradável. Excelente hotel, super bem localizado, pertíssimo do restaurante/bar/cafeteria Los Inmortales, perto de muitos pontos turísticos, super seguro para caminhar e meu marido e eu amamos nos hospedar no Gran Brizo Bel Air! Santa e Feliz Páscoa a todos de Luiz Ricardo Martins Galvão e Gláucia Mara Terzian Galvão.

- Victor (9/5): Excellent place but tiny rooms - Almost everything. The staff, the facility, the room. Good sized bathroom. The gym was almost non-existent with just two or three machines but that was it. I ended up walking to Smart fit. The room was beautiful and comfortable but was very small for being called a junior suite.

- Jorge (9/5): Excelente opción cerca de todo. - Ya he estado en varias oportunidades en este hotel. Y volvemos: ubicación, moderno, buenas habitaciones, muy limpias. Muy buen desayuno, personal atento, etc. Nada en particular. En las oportunidades que he estado no he podido aprovechar todas las instalaciones, tales como gimnasio, piscina, restaurante, etc. Pero los comentarios en general son muy buenos.

- Guido (9/5): Increible hotel, totalmente recomendable - Me encanto el hotel, muy moderno, habitaciones super comodas y espaciosas, la cama comodisima, el baño muy bueno, la presion del agua en la ducha, increible, el desayuno muy rico. Hay solo dos ascensores que 1- son muy lentos, 2- tienen capacidad de 3 personas... eso me parecio algo molesto... a su vez de esos dos solo uno estaba operativo. Lo otro nunca nos dejaron toallas suficientes

- Raffaella (5/5): Mi aspettavo meglio - Staff alla reception super disponibile e gentile Colazione pessima (qualità e quantità scarsa, incapaci di fare un'espresso e sala poco pulita), ristorante scarso, soprattutto molto lenti anche solo per avere un bicchiere di vino. Sono rimasta bloccata in un ascensore che porta non più di tre persone. Risolto quasi subito ma l'allarme è scattato diverse volte anche durante la notte, segno che altri sono rimasti bloccati . L'altro ascensore sempre fuori servizio. Pulizia così così.
