• Thomas (9/5): Gutes Boutiquehotel im Herzen Wiens. - Lage unweit vom Stephansdom, gute ÖPNV Anbindung, Supermarkt, Bars & Restaurants gleich in der Nähe, freundliches Personal, Service top, Frühstück sensationell Kleinigkeiten (wurden zeitnah vom Personal behoben).

Im „Garten“ wird nämlich ein Jacuzzi aufgebaut, und der Schanigarten wird erst eingeschränkt bespielt.

• Bauters (8/5): Een zeer goed verblijf gehad in mooie design kamer met super ontbijt ! - Zeer mooi design hotel met mooie kamer, en super ontbijt a la carte valt niks op aan te merken. Ook ware er gratis lockers voor je bagage na het uitchecken wat zeer gemakkelijk is. Ook mooie ruimtes buiten de kamers voor koffie , lezen, spelletjes en zelfs cinema. Het geluid in de kamer s'morgens begon het al met de lift (Die daar blijkbaar is bijgebouwd naast de kamer) om 06h00 die me wakker maakte.

Dass beim Check-In EUR 200.- als Kaution auf die Kreditkarte belastet wird! Für uns war das Hotel kein Boutique-Hotel. Nicht jedes kleine Hotel ist automatisch ein Boutique-Hotel. Stil ist Geschmackssache, ist mir klar, aber aus unserer Sicht ist dieses Hotel nicht stilvoll eingerichtet. Nach dem Frühstück rochen die Kleider nach Essen, was ich auch nicht toll fand.

• Gabor (4/5): BAD. Price is not justified for quality. - Great location, nice breakfast. Room does not match the picture and the description did not point out the difference. The rooms are old and not maintained properly. Safe is broken, bed mattress is old. They added a mattress topper which is also overused. There is only one bedside table. Curtain is stained. Curtain is not a proper blackout one. It still lets light in. The bath had no handheld shower. It’s either the overhead rain-shower head that spills all over outside the bath or the bath itself has to be filled and you have to dip. The bath is also placed on a narrow elevated platform which is hard to step on to when getting out from the bath. The floor of the platform aged and now moving. Quite a fun experiment when you step out on a marrow platform that is wet and moving under your feet. There is a desk which has a desk light. However they mounted a light that is designed to be a lamp over a bathroom mirror. When you sit at the desk it’s like an interrogation light into your face. On the flip side the actual mirror has a very dim integrated LED and an overhead spotlight right above the head (which is the least useful as it is dropping all shadows from the top). This is a decent sleep for a great location at €150 or so! The kitchen staff is very friendly.The reception was not staffed during the day multiple times. Upon out arrival we had to wait in front as nobody responded the doorbell. After 10 minutes when a guest exited we sneaked in. And reception was empty. Had to wait at 2 PM (which is kind of bag drop/checkin hours normally in hotels). Same happened to others. Once I was sitting on my laptop in the lobby and mad guests started to tell me to help them. They thought that I was working there and making them wait. Then eventually some worker showed up. The TV is one from the early 2000s’. Quite funny for a €300/night hotel. Rather have no TV. There was also a radio which was visibly broken. No surprise. It was placed in the window bay behind the curtain.

• Cindy (9/5): Quirky hotel in the middle of Vienna - We loved the location. The hotel room was a great size. Quirky hotel. Special mention to the breakfast chef who cooked very tasty breakfast meals. The design with the sink behind the bed and the shower with the curtain took a bit of getting use to.
• Sergio (10/5): Quello che mi aspettavo - Accoglienza, disponibilità e cortesia. I ragazzi del Buxbaum non hanno mai lesinato la propria gentilezza. Dalla Reception al servizio di sala siamo sempre stati accolti con sorriso ed attenzione. La struttura è in posizione molto favorevole. In cinque minuti dalla Cattedrale ed ancor meno da Schwedenplatz ove è situata la comodissima metropolitana. Non ho da lamentarmi di nulla. Anche se assente il bidet nel servizio del bagno.

De belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden liggen bijna allemaal op wandelafstand van het verblijf. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was over het algemeen prima, er was een ruim aanbod. Echter werden sommige zaken op bestelling gemaakt, dit is zeer goed voor de verspilling tegen te gaan maar hier moesten we soms lang op wachten.

• Martina (10/5): Großartiges Kleinod zentral gelegen - Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit und uns sehr wohl gefühlt In der Buxbaum Bel Etage. Wir haben uns immer sehr auf das Frühstück gefreut. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles würde sehr liebevoll arrangiert. Die Lage perfekt für unsere Ausflüge. Nahe Stephansdom und nah am Schwedenplatz mit wichtigen Straßen- und U-Bahn Verbindungen. Das Hotel war nachts immer offen ohne Personal. Es ist nichts passiert, es wäre aber hilfreich für die Prävention, wenn man nur mit dem Hotel-Schlüssel Zugang zum Hotel bekommt.

Emplacement pratique et près de nombreux bons restaurants, et à proximité de l'eau (bars sympa et aussi bateaux pour Bratislava) Qualité de service et clarté des informations données par le personnel inégales, menant à des incompréhensions (il fallait réserver le sauna, nous n'étions pas au courant et pour le petit déj, certains disaient qu'il fallait réserver sa table pour être dans la salle principale, d'autres pas...). Sans doute dû à des réglages de début de saison et présence d'apprentis.

• raphael (8/5): Wir werden bei der nächsten Wien Reise wieder dieses Hotel wählen, da wir sehr zufrieden waren. - Das Hotel befindet sich fußläufig nur 7bis 10 Minuten bis zum Dom, also sehr zentral. Dennoch war es verhältnismäßig ruhig. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Es gab kein Büfett, da man alles individuell nach Karte bestellen konnte, ohne Aufpreis. Das Zimmer war nicht besonders groß, jedoch wurden alle Winkel so genutzt, dass alles praktikabel war.

Nous n’avons pas eu de chance : Nous l’avons réservé deux fois, la première fois il n’était pas prêt, il a fallu y aller 30 minutes plus tard, la seconde fois, il avait quelqu’un à l’intérieur.
