Wi-Fi was terrible. Place is only cleaned once a week which is not ideal. Expensive for what you get quality wise but what in Sydney isn’t

• Scott (10/5): Value for money considering location. Free parking. Friendly service - Staff were very helpful. Location perfect. room was set out well, even had a hot plate with pots and pans. Parking right at the door and best thing yet, was included, no $55 a night like the other rip off motels minutes away. Couldn't stay longer, had to catch a flight.
• Allison (9/5): Great place for a week’s holiday in Sydney - Location is excellent, close to restaurants, food shops and easy walk to Bondi Beach. Spacious car park that’s not undercover, so didn’t need to worry about the height of our van, quiet location. Bus to Bondi junction across the road, which then connects you to transport into Sydney central. Very good shower, clean beds. Good value for money, considering the area. It’s old and dated but I’m ok with that.

• Cheyenne (7/5): Overall, comfy and great location, spacious and fit two people comfortably - Perfect location, walking distance to beach and handy having a bus stop right out the front. Had no idea what the reception hours were, so could not get fresh towels.

• Claudia (6/5): - Lage super, ist aber auch das einzige Eine Rundumerneuerung wäre notwendig. Ist ein sehr abgewohntes Quartier und sehr wohl Motel-like (auch wenn es sich nicht so bezeichnet). Matratze war sehr unbequem, eher hart. Klimaanlage ist ein altes lautes Ding, das genau aufs Bett bläst. Die Lüftung im Bad ist nicht getrennt vom Licht einschaltbar und auch extrem laut. Die Fenster zum Parkplatz hin kann man nicht öffnen und die kleinen Fenster über dem Bett auch nicht wirklich. Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht, auch nicht für Bondi Beach.

• Chris (5/5): Great location but pretty pricey for the condition it’s in. - Location, staff Wifi is terrible, our air con’s drain dripped directly over our front door, no signal in laundry room to use machines unless you have coins but there are no coins kept on site, complex feels very very old and not maintained that well.

L'appartamento era grazioso e molto spazioso e mi sono trovata benissimo. Situato a 12' a piedi da Bondi Beach e proprio accanto alla fermata del bus 379 per Bondi Junction. Il bagno era un pò piccolo ed il letto un pò scomodo per me che ho problemi alla schiena (ernia discale). Non riuscivo a spegnere le luci dal letto e dovevo alzarmi apposta dal letto per farlo.

• Mikko (8/5): - Location was great for access to Bondi area. Onsite parking made a big difference as roadside parking is near impossible anywhere in the nearby surrounds. Easy check in and check out. The rooms are a little older and basic, but no real issues as such. It's not a brand new place, but was completely comfortable and tidy.

• David (8/5): All in all a really enjoyable stay with friendly helpful staff, good location and comfortable beds - The apartments are set a short walk from the beach with the main shopping area, bars and restaraunts even closer and there is no reason to hire cars etc. as public transport covers most requirements. Loved the shower in our room! This was at least our third visit and no doubt we will be back again in the future. Though it is in a fairly busy part of Bondi you don't experience any noise from traffic or neighbours. The cooking facilities were not up to expectations and lacked bowls suitable to be used in the microwave. I noticed that some rooms had an air-frier but we didn't.

• Gregory (9/5): Exceptional value and service with Bondi in immediate reach. - Great location and fantastic value, and staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Incredibly clean given the age of the property. It’s obviously an older apartment block, so you’re not getting the nice trimmings you might get at a new build. But it doesn’t pretend to be anything but, hence the affordability. But they have managed to keep it all working and very clean given its age.

• Luz (10/5): Perfect budget accommodation, perfect location and facilities - Budget apartment, perfect for Bondi beach , buses just outside the apartment straight to Sidney Central, parking facilities, friendly and relaxed staff. If you are not looking for luxury but cleanliness, and practical facilities like laundry, parking and privacy this is just perfect . Nothing. It was exactly what we needed, the lady even offered to keep our luggage for free for our late night flight back to the UK.

• Helen (6/5): A reasonable motel for its location not far from bondi Beach - A reasonable standard motel with a basic kitchenette. the air-conditioning is not very efficient but it works to some extent. We were able to park right outside. It is a short walk down a gentle hill to Bondi Beach which was lovely. It is located on a busy road right on a roundabout which made the traffic very noisy.

Parking a huge plus. Rooms are clean, well equipped and spacious for the price. Pool is impressive and well looked after. Wifi was a little unreliable and mobile reception in the room was poor for some reason.

Also the price: reasonable in comparison to others. Very 70´s, could use an upgrade. TV wasnt working. No shampoo. Occasional smell of food coming from neighbours.

Every thing worked but guests are treated a bit like vagrants with some kind of threat warning on every wall. For bad behaviour or usage. More like a tramps hostel than a guest hotel.
