- 278abdulrahmanb (2/5): Extremely Disappointed – Stay Cut Short Without Prior Notice - We were really disappointed with our recent experience at Blue Beach Tower in JBR, Dubai. We had booked a 6-night stay from May 30 to June 6, and even received a confirmation email on May 28 confirming our full stay. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to be informed at reception that the hotel would be closing for renovation starting June 1st, just two days into our stay. We had no prior notice of this, and were told on the spot that we could either leave immediately or stay until June 1 and then check out early. While the manager was polite, he was ultimately not helpful in resolving the issue. We were told a refund was due for the nights we wouldn't be staying, but now over a week has passed, and we have heard nothing back. This experience was incredibly frustrating and poorly handled. We expected better communication and service from a hotel in such a prime location. We won’t be returning.
- Gareth (8/5): - Great location. Apartment was spacious but a bit tired. Pool was shut for one of the days which was disappointing. Fabulous location with loads of places to eat in walking distance. Would stay again.
- Faheem Mehboob (2/5): - Gone completely downhill was a great hotel when it was five star and was called JA beach tower management is poor constantly hiding no one replies to emails bedrooms are dirty they have a cockroach from them be aware of this very aware look around the kitchen area and you will be surprised they had to change our bedroom three times because of the problem but they don't want to admit look for yourself.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, and our room was huge with a beautiful view. Maksud and Ishwani who maintained our room were awesome and it was always perfect! We loved the buffet breakfast everyday and the gym was very large and nice. We loved everything about Blue Beach Tower and would definitely recommend it!

- Eve (8/5): - 4/5 I can't fault the apartments it was enormous and travelling with older teenagers this was a huge plus as everyone got their own personal space. Excellent location at JBR, lots of food, drinks, and shops within minutes. Sea view apartment overlooking the Arabian sea and the Ain wheel. However pool is a scruffy mess, dirty beds, broken tiles, grubby parasols not many sun beds and dirty tiles which just let the place down. We also paid for breakfast, food was slow to be topped up and tables slow to be cleared. The advertised breakfast isnt available every day for example shakshuka was only offered once.yet is advertised as being available as a staple item.The kitchen does accommodate many international tastes sobexpect curry, rice, noodles as well as adapted full English items.

My friends & I just immediately plan same day holiday 14th May to 15th May and we saw the Blue Beach Tower in JBR although, we late check in as we arrived on their property at 18:15pm. The check in was so smooth & quick and Nurin in FO was very friendly and accommodating. We are at 11th floor, I thought we can see the Dubai eye, but yet still good the three bedroom apartment was huge, clean & spacious. Rodney The bellman also very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping are always attentive as well. They have amazing pool & jacuzzi, sorry i forgot to take the name of the life guard but I believe his from Nepal very friendly too. This place is highly recommended and will definitely come back.

- Traveler48126660679 (6/5): Disappointment disappointment disappointment - Not disappointed in the size of the rooms which are great, not diappointed in the breakfast which is very good and plentiful. Not disappointed in the location - very central on JBR. Service staff were very good and attentive. Now to the disappointed bits: No washing machine and despite reporting 1st day to be told one was on its way then getting phone call to make sure it had arrived (it hadn't). Reason I needed a washing machine was I had arrived from being in the African Bush for 2 weeks and needed to clean some clothes (one of the reasons this hotel was picked). On arriving at room it has been made for 1 guest depsite there being 3 of us and I had to ask for more towels, toilet rolls, etc The fridge freezer had seen better days and the fridge did not work - really needed when the external temp is 40 degrees. Reported to reception to be told an engineer would be sent - to this date - nothing. Even reported the missing washing machine again to be told by another receptionist that you only get a w/m if you stay on a long term basis (fob off). Reception staff give an air of caring but obviously not really interested. On checking out I pointed out my issues to the manager who like the others appeared interested and advised me that he would look into this and he would email me with what he found and an offer for an upgrade and good rates the next time I chose to stay. He even asked me for my email addres to make sure!! To this date (1 week on) nothing!!

- foodie1uk (10/5): Very Spacious Suite ! - We stayed in the 3 bedroom superior Suite in May 2025 , it was a very pleasant stay , the suite was very big and spacious , the sea view from the suite was great and the house keeping was also very good , and a special mention to Jayantika and Rajesh who did a very good job on housekeeping . I would definitely recommend as we really enjoyed our stay as a family of 5 , the highlight was the spacious suite and the views from the suite of the sky line and the sea .

