- Yan Wei (10/5): - 選擇轉角房型，早上採光真的很好，內裝很新設計感不錯，很享受大浴室和浴缸，整潔沒問題，房內還提供小點心、飲料、1F也有熱飲和消夜泡麵，早餐自助式有兩種肉、蔬菜、炒蛋、白飯稀飯麵包沙拉等兼顧中西飲食，服務人員都很親親切有禮，綜合房價整體無可挑剔。 離最近的捷運站步行約十分鐘，但飯店前有Youbike站可以多加利用。
- Paras (10/5): Superb fantastic fabulous - The staff was extremely helpful and very supportive as well as knowledgeable. I have never met such hospitable people. They helped us in making bookings for car to sun-moon lake and even suggested some routes and attractions. Every one was just wonderful. We loved the wholesome breakfast with so much variety and very scrumptious. The over the top thing was that the cafe served ramen m snacks for free at night and 24/7 coffee or tea. They also refilled the room refrigerated with soft drinks and refreshments. And the best gesture was that they packed a picnic for us whenever we went for day trips, which was out of imagination!! The hotel is a little walk from metro station but bus stops and convenience stores are just a two min walk . We, Simply loved the property. If we ever come back, we will definitely be staying at Ambience again n again. 🫶🏻 ♥️ It’s perfect… no complaints

- EUNJIN (9/5): À part l’insonorisation un peu décevante, l’hôtel était très propre, le personnel très chaleureux, et je me souviens enc - Le personnel de la réception était vraiment adorable et extrêmement gentil. Ils faisaient attention aux moindres détails, nous proposaient spontanément une bouteille d’eau ou un parapluie si besoin, et nous accueillaient toujours avec le grand sourire, ce qui rendait le séjour très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était aussi délicieux — j’ai fini par trop manger dès le matin ! La chambre était propre et c’était bien rangé et organisé. Le principal point négatif était l’insonorisation. Lors de la dernière nuit, nous entendions clairement le bruit de la chambre voisine. Malgré trois réclamations, le problème n’a pas été résolu. À 1h du matin, je suis finalement descendu à la réception pour me plaindre, et on nous a proposé de changer de chambre, ce qui était un peu décevant comme solution à ce stade. Il y avait aussi quelques petits problèmes, comme le pommeau de douche qui projetait de l’eau des deux côtés ou la lumière du rangement intégré qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement, mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment dérangés.

Breakfast had a good range and was tasty, also appreciated the snacks and drinks provided at various times throughout the day. Easy check in process and excellent location too. Rooms were lovely, clean and comfy. Also appreciated the free laundry facilities. Had really loud neighbours one night which made me feel the rooms weren't as sound proof as they could be but could also be just really loud neighbours.

The intersection traffic outside the property can become overwhelming during peak hours.

We stayed in floor 10, and the cleaning lady only reached our room at ~4pm! When we called the front desk, they came immediately to change towels, water bottles, etc. for us. But this could have taken care better. - Floor 10 has the laundry room. So very noisy. The room is not well sound proof as well. For those who are light sleepers, do not pick a room on this floor then.

They immediately came out to help us with our 5 lugguages and brought them to our room promptly! The breakfast is delicious and fresh. They allowed us to store all our luggages while we tour the island. They are always smiling and ready to help!! We loved it so much that we decided to change a future hotel and rebook for the last part of our Taiwan trip. I didn't like not having a clothes hanger in bathroom.

- Marina (10/5): Great! - Friendly attitude, exceptional service. It was very cute and unusual to receive a gift for my birthday :) The room was clean and comfortable, the towels are other supplies were regularly changed.
- ANNA (7/5): overall hotel was sufficient for our needs. - breakfast was good . Coffee was great. Water ,tea and coffee was available all day which was a bonus. there was night light by the bathroom we could not turn off. We blocked it with our luggage to keep the room dark. Hotel was little far from the main metro station about 15 min. brisk walk. We used the bus, which was around 10 min. walk to the stop.

