Not a 4 star by any stretch, its a decent 2 - 3 star city centre hotel with tiny check in desk, but very comfortable beds and very clean. David and Danielle at reception were very helpful. Good food in restautants below hotel. Breakfast was only average, I would skip and try nearby restaurants. Lift is slow.

The room was spacious and comfortable for 3 people, very clean, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. They allowed early check-in, stored our luggage after check-out, and even helped us keep our cheese in the refrigerator 😊 We also really appreciated the slippers provided in the room, such a thoughtful detail. - лера (10/5): Отель хороший. Но шумно. До глубокой ночи гуляют люди в баре внизу, а мусорщики приезжают в 5 утра - Расположение и цена В номере пахло ароматизатором, запах навязчивый и тяжелый. Никто из сотрудников отеля не смог найти источник, сошлись что из кондиционера. Пришлось его отключить и открыть окно.

Particularly Daniela and Daniel 😀 The location is sublime, we frankly did not expect it to be that much strategic. We did everything on foot! The hotel, although very nice all in all, we believe that it needs a bit of renovation. But we still give it a high rating!

Şehrin tam göbeğinde ana cadde üzerinde, sokak üzeri ve yakın çevresinde tün turistik mekanların ve restaurantların olduğu bir yerde. Ayrıca sabah kahvaltısı süper. Gerçekten avrupa standartlarında çok başarılı kahvaltısı var. Reception’da 7/24 espresso makinası sınırsız ücretsiz hizmette. Bina eski, odalar biraz eski. Ama genel olarak tüm yapıların eskice olduğunu düşünürseniz yine de idare eder.

- Zaur (4/5): Больше в этот отель не поеду - При заезде мне сказали что надо кроме оплаты букинга оплатить городской налог,мы его всегда платим,я его оплатил кредитной карточкой,при выезде мне сказали что я его не платил,я им показал чек который они мне выдали и еще на банковской странице я им показал оплату,но сотрудник упорно не хотел в это верить так как система отеля моей оплаты почему то не видела,пришлось разбираться ,потеряли кучу времени В номерах сыро ,если не открывать окна дышать нечем,нет москитных сеток и в мае очень много мух и комаров,у еас было два сан узла,во второй не втиснутся настолько он маленький

- JUDY (9/5): Perfect for a busy right in the centre location. Great facilities and breakfast. - The rooms were big and spotlessly clean. Shower was great. Beds comfy. Breakfast lovely and location very central. All staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The noise all night was tough at times. The music and road noise and people shouting is muffled but woke us every night. Take ear plugs and this hotel is perfect!

Le personnel d'accueil est souriant très serviable et efficace ..La chambre est de bonne superficie, confortable et bien équipée La très bonne situation Piazza Venezia entraîne beaucoup de bruit jusque tard dans la nuit et cela s'entend même fenêtre fermé , les fenêtres des chambres sont situés en hauteur rendant difficile l'ouverture des volets