The housekeeping staff were exceptionally attentive and polite throughout my stay. I’d like to especially mention Akash Raskoti, along with another gentleman whose name I unfortunately can’t recall—they both maintained the suite in pristine condition every day. Thank you and well done to both of them!
- Usman (6/5): - Staff is friendly, location is excellent but nothing else about the hotel is worth compliments. Below average at best. You have to chase up room service. Valet parking absent most times and not free. Condition of the rooms and bathrooms is horrible.

We stayed 8 nights and had to change room twice because of issues mainly with the bathrooms. Staff is OK but they didn’t make any attempt to make it up for the room moves (we had to pack and unpack twice) not even a “sorry note”… we will not be coming back to this hotel

- LondonClare95 (6/5): Great location budget hotel but needs modernising! - We chose the hotel because of the price and location. Firstly, the positives… 1. The location is brilliant… 2 minute walk from JBR beach and numerous shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. Also 10 minute walk to DMCC metro station which we used daily (we used a gold card and the whole exercise was such good value, immaculately clean trains and super efficient) 2. The hotel staff were ok, all very friendly and helpful. 3. Room was huge with a very large (superking?) bed which was so comfortable. Now for the downsides … 1. The hotel needs a massive refurbishment and modernisation. Very dated furniture, barely any power points and very tired feel. 2. Bathroom was poor. There was a shower over the bath with a mixer tap and hose, no decent pressure and impossible to have a shower without flooding the bathroom. You would expect an efficient high power pressure shower in a hotel but this was no better than a shower in any domestic UK bathroom! 3. Cleaners often left us not enough towels and one evening none at all so we had to ask reception to provide some which they did to be fair.

Reminded me of my favorite Department Store Nordstrom! The area was mere perfection! It was walking distance to the beach & to any and every type of restaurant you would like to visit and eat! We DEFINITELY want to return to The Blue Beach Towers the next time we visit Dubai - they made our first visit so awesome my husband & Best Friends with whom we traveled - cannot WAIT to return n to AWESOME Dubai! We loved every morsel of every minute! Thank you Blue Beach Towers staff SO much! We LOVE you!

- EazyWanderer (10/5): Business on the Beach - Location - Location - Location This was a perfect spot to stay. The room was really spacious with a great bed and good quality bedding. Staff was really helpful. Especially the interactions I had with the team at the front desk: Avi, Von, Nuri and Aya. This was my first stay there and it was a bit quiet as it was Ramadan. I actually liked the peace and quiet. Apart from some screaming Russian kids of parents who refused to discipline them. The breakfast was fantastic. It was a buffet and had a great variety. The gym was even really good with tons of legitimate equipment. I love running and swimming. The larger pool provided some great laps for me. I will definitely be back.

The location in JBR was ideal, just a short walk from the beach, with breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf and Ain Dubai. The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities, including the outdoor pools and fitness center with stunning views, made the experience even better. The on-site dining options were fantastic, offering a great variety of delicious dishes. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Blue Beach Tower exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. I will definitely be returning!

Thank you. Note: the only inconvenient was the door that give access to the pool, the door holder is broken, my child opened the door and it went back strongly to his face and hurt his fingers too. I reported it.

- Jazz Tiberius (4/5): - The apartments are very good, extremely spacious and nice change from staying in a hotel. The views from the balcony were stunning and the pools great. The location is perfect with the beach only a 5 (if that) minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Where the hotel let itself down for us were two incidents. 1. We came back to the apartment at 8:30 on our last evening to find the front door wide open. No member staff was inside, so basically anyone could have walked in and helped themselves to our stuff. So security is non existent and I would ensure you lock anything of value away before leaving the apartment. Having had the incident investigated, our apartment door was left wide open from 7:15pm in the evening until we closed it on our return at 8:30pm. Our belongings were exposed to potential theft by Blue Beach staff for over 75 minutes. 2. When we were checking in, we had to wait 80 minutes passed the official check in time as the apartment was not ready. What was infuriating was we kept being told 10 minutes it will be ready. To add salt to the wound, we were then asked to confirm we would be checking out by a certain date as they were busy. So we had not even checked in, did not have a room and the hotel was more interested in ensuring we were not staying past the booked dates. It would have been great stay had it not been rather poor checkin experience and potential of all our stuff being nicked.

A few subtle issues: - the building seems old, for example the thermostat in the room was a very old manual one - room was not very clean, we did see a small cockroach in one of the bathrooms once. - the location of the building is too far from dubai center. This might be a benefit for others but is an issue if you are coming for business.
