- Ole Ray (10/5): - The hotel is spotlessly clean, centrally located, and staffed with some of the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered. I have to give special mention to Luna, who was responsible for cleaning my room. She did an unbelievable job—so thorough that if the hotel ever needed extra space for performing surgeries, my room would be sterile enough to qualify! That’s how incredibly clean it was. Beyond the cleanliness, the overall atmosphere of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are always polite, professional, and eager to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, centrally located, and exceptionally well-maintained hotel in Dubai, I highly recommend Hotel Moscow. I will definitely be coming back!
- BEHROOZ RAHNAVARDI (10/5): - This is my third stay in this Hotel in 7 years. I like it very much because of its constant high standards. Staff are courteous. It is always clean and the food is great.

- dominick (10/5): - Stayed here 6 days the hotel staff were so friendly and respectful. The ladies at the front desk all had a great attitude the bell man was the best. I was on the 8th floor at night from 9pm to 3pm you do hear the disco. Breakfast was very good enjoyed my stay.

- Rashid (4/5): Terrible Service with Worst ever check-in - when i arrived at hotel for checked-in, Staff refused to honor the booking made via Hotels.com. After long discussion both rooms, but both rooms were in bad condition specially bathrooms were not in good conditions, rust every where, badly repaired, Front desk staff specially a gentleman was really rude, never had so bad experience. I will not recommend this hotel, though price was high too.

Besides the hotel there are bounch of other restaurants and hookah lounges to visit. And about The rooms its super clean, also this place has healthy and clean food. If you are staying in this hotel don't forget to try breakfast you won't regret it. I would definitely visit again and again.
- Sargon (2/5): - Nothing worked in this hotel, I couldn’t reach the front desk by phone, cold shower and no heating system in this hotel, there best way to help was offering me an extra blanket and to warm up the water, had to open the heater of the sink, toilet and the shower for 10 minutes to get warm water that still will freeze your Ass while talking a shower. I do not recommend this hotel specially in winter and demand a full refund.

- Rajesh (2/5): Hotel or b****el ? - This is the worst hotel to stay for a non smoking person looking for a peaceful night sleep. The moment I entered the hotel iit was full of cigarette smoke. Hard to breathe because of the smoke filled from the night club at lobby. Check in takes long as there is big rush from the clubbers trying to check in with their partners. They get priority chedkin. Once you reach the room. It's hard to sleep due to loud music from club. The worst is that you now got up and getting ready for your trip and there is no towels in the room. You frantically call for towel but nothing comes for 10 minutes and end up shower using the floor towel. It's just my 6 hours spend at the hotel. It's not a hotel but br***el. Would never recommend.

First day I found the room dirty like they didn’t make it up after the last guest, and when I asked about that he said I can’t now, maybe tonight. Bar is full of arabs playing their own music and making really a lot of noise, so I asked the manager to lower the volume and he said they are a regular guest. Wifi is barely working. Hotel is full of arabs and hookers making a lot of noise and moves on you like you live in the streets!! The worst hotel in my life, I have stayed in some 2-star hotels better than this one.

I did not feel the hotel safe, twice at night I hear someone doing something in door (I use my hotel security lock). Some staff are friendly others are terrible

Unfortunately, this means you can't get a good night's sleep because it's loud. One can hear the music from the club, people talking, walking and partying in the hallways and in the rooms next and above your room. The rooms themselves are old and dated with rather tacky decoration. Oh well. Don't come here with a family, or expect to sleep. Come here to party.

The breakfast is limited of food provided and with no variety from day to other. And the night club is not noisy and the environment overall is good and safe.

- alvi (4/5): Not kid friendly - We booked form 12/18/17 to 12/22/17. They do loud music all night until 3:00 am that you can hear in your room. There is a night club at the entrance of the hotel and you see lot of club activity, if you have kids you do not want to show then there dressing. Breakfast was very good. Wifi keep disconnecting, you need to sign in every 30 min.

- David (8/5): Solid value for the money - I've stayed here a few times when transiting through Dubai. The hotels a bit old, but the value for the cost is definitely there. The Bolshoi restaurant offers excellent authentic Russian food, and after 10 provides live music and a live variety show. There is also a sports bar and a buffet style restaurant. The Red Square is a night club. It is loud and crowded - it provides availability for some services that only certain customers are looking for. But, you don't have to hang out there. Tolstoy is a quiet bar - I like it. The rooms are a bit worn - the lighting in the bathroom was pretty poor. But, the bed was comfortable it has a sitting table and a desk, TV and Internet were fine. If you want a hot-water boiler to make coffee or tea, you will need to ask reception for it (unless you are booked into a suite). The breakfast buffet is fine. Every employee was polite and helpful - I would/will stay here again.

The room was dirty with terrible smell coming from the carpet as well as the toilet. The corners were very filthy; it seems they were never vacuumed; you can see the dirt and filth like a grey cotton. it was disgusting. This hotel is not for Families or children. Location was OK, but at night the whole place gets full with barely dressed women, and men hunting them.
- MOHAMAD (2/5): The worst hotel I've ever been! - I had a confirmed stay, once I reached the hotel the receptionist apologized as my booking was cancelled! The reason was that the hotel was overbooked! After long discussion they said a bus will come and take me for another hotel of the same company. Meanwhile they moved me to the new hotel, Broadway Hotel. This was basically a pub not hotel! Not suitable for family and couldn't say more.

- Brian (8/5): Russian style hotel near Dubai Creek - Like most places in Dubai, Moscow Hotel is not so easy to locate if you are driving a rental car, but it is in a relatively central location near the Dubai Creek and not far from the Old Souk. The hotel rooms are very comfortable, but they charge a lot for Wi-Fi access in the room which is inconvenient. It is supposed to be free in the lobby, but I couldn't get it to connect. The buffet breakfast is very nice, as are the Philippino staff who serve. The décor is a bit baroque (Louis XIV style), which I think matches the taste of the mostly Russian clientele. For the off-season price I paid, I was happy to stay here and get some good rest between flights.

- Maria (6/5): Next to Gold Souk - The waitresses at breakfast was very rude and they have a club on the lobby floor and you can hear the music until the 3rd floor, also they don't bring you new water bottles to your room everyday. They also lock in the lobby chairs after 11pm so guests cannot sit because club goers will lounge out. Guests do not have free wifi in their room, so it's an over crowd at night in the lobby.
- Robert (8/5): Uk man - This hotel is not as bad as the reviews i read, really close to the airport, it is a bit dated but a great price.it is easy to avoid the nightclub and there was no ladies accosting anyone that i seen,overall this hotel is ideal for a short stopover.

- Richard (4/5): Australian in Dubai for the first time - my stay was enjoyable. Being asked by hookers on the first night for my business was very bad and seemed like the hotel allowed it. Friendly staff. Ok food. For what you get it was a bit overpriced even at the discounted rates.

- Owais (2/5): Worst hotel - I had a worst experience to stay at Moscow hotel. The Staff wasn't friendly, and there are false advertising about WIFI they don't provide free WIFI Plus it's not the place where you can stay with your family.
- TB (8/5): Traveler Beware Always - The Hotel and staff were great overall. However, there were some fraudulent charges to my credit cards from the bars. Always receive and examine your bills and receipts. Management was accommodating and seemed genuinely concerned in this matter.
