• Paulette (10/5): Excelente hotel precio y calidad - Este hotel es todo lo que está bien, no se porque la gente lo valora mal, yo me hospedé solo 1 noche y aunque el check in es a las 3pm nos dejaron entrar a la 1pm sin cargo extra, la estación de metro está a 2-3 cuadras caminando es muy cerca, a la vuelta del hotel hay una calle llena de restaurantes de distintos precios o si buscas algo económico también hay comida rápida cerca, las habitaciones acogedoras, cómodas y limpias, aunque bastante pequeñas pero no es problema si solo vas a dormir al hotel, amé la ducha porque la presión del agua es bastante buena y sale caliente rápidamente, volvería sin duda Habitaciones muy pequeñas

• Kathrin (10/5): Perfekt - Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Man läuft maximal 5 min zum Paddington Bahnhof. Die Gegend um das Hotel ist sehr schön mit kleinen Cafés und Pubs und nur 10 min zum Hyde Park. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und die Betten gemütlich gewesen. Ich würde mir das Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in London sofort wieder buchen, absolute Empfehlung! Die Zimmertür ist etwas hellhörig, man hört Gespräche auf dem Gang.

• Ghert (4/5): No low-budget excuses dirtiness - Paddington station is near. Dirty. There was dark hair in the sink (I have no dark hair), shower and on the sheets! The last day I took a look under the bed, so I don't forget anything, well... They haven't cleaned that part for ages, there was even a pink sock. Now I have the feeling that they didn't even change the bed sheets, I hope I'm wrong, but I did some pictures.
• Alexander (9/5): - Staff who checked us in was very friendly. I'd booked the trip on short notice for myself and two daughters. I'd booked a double bed and a single. Upon check in the gentleman confirmed to me what id booked and I said yes, my daughter's are happy to share a bed and I'll be in the single. He looked at me and said we can upgrade you to a bigger room and you will be more comfortable. Such a lovely gesture and when we visit the capital in future and we need a hotel the days inn will be top of the list to book. Nothing really. Friendly staff on arrival and also at check out. 10/10

• scotsjimbo (10/5): Very pleasant - This was my 1st time at this hotel and I was delighted with all aspects of my 3 night stay. Within a 3 minute walk of Paddington station, it's exceptionally handy for rail/bus/tube connections. Located in a traditional London style white terrace of other small hotels, it's a bit of a tardis behind the main entrance door. My 1st floor single room was plainly but smartly presented with evidence the friendly housekeeping staff are on top of their game. My bed was actually a wide single, so no falling out when turning over! The bathroom was surprisingly big and the shower very easy to operate. The air con worked very quietly and quickly heated up the room when required. There were always staff on the reception desk every time I passed. I found the area safe and pleasant to be around. Traffic noise, mainly motorbikes, is noticeable at times, but not overnight. Compared to what Travelodge and Premier Inn were charging midweek, I considered I got very good value for money. I would certainly consider staying here again.

• Samantha (3/5): Comfortable but frustrating - Location is great and the room is perfect for a solo traveler. I had to stay an extra day due to a snowstorm on the US East Coast. I asked at reception if I could extend my stay by a day since I had a new flight. I could and I paid another $91. Yet, the next day I received a rude phone call treating me as if I overstayed check-out time. Then after I did check out and was making my way to the train station, I got chased down the street, accused of not paying my extra day, when the man himself had been with the other receptionist when I asked and paid for another night. Extremely unprofessional.

• Laura (6/5): Easy to get to attractions. - A quiet room and no disturbances. The location of the hotel was good. Easy access to trains, buses and Hyde Park. The room was clean but cramped. There were no extra blankets. The facilities in the room were quite basic. The shower in the bathroom had more water coming out of the pipe than the shower itself and the basin was chipped. One of the toilet roll holders was wonky. Cleaning staff must have been aware of this.
