Matt (10/5): Hidden luxury and a great spot to explore Syndey from - Restaurant Flamina was exceptional, we booked because it was in the hotel and the menu looked good and were very impressed with the service and the quality of food and wine lose far exceeding our expectations. Close proximity to Opera House, the City, Botanical Gardens and all modes of public transport. Everything was within walking distance. Staff were wonderful and the breakfast downstairs was amazing. That ran like a well oiled machine! One of the comfiest beds we have slept in whilst away. Not all jets were working properly on the spa.

Sian (7/5): Fabulous location, and good facilities - Loved the location - how could you not? The view from my room was exceptional, and it was very well sound-proofed. Also, the staff and DJ at birthday party at El Vista were *FANTASTIC* - could have done with a bit more finger-food type options, on the menu, though. I had a sudden illness (stomach/flu?), and the quality of the offerings were a bit disappointing. Specifically, I'd been vomiting and sneezing, and I tried to get my breakfast delivered to my room, rather than infect everyone with my germs, but was told I'd have to pay for delivery - I wasn't suggesting that on my behalf. Also, the cheap 1-ply tissues were a bit disappoing (and ultimately painful on my poor, red nose).

The staff where also very helpful. the room was a bit tired this made the room look dirty. 2can (10/5): Fantastic stay with stunning view - Awesome stay at this hotel in a Deluxe one King bedroom Harbour view apartment, which gave us a great view of Sydney Harbour Bridge, the comings and goings of the ferries at Circular Quay as well as cruise ships docked at the cruise terminal. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the Sydney Opera House, the Botanic Gardens and The Rocks. We were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff on our arrival. Everything about our room exceeded our expectations - size, amenities, cleanliness and view. Despite being by the ferry terminal the room was also very quiet with the balcony door shut and we were never bothered by any noise. The in-room laundry facilities were a great bonus allowing us to launder clothes before the next leg of our trip. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we are in Sydney.

DebS530 (10/5): Perfect getaway - A long weekend spent at the Pullman to attend two Operas. Perfect location to walk to the Opera House, explore the harbour and Rocks area, and to jump on a ferry at Circular Quay. My apartment was perfect. Remarkably quiet with a balcony overlooking the gardens. So much space and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious every day and made to order. Also fabulous service by every staff member. Finally, a meal at Flaminia is highly recommended. Perfect weekend, perfect stay ☺️

Sarah (5/5): We won’t be back sorry - Location based on previous stays Air conditioning and hot water in shower varied from hot to cold could not set constant temperature on each. We had breakfast included in our booking, but when we attended we were told we could have one main, I asked for some fruit and was told I’d have to pay for it. Noise from construction works at ferry depot woke us up most mornings, lastly the flooring outside bathroom was loose underfoot, all in all not what we expected from a 5star hotel, very disappointing for the price we paid.

MCCORMACK (5/5): Not 5 star service - Very disappointed. We had stayed here 10 years ago and were totally wowed. This time not at all.. Apart from the location, there wasnt a lot to like really. We arrived after a long overnite flight and we're originally told we couldnt get a room key til 2pm. Even tho the hotel wasnt fully booked the night before. We did get the room earlier which was good but it was the dismissive nature on check in that was not appreciated. Then no complementary water in the rooms and missing bedding as we were family of 4. Had to chase up. And the sofa bed, oh dear.. ended up putting mattress on the floor. Then breakfast was crap. Really ordinary for the price. Just dont bother. Local cafes are much better. It used to be a buffet. Now its a set menu with terrible options particularly for kids and any variance have to pay. $6-$8 for a slice of toast.

Neal (9/5): Generally very good. - View was fantastic — good balcony, full length windows. Good layout generally. Good fittings/furniture internally. Excellent TV. Complete lack of drawers for clothes despite there being plenty of room overall. Corner Bath was waste of time. Space in bathroom could have been far better utilised without it/. Balcony furniture could have been better quality.