- pierre (10/5): Excellent séjour à Taipei - Le personnel est très accueillant. L'ambiance de l'hôtel correspond bien à son nom. Les chambres sont simples, en blanc, le choix du décorateur. Elles sont lumineusess et bien conçues. L'emplacement sans être idéal est bien situé, à dix minutes en taxi de la gare de Taipei et à un quart d'heure à pied des grandes artères comme Nanjing road. Peut-être un manque dans la variété des fruits au petit déjeuner! Sinon rien d'autre.

One example, we mistimed our laundry one night and had to leave while clothes were in washer. Staff dried & folded and had it ready when we returned. Above and beyond what they needed to do. - Yujia (10/5): Great stay - Comfortable, spacious and clean room. Nice breakfast selection. Useful laundry room. Friendly and helpful staff. Bright and welcoming vibes. Good value. Would stay again when in Taipei. Lots of walking if taking the MRT, but location is convenient for choosing different lines. Room was slightly more worn than usual and the bleaching smell from cleaning is very strong at first. Coffee machine position at breakfast is hazardous when busy.
- Kah Yee Joyce (8/5): - Pleasant and helpful staff, especially Ms Mandy from the front desk and the housekeeping lady (sorry, did not get to see her name tag) responsible for 2nd level during my stay from 23 to 27 Apr 2026. Always serve with a smile and made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was also included. Sound proofing can be improved. Excluding the traffic noises since I stayed on level 2, I can literally hear other guests talking, flushing of toilets and /or having their showers. Good to have breakfast provided but would like to see some variations. Breakfast items / dishes options were almost same everyday.

- Cheng (10/5): Taipei holiday - The friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Room was at the right temperature, with comforfortable beds. Shower was great too. The common area was excellent wuth the free coffee, drinks, snacks and instant noodles. A great place for catch up with friends without having to go to the rooms. Could hear the bathroom sounds from neighbouring rooms. It was also very noisy when people are chatting in the corridor.
- Rita (9/5): Super für einen Taipeh-Aufenthalt! - Sehr gutes Hotel! Das Personal war überaus freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Lage ist keinesfalls schlecht, bis zur nächsten Metro-Station muss man aber etwas laufen.

- Vojtech (8/5): - Great location. Reasonable price, including recommended services such as airport transfers. Very friendly staff. Good breakfasts. Payment issue. They incorrectly applied my room deposit and then charged me for an extra night. When I brought it up, they blamed it on problems with the bank, even though it was their mistake when using the terminal. I have to wait almost a month for the funds to be released.

- Andreas (9/5): Klare Weiterempfehlung für einige Tage - Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, bequemes Bett und Zimmer mit gesamter Ausstattung die man benötigt. Die Wände sind leider sehr dünn, und man hört das Wasser sehr laut, wenn die Nachbarn duschen gehen.

- Chris72 (8/5): - Sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal an der Rezeption. Haben mir geholfen einen privaten Fahrer für einen Ausflug zu finden und einen Friseurtermin für mich vereinbart. Wirklich sehr lieb. Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Leider sind die Zimmer extrem hellhörig. Der Nachbar meinte Nachts um 3:30h baden zu müssen und ich lag wach, weil man vom Wasserrauschen bis hin zum plätschern in der Wanne alles hört. Auch die Zimmertüren fallen sehr laut ins Schloß, was sehr nervig ist spät Abends.

- Patrice (10/5): Comfy, friendly with delicious breakfast! - It was a wonderful stay with lots of small attentions that makes the difference. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really good and quite varied. (Choice of western and Asian options) I thought the bed was really comfortable (I slept like a baby), there was a small fridge and a water cooker in the room. It is next to a big road but it didn’t bother me. If you have problem maybe book a room not on the front or bring proper earplugs. I would definitely come back here. The only small thing for me was the coffee at breakfast was not really good. Buy you can get amazing coffee or tea beverages all over the city for little money.