Melanie (9/5): Location! - Location was great! You walk out towards the harbour and you can clearly see the bridge and Opera house. Train station is only a short walk and only a 25 minute ride to the airport. We had a garden facing room and it was lovely waking up to that every morning. Staff were polite and kind. I would definitely stay here again. N:A
Jane (10/5): Exceptionally brilliant! - We couldn’t fault this property. We loved everything from reception to valet, breakfast and dinner restaurants, the gym pool sauna and spa facilities, the rooms are amazing and the best bed I’ve slept in! All staff were brilliant. There’s nothing not to like about the Pullman. If I’m being really really fussy, the ironing board was not great and I’d like to think my bedside water was replaced each day, but those things were very minor.
Tucker (9/5): The perfect location for Sydney! - Location is perfect. We so enjoyed just sitting on the patio watching the ferries going in and out, the cockatoo's and the beautiful view. Close to ferries, Opera House and Gardens. Perfect! Our room was wonderful. Our friends had a room without any artwork/mirrors on the wall and a little stark. You will also have large cruise ships blocking the view from early morning until about 5 p.m.
Dominick (9/5): Lovely apartment hotel looking at the harbour bridge and right next to the opera house - The view. The balcony. The location. Right on the promenade of Sydney Opera House and the bustling circular quay. Spacious and beautiful one bed apartment with everything you need. Limited breakfast choice. No concierge. House keeper entered the room without knocking.

aldavril (6/5): So sad to see this place not at its former glory. - Wow! We have being coming here for nearly 30 years every year for a number of days for an annual getaway. We love this place. It’s so sad to see it going downhill. If you’re lucky enough to get David on the front desk on arrival he is absolutely brilliant. Always looks after us, exceptional customer service. Cannot fault the harbour view just beautiful. To sit on that balcony and watch the harbour in all its glory fantastic. The apartment is spacious but it’s getting so dated. The blind on the balcony hasn’t worked for the last few years. Seriously do you know how hot it gets on that balcony. Housekeeping so hit and miss. How many times do you have to ring up to get coffee or tea bags replenished. If your cooking yourself not much by way of equipment- our oven didn’t have a tray in it - had to ring and ask!! Seriously not good enough for the price you pay at this establishment. We have been staying on the 4th floor because we like it but I really hope things improve otherwise we may have to find another favourite place in Sydney.
Em (8/5): Perfect Sydney location. Spacious comfortable grooms. - Location is superb. Right by botanical gardens opera house and harbour. Unbeatable. The double apartment was huge and very comfortable with all amenities. Great cleaning daily. There are no stairs so you are dependent on lifts even for a mezzanine. Getting to the pool involves two lifts and then two more just to get to the restaurant on same floor. The breakfast offering is odd. À la carte is great but it should trust its guests more rather than being so rigid in the ordering. Like being back at school! Overall though a terrific stay

Shivawn (10/5): Incredible views and the perfect vacation! - We absolutely loved our stay! The view was what sold us when booking it and we’re so glad we did. Photos don’t do it justice, it was so lovely. The staff there were incredible as well and the room was kept very clean. The pool was so warm we loved going for a swim after a big day of adventures. It’s also right next to the train/tram stop and ferries so super easy to move around Sydney. Would absolutely recommend and 100% want to stay again. NA

Haissam (3/5): Rude manager - Location and our memories there over the years celebrating our anniversary Did not get room service of late night snacks (orange and almond cake) and was not offered anything else to substitute. Not even a cup of ice cream when we asked The manager on that shift was rude and condescending. It turns out we did get the orange and almond cake when we ordered our breakfast in bed at 9 clock so 🤔 When you find yourself having to write a compliant about the place your staying in at 11 clock at night instead of spending quality time together with your wife/partner, its time to move on.
Marianne (8/5): Trotzdem empfehlenswert - Die Lage vom Hotel und der Balkon mit Harbourview ist perfekt. Der Frühstücksraum und das Personal dort. Lange wartezeiten bis nur einmal der bestellte Kaffee kommt. Ungemütlich und eng möbliert.
